Chicken area seems pretty popular especially when the young lady is working but I personally never tried it. The staff are friendly and know the customers by name. They are also very fast at getting you in and out. Great Job

Ive been here once. I think I bought a pop or something. One thing cool about this store is that they have cooked food. If I was the type of person to buy cooked food from a liquor store then I would really be excited.

I came to this store the other day and purchased a fifth of Crown Royal Peach. I paid $44.99 I questioned the price and the man working the counter said thats what they are going for. I bought 1 fifth. I went right down the street and purchased 2 more fifths for $31.99 each. The avaerage price for this flavor is between $31.99 and $35.99. I will NEVER purchase anything from stores that price gouge.

Went in to grab a bottle of red wine, found a bottle of Menage á Trois Silk, sounded good so I thought I would try it. Sticker price said $10.99, but when they scanned it the price came up at $13.99. I pointed out thats not what the bottle said and they said it was wrong and they would fix it. I thought they meant it rang up wrong and they would adjust the price to 10.99 but apparently THEY LABELED THE BOTTLE WITH THE WRONG PRICE, THEN INSISTED I PAY THE HIGHER PRICE ABOVE WHAT THE STICKER SAID.I refused to pay more just on the principle of the situation. They would rather lose a customer rather than honor the price they put on their own merchandise. Its unfortunate, as they have a decent selection of beer, wine, and liquor, and are usually pretty quick to ring customers up and get them taken care of, but in this instance they decided they needed $3 more than they needed to not inconvenience a customer over their own mistake.Its actually against the Michigan scanner law to do this, on top of being very petty and ridiculous on their part. Thats not how you do business. Thats not how you keep customers.I went across the street and purchased the exact same bottle of wine at CVS for $9.99, a dollar less than their incorrectly marked price of $10.99, and $4 less than the price they were trying to charge me. Figures.

Store is nice and clean went in to buy some chicken. They were done cooking chicken, it was the late evening. But I like the store. I dont drink but they had a variety of other goods.💕

They charge $2 for a mailing stamp, which I didnt pay. I questioned that price and the guy at the counter said well thats what it is. Thats price gouging at its finest. Ill never go to this store again!

I was in Hunter-Wayne last Saturday for a last minute party. It was basically a one stop shop. I was able to get all of my drinks and food from there without a rush. Staff was knowledge in the products and the food was great. Everyone at my party asked where I got the pizza and cannoli’s from. Altogether everything was great from the moment I got to the party store to my guests enjoying the food and drinks from Hunter and Wayne. Thanks for helping me out.

I have been coming to this store for many years.In my 62 Years of Living I have never met or seen more professional and good-hearted people then everyone who works here. Trev and Sal treat me like im their uncle. Most guys in their position would treat someone in my position and my age not so good. (Im handicap and i dont always get treated so nice)But theyre so real here and fair and show nothing but respect to me, anything they ask me to do i will do it. Basil has given me food for free that he makes for his own family. What store in 2020 will do that? Salad soup steak freshley squeezed orange juice.... He has given me all of those which means alot to me. Recently I was going through a hard time in my life and I asked for some help that my own family wouldnt help me people ive known my whole life didnt help. Saint Basil did it for me and now i am in the best position in my life. As long as I live I will never forget this family they are truly truly truly amazing people I love all of them when you shop here you are supporting very good people who appreciate you and your business.

One of the best party stores Ive ever been too and Ive lived in 3 different states..... The deli they have at hunter in Wayne is amazing they cook to how you like.. And dont get me started with the pizza AMAZING!!! The staff is so friendly if they see your in a rush they get you out as soon as possible and still make you leave happy one gentlemen named Trevin the manager of the store always happy to see him Ive never see anyone work as hard as him!
