They did an excellent job - I bought my wheels and tires elsewhere, but my usual tire guy had trouble mounting them. Called here and they were able to get me in same day on such a short notice during the busy season.They mounted the tires and we found the TPMS stems had clearance issues on the Tesla model Y brakes with this set of wheels. They had no obligation to fix this any further since I hadnt bought the wheels/tires through them, but they figured out a solution, re-mounted all four tires and solved the problem. They stayed well after their closing hours to get this all sorted out.Im super happy with the level of dedication to make sure everything is as its meant to be. The attitude of everyone working there was upbeat and positive. Thank you for such great service! You guys have definitely become my go to tire shop going forward!

Friendly employees but when I ordered tires and was told I’d get a call when they came in, they didn’t call and I had to call to check on them. Another time when I came in for a simple tire rotation and air check, was told about 1hr wait and though I sat there waiting for it, they didn’t get my vehicle in the bay until 2hrs later.They need to work on communicating properly with customers the expectations and any delays. I appreciate my service was free but I’d rather pay for promptness than have to wait double the time quoted to me.Also they misplaced my tire cap and tried to say it was never on there, it was definitely on there as I watched them take it off from the window. Didn’t put up a stink since it already took 2.5hrs when they told me 1hr and had work that I was late for due to them misquoting the time.

I love my Discount Tire Store! Not only did they sell me great tires, the type I needed not just the most expensive, they also have tire insurance. If something happens to your tire and it cant be fixed theyll replace it. Now if something happens to your tire 6 years down the road youre probably on your own but, I have used this offer twice in the 20 some years Ive been getting service with this company.Bonus, you can get your tires checked and pressure checked in a quick minute when they are open. They understand if you take care of your tires they take care of you.

I always go to Discount because they always treat me right. I buy my tires there and they help me with all sorts of other things - often without a charge attached.As an example, today they removed a screw from my tire, as well as rotating and balancing all four, and they charged me nothing for it. Came for a walk in to have them check my slow leak tire after I hit a pothole. Estimated me for $143 to replace the tire if it needed replacement and said if the wheel was cracked upwards of $300-700 for a replacement OEM. I told them I’d pay whatever I needed since this thing has to take me to work regardless. Rode my skateboard a mile home and waited. Got a text n said the car was ready for pick up 3 hours later n when I got there they said there was a nail in the tire and it was fixed, gave me my keys and didn’t charge a dime. This is the place I’ll be coming back to when I need my tires rotated/replaced/repaired 100%. They won my business. Honesty is key!

I usually think these guys do a good job... this time 2 hours was wasted, waiting for them to tell me I needed all new tires when I really just wanted a screw removed, they refused.Maybe before waiting in line for tire repair someone should take a peak so others arent wasting their time.

They werent pushy about selling me 4 new tires even though it was clearly the right move. Many employees had first hand accounts on different tire performance and it definitely felt like a genuine shop full of auto enthusiasts.My car was tidy when they were done - the spare neatly back where it belonged, my few belongings were carefully placed away from the 3 good tires that I replaced were neatly covered in bags and stacked safely in the back. They were happy to tell me that I should have no trouble selling them locally or online, even writing down the tread depth for me.Will definitely return - just hopefully not too soon 🤣

My situation was complex in that the Michelin tires that we bought from Costco wore out well before the guaranteed miles. Costco was unwilling to even speak to Michelin on my behalf, so I went to Discount Tire. Without going into extensive detail, Paul at Discount Tire spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Michelin and was able to get us a substantial credit on new tires. We also had a great experience with Jeremy on the phone before our appointment. Thank you to Paul and Jeremy for all you did for us. We’ll always go to you for our tires.

Have been here several times with an appointment and have never actually been in on my appointment time. The last visit I had an appointment at 12:00 and didn’t get in until 12:45. Finally got my car at 1:30. Don’t waste your time making an appointment because you’ll be waiting either way. If you do decide to come here make sure to have someone come pick you up because you’ll definitely be waiting.

Never been disappointed with Discount until today. Stopped by to get a flat repaired, when they said they couldn’t fix it, I asked if they could move the tire from the spare to the main rim because they’re the same size, and they told me Id need to get back in line after waiting for over an hour already while they checked the tires. Seems wasting people’s time is consistent with this location.

Ordered tires, made appointment, followed app sent, recieved up grade tires due to a glitch in stock, in and out 35 minutes.

Free tire dismount, clean and mounting for a slow leak from debris between the bead and rim. Was fast service but never got the text message they said would come. But when I called in, they said it was ready. Not sure if just a timing thing, but otherwise great service.

Tried to review on the website from the email I received, but the website wouldn’t process the submission! So I shall share here...I made an appointment online for new tires for my 4Runner. When I arrived early, Nick recognized my vehicle and met me car side. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, assuring me I had chosen an excellent set of tires. It was done in less than 45 minutes. Everyone in the shop was polite and friendly, and the showroom was spotless and appropriately spaced for COVID distancing. I was thanked and walked to my car. They are great!I really like that i can drive up and get a free air check for my tires. They check the tread depth at the same time also. I usually tip the technician because they are busy mounting new tires and they still come out and check the customers air pressure

Came in at about 4 p.m. on a snowy Thursday after Walmart batched a repair job on my tire. The tech at Wally world had said the rim was damaged, after going over options for new tire/rim combos the discount tire guy recommend they take a look at the rim to see if there was really any damage. They took the old tire off and sure enough the rim was fine, they could have just gone ahead and sold me new rims but chose to be honest and ended up just selling me a set of tires. They were also able to get them on in about 30 mins! Ive learned my lesson and will definitely coming here again! Thanks for your honesty and professionalism.

Came to get tire fixed. Screw in tire. Said they patched it for me and now it leaks more than it did before so i brought it back....now Im waiting even longer when they said they would put me.in next. Seen 2 cars go in before us and my tire is losing air fast.

Even though they were VERY busy, they graciously allowed me to drop off my vehicle prior to my scheduled appointment without any hassle. I bought a set of tires and a week later one of the tires was low. I went to have them put some air in it. I was told that if it got low again to bring it in for repair or replacement. Two days later the tire was low again. I took it in and they told me the tire was not repairable and they would replace it. Then they told that I would have to pay for the warranty on the new tire. I was surprised by this extra cost since I was told that they cover road hazard damage. They dont tell this when you buy the tires.

Had to get tires and this place is top of the line in service! So nice, clean and quick. Polite and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this location and will visit again when I need tires. Excellent.

I went there to have my tires filled with a bit of air. . they tried to fill a tire that was damaged. I asked if it was damaged before he tried to fill it. He said no. . he tried to put air in. . then he told me he wouldnt take air. . and when I asked why he told me he didnt know. . after he took a look at in my tire. Again he said that the tire wall was probably damaged or cracked. I have to drive to another location and it was nail! the other person that fixed it told me thank goodness I made it there when I did because I could have damaged my rim! Im disappointed.

They were able to figure out why the tire wasnt holding air and correct the problem very quickly.

Got new tires, drove around awhile after picking up. Tire sensor came on. Had to rake car back one tire had a bad gasket seal in it. They shouldve checked those before we picked up car.

In the store I ordered two winter tires for my van and scheduled a Saturday install. I show up and they refuse to install the two tires... but try to upsell me to four tires. My rear tires are in good shape.Someone should be FIRED... either the first Nick should have told me company policy is only to sell in sets of 4, and not scheduled the appointment... OR the second Nick who refused to install the two tires should be fired for going all hard sell on me.Im just about to buy 4 new tires and a new set of wheels for my BMW. Ill mount my winter tires on my original wheels. I was going to go there first to see if I could get a decent deal... not now!

Keep your allighnment perfect and your tire presure even. Rotate every 10,000. And never drive on a flat . always switch it to a ready spare. Jack, handle, lug wrench. They were professional and quick. They got my car out in the quoted time. I love that they insure my tires even if they weren’t purchased there, it saves me a hassle (and $$) down the line!

I stopped in discount to get a tire patched, which they were unable to do. No big deal because I was going to get new ones anyway. They talked me out of getting my new tires from Costco and its been one issue after another with discount. After I got my new tires I noticed a slow leak in one. My fault for waiting so long to take it back in. Ends up being a bent rim. Which of course they said was no fault of theirs. Another time I had gone in to have air added, the tech didnt bother tightening my stem caps and one was lost by the time I got home. They also didnt reset my tpms so one tire reads 60 psi. As for the bent rim, its $655 for a new one. They offered to send it to a third party to maybe fix it but at my cost of course. If discount had any sense of customer service, they would have offered to pay the $150 to maybe repair the rim or at least offered to pick up half the cost even if they didnt think they were at fault. All I know is that my rims were fine when I went in, my tpms told me the correct tire pressure, and I had 4 stem caps. Lesson learned, stick with Costco because they know how to take care of their customers.

They were very busy on the day I had my tires installed, but they never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer any questions I had.I highly recommend Ed (Manager) and his entire team at Discount Tire.

This Discount Tire is Great! Professional, speedy, but do try to make an appt if you can! Works better during these Covid times. But...if you do get a flat, they will fix it without an appt, just takes a little longer.

I made a appointment to get my tires rotated. I was told the vehicle would be ready to go in one hour. I told the guy at the desk I have an appointment and it doesnt take an hour to rotate tires. It seems the appointment time is merely a start time of when your tires will get rotated, sometime in that hour window. I dont know about other people but when I make an appointment with a business I expect to get service at the time of my appointment. I told the fellow at the desk I didnt have time to wait around for an hour, he could not have cared less, just said OK and walked off. I have been purchasing tires at this Discount Tires for years, my last purchase was for $1000 worth of new truck tires. Based on the service today I will purchase my tires elsewhere in the future. I would think that Discount would be more interested in keeping their return customers happy but apparently they are so busy they dont need my business anymore.

At the 92nd and old wads location, after already purchasing tires, got a call from the wife stating I could save about $300 if I went to Costco. Spoke with Brian who went above and beyond with the customer service! Refunded nearly $200 and got to keep all my warranties and certs and got better tires than would have at Costco. Phenomenal customer service, will totally be back!!

We were headed on a 5 hour road trip but my low tire pressure light was on. Drove into this Discount where I recently just got new tires (2 days prior). Turns out I had a flat again. I explained my situation and the Discount team was so kind and understanding. They were able to get my car worked on super quick so we could get back on the road. Although I had to wait a bit past my appointment time, the wheel change was done quicker than expected. The whole crew hustled - fast and friendly service.

I have had only fantastic experiences here. One time I had a nail in a tire, they patched it for free.After that I decided I would come here again.Today we bought new tires. It was not expensive and only took 30 minutes! New tires installed but wonderful staff all in 30 minutes.The teams here work fantasticly togther to give every one awesome care.
