After the 2 repairs we have there now are completed and returned I wont be using them again. They always drag you along and repairs take forever. One of the units was delivered on 4/8 and as of today its being evaluated. I was told on 4/18 it should be on the test bench that afternoon. That clearly didnt happen. Another one was delivered on 4/15 and I still dont have a quote. Everything with them has always been a hassle.

Very poor workmanship, will not stand behind their work. Sent a valve out for evaluation. Of course had 20 issues wrong according NC Servo paid $1,600 to get a valve back that leaked and quit working in 15 days. Later found out it was working when we sent it out the first time. Wanted another $1,200 to replace the the electrical tape they used with a butt connector or actually solder the wire this time. The electrical tape was under a cover that had painted screws to prove tampering, these were untouched. However a screw on a wire clamp on a different part of the valve came loose in shipping so they would not honor warranty. Owner is very rude and hard to work with.
