They were training employees and yet still fast

Quick in and out. Small lobby so if 8 people walk in at the same time not the best place to feel really safe in that time but otherwise great!

From the first moment you arrive in this place the waiters give you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a friendly restaurant to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great food, creative chief cook and stuff, comfortable pay and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I love this place. I go here with my best friend all the time. We ordered our icecream and got it right away. The staff is very nice.

Ordered Reeses Peanut Butter Cups Blizzard. The attendant forgot to turn my Blizzard upside down (presentation). It was very good. A short wait but its okay. Gave them a 4 and a half stars.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that they have a new delicious Blizzard called Zero Gravity! It’s delicious and good-BUT like all good things, it comes at a cost. I went to the restroom later in the evening and my poop floated away! It was bliz-zard!

Consistent quality and made fast

The staff was inexperienced, it took 10 minutes to have our order taken with only 1 group of 4 in front of us. While we were waiting to place our order the customer in front of me was double charged. He politely brought this to the attention of the shift lead who responded...Sorry they never taught me how to do a refund, I cant help you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! How can you be a shift lead and not know a simple process of customer service? She then walked away. Another girl came and took our order, we ordered 2 cones...it took another 5 minutes to receive our cones. I will not be back, the tables were a mess and with that type of service I would rather stand out in the cold and get a cone from an outside Dairy Queen.

You can tell the staff hate their jobs or want nothing to do with you. My best experience with a cashier here was some forced, scripted courtesy at best. Dessert always comes out fine though!

Refused to accept their own gift cards because their machine was malfunctioning. Made me pay full price in cash for the ice cream anyway knowing there was a balance on the gift card. Embarrassing lack of customer service.

Slowest service around. 4 people working and only one person working the register/making orders for people at the register. Everyone else makes mobile orders. When you have 13 people in the lobby and lined up outside, maybe you should redistribute your workers. Customers waiting 20 minutes to order and then another 10-15 for a blizzard is ridiculous.

The service is good just dont know why they have an app for them and they dont scan the barcode for a blizzard

Working there did an excellent job he was busy in the back but he was always up there for me man when I want order something I worry about three different items and very very good service bathroom with extra clean the whole store was clean except for the freezers upfront making a noise from the compressor I had a good time in the at the Dairy Queen on Ford Road in Westland and well go back

Delish! Plus, this location is currently doing daily specials so it was super value priced.

I thought of getting a milk shake here for the first time since I had bad experience at the Canton location. To my surprise, the milk shake was the best I ever gotten from DQ. The cashier who took the order was friendly and shes also the one who prepared the drink.

The guy working was very rude and had an attitude. They were out of Vanilla Ice cream. When he gave us our blizzards to go he threw them on the counter. Definitely will not be going back.

No drive-thru and the have a limited food selection. The full menu is not available. There are many better choices for ice cream and food available locally.

Came here with a groupon. They have good shakes and other ice cream products. I ordered a medium drink and the employee mistakenly made a large so I got more than what I paid for which is always cool. I would not count on the free upsize but the guy was nice and the shake was good.

Been here a few times, clean, nice staff, nice place to stop with my kid and hang out with our ice cream. Got an ice cream cake here once too and it was great.

Great place to goto, how ever the guy that was working, he was the only one there busting his A** the management should give this guy props.

Would give it zero stars if it was an option. EXTREMELY limited menu - not worth the drive up there. Their google profile claims they serve burgers, etc. too - not true at all. And the guy with the glasses behind the counter has a i hate my minimum wage job attitude that doesnt help their overall customer service. Dont waste your time going to this place.

I asked for lids on my blizzards and a cup carrier and the employee just placed them on the counter and walked away. Now usually I wouldnt care and just go with it but as I was placing my order I asked for lids and he was not showing good customer service.

They dont serve burgers here went there thinking they did just hot dogs.

The two blonde girls are very sweet, taller one was very talkative and the order was made quick

Just not the special feeling of fun when going to a Dairy queen...the help is not the friendliest. Ordered a plain vanilla cone and the machine wasnt ready, but the kid waiting on me served it to me without notifying me. After I complained and asked for a new one, he admitted that the machine wasnt working. Poor customer service.

There is generally only 1 person working so if there is more then 1 customer it can take a long time to get your food.

I have minimal problems with the actual ice cream, and more with the workers who can be disrespectful or very sloppy with what you pay for where they seem not to care and lack effort into what they are doing.
