Like every other review has stated, Andy is amazing. My wife and I didnt have much to put into a used Excursion we just bought and wanted it checked out without shenanigans of unnecessary replacements. Andy did just that, and even checked a few extra things we were worried about for free.We couldnt feel more comfortable driving our trailer with a used truck than after bringing it here. They really want to make you happy and not try and get every nickle and dime from you. My wifes side of the family has been coming here for years and we will definitely keep coming back.

So a few days ago I was staying at the motel 6 in Westminster with friends and all of a sudden our car had a minor meltdown and stopped working. The tow truck we called said they would be an hour so we decided to see if we could find someone close by to help out so we wouldnt have to wait. I found out about this place and walked over to see if they could help. Our car was at the hotel and was not going anywhere. The guy had a mechanic drive over to the motel and charge up the car just enough so we could make it to the shop which is across the street. We originally assumed it was the battery. They changed the battery and only charged for the part not the labor which was amazing. but we then discovered it was not the battery but the alternator we had recently had replaced was bad. We took the alternator to auto zone where they gave us a new one because it was still under warranty and we brought it back to the shop. The cool thing was that we planned on walking all the way to auto zone to get the new alternator but the mechanic there actually lent us his car. We came back with the new part and he put it in and only charged us $70 for labor. We were so lucky to find this guy he was so cool and despite our desperation and need to have the car fixed he didnt rip us off or play any games. Id give them six stars if I could.

Andy always does a fantastic job with my car. My family has been using his services for years. He has been and is fair with his assessments of whatever work is needed and he never tried to get me to pay for more than necessary. I always go back to have him work on my car regardless of its an oil change or maintenance concern.

I have been Taking my car to Andy for years and he is one of the most honest and trustworthy Mechanics I have ever had the Opportunity of meeting, He and his Wife Jenny are so sincere and honest they are a small family owned and operated shop and will always work with you on whatever your timeline and budget might be. 100 stars for this place. They dont make them like this any more thats for sure...

Okaaay, I tried to update my review and apparently deleted it. I cant let that happen.I posted 5 months ago that I liked their service, both for being friendly and for being effective. Since then I havent been able to get back because of some pretty dumb reasons on our end.Made it back and he remembers my name, fixes the car efficiently, and is generally still a nice guy. He also clearly knows other customers. Hes veen very kind to me.So basically, I just wanted to update because its great that hes consistent and dedicated.

Great work, good prices, honest & reliable. Been taking all our vehicles & referring people here for 20 yrs or so.

All right... here is the straight poop on this shop.gary is as good as they get. ive been taking mystuff in here since 1984, when curtis owned it.garys owned it about 12 or 13 years now. i wouldnot consider taking anything i own anywhere else.its tucked in a little industrial park right off the 405northbound at westminster blvd.... make the firstright off the ramp, and you are there.my neighbors go there, my ex wife goes there.weve been divorced 12 years. marriages comeand go, a good mechanic is a lifetime thing.
