Highly recommend you bring your vehicle to this shop for servicing. Very helpful and accommodating. They worked with me extensively to be sure that my vehicle was taken care of and fixed in exactly the manner we discuss every time. Josh the shop manager especially was great to work with.

Made an online appointment for rear tires. I just needed cheap replacements because I was on my donut and they had what I needed in stock. I got there early and check in was a breeze. They did warn me that they were extremely busy and down a person so it might be longer than the online appointment I made. Well, they were done 20 minutes early and they found my lost badge for my tire and they put my donut away instead of throwing it in the trunk like every shop Ive gone to has done in the past. I plan on getting my winter tires here in the coming months because they set honest expectations and then exceeded them.

I go to Goodyear regularly for oil changes - today I just needed my patched tire put back on my car. I gave them a call and they were able to squeeze me in and get my tire put back on in about 20 minutes, free of charge. Super grateful for them! Thanks guys!

While traveling cross country, the check engine light came on and we didnt want to drive through the mountains without it getting checked out and of course it happened on a Sunday. Not only were they open at 8:00, they checked out my vehicle right away. In less than 20 minutes, it was diagnosed, fluids topped off, and I was on my way. Terrific customer service!!!! Thanks again! The service was exceptional at their greater Denver location. They did a great job of communicating what was needed and I did not feel any pressure to get extra things done. On the way out we asked if someone could help us with something odd going on with our ashtray. Steve was kind enough to to come out w some tools to take care of it. Overall a fantastic experience.

Had a great experience with Steve the Service Manager. He first helped me with a tire warranty and the went the extra mile when I had my car towed to the shop for suspension repairs. He was able to turn the car back over to me the same day & it now rides like it hasn’t in years. Super honest and very good guy. I highly recommend this shop with Steve there.

I’ve been coming to Goodyear for quite a few years, and they’ve been top notch on service since day one when it comes to customer service. During my most recent experience, I thought I had booked an appointment online, but it turns out I never scheduled it (totally my fault). They were super busy that day, but they were able to squeeze me in between appointments and knock out my service request quite quickly. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

We recently moved to Westminster Colorado from Florida & found Goodyear location by Google maps my tire kept losing air but when my wife & I pulled in without an appointment I was greeted with a welcomed smile immediately technician examined my tire & informed me that my tire needed to be replaced & worked out giving me the best price also recommended that I get road hazard tire protection we went home & was notified that tire had arrived then once new tire was installed tech noticed my car was missing a tire lug ordered a new one & told me to come back next day for lug to be put on .This Goodyear store employees went above & beyond providing excellent service to a new customer 👏 Kudos to all of your staff

Great service! I am moving to Denver soon but I will make the trip out here to use them again. I had a flat last Monday and they were very empathetic and helpful. I just think they connect very with their customers! Three day later I came back to get my brake lights fixed and again they just made me relax and joked with me about my bad luck in the same week. Definitely a five star experience!

I love coming to this Goodyear when I need maintenance work done on my vehicle. I drive for Lyft & really appreciate it when Steve & the guys get me in & out very quickly since they know I’m not making any money unless I’m driving! A couple of different times I’ve had a slow leak in one of my tires (picked up a nail) & called to see if I could get in. Steve gave me a time to drive by & said they’d fit me in & get it fixed so I could keep working that day. I’ll keep coming back to this location for all my repair work.

I took my Honda Element today for a noise. Steve from Goodyear Auto Service informed my that someone tried to steal the catalytic Converter from my car. The repair/replacement was going to be around $1,600 give or take. Steve suggested that i took my car to a muffler shop to get it sealed which is costing around $300. Thank you Steve, it is very hard to find honest people. Your moral ethics, generosity and kindness are in the right place. The car belongs to my daughter who just recently found a job after being laid off because of COVID. Thank you very much. You have a customer for life and my referrals as well.

Def giving this place a 5 star review me and my brothers are from Las Vegas NV. We was out here for a football tournament and caught a flat. We went to Walmart and all they did was give us the rubber part. We called Goodyear at 4:59 and they closed at 5 told them the situation and they said to come and they will take care of us. Mind you they didn’t have to. So we rushed over there and when I tell you Cossonie (Cat) Baum the asst. service manager looked out for us and took car of the tire Cat told us she just wants us to get home safe. I recommend them to anyone out here in Colorado or coming here on vacation. Thank you cat and your team.

A few days ago my tires got slashed, I booked an appointment at this location. They are absolutely amazing and quick with their work. I’d recommend them 10/10 to anyone out there. Along with that if they recommend some thing different they give you explanations on why it should be done that way and I think this is awesome!

Great Customer Service! I had a problem with my car over the weekend and GoodYear got me scheduled asap. They were able to quickly identify the problem and get it fixed. Since it was pretty minor they didn’t end up charging me for it. It’s great having an auto repair shop that does a great job and really takes care of their customers closeby. The folks at this Goodyear continue to impress me with their expertise, honesty, timeliness, and good nature. They dont pressure me into adding on a lot of extras, but they do explain their reasoning when they have recommendations to make.

I called Goodyear in the morning and they got me several quotes, took my vehicle in, and replaced all my tires before the end of the day. They were transparent about the price, advocated for whats best for my car, and were extremely friendly at every point I spoke with them. I needed everything to get done that day and they came in clutch.

Incredible service! Ran over a Large rusty drill head (day ruined). On the contrary, Goodyear was able to remove the bit and patch the tire within 30/40 minutes and they charged us nothing for the service. If only there were more businesses like this. Highly recommend

I initially spoke with James who was very friendly and helpful with my alignment request/needs. Once I arrived Josh, the store manager, concluded our business by continuing what James started. I recommend this location for anyone with after market wheels/lowered vehicles because the machine clamps on the tires and not the wheels. Thank you again guys! See you all again soon.

I was changing my headlight bulbs and one had a red tab that had broken and I couldnt get the old bulb off for the life of me. I brought it in and Steve was extremely helpful and with his tools pulled it right off and put on the new lights. It was quick and he didnt even charge me. Highly recommend this location, excellent experience.

I have been a customer of this location for almost 20 years, through two managers and the one thing constant is the highest quality of service I receive from the staff and Management. Even though I moved to California last year, my children still live there and Josh, the store manager, takes care of them. As a father who worries about his children, it is nice to know that there are good people out there who take care of the customer.

Nobody else was open Sunday to fix a flat for me. I can not recommend GY strongly enough. They are the best.

I showed up close to closing time on Friday with urgent need for oil change before next morning. MGR was friendly and seemed very honest and dedicated to customer service. He took my car, changed my oil, rotated my tires and checked my brakes, got it all done in about a half hour, and gave me a $20 discount! Ill be back!!!

I made a reservation at 9am via their online service for a tire rotation, alignment, and oil change at 2:30 in the afternoon. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation number about 5 min later. After that, received a phone call from the shop. They asked me if all of the items I had requested were necessary, because they anticipated high volume at that time. I assures them that yes, the services were all necessary, and that is why I had scheduled an appointment for 6 hours later. They told me that they would Get it all done then. Great. I hung up and went about my day.In the afternoon, when I arrived at the shop, at 2:15, I was told that they did not have any appointment for me. I showed them the confirmation email, and the representative told me that they had been having problems with their online scheduling. I asked them why - if that were the case - that I had received a follow up call after making the appointment in which they confirmed again the appointment time and work to be done. He just shrugged, and said he didnt know. He then offered to squeeze me in at 4:30pm, for a service that he said would take 2 hours.No thanks. There are plenty of other auto shops in the area that can perform the same services and properly keep track of scheduled appointments.Wont be back.

I had an important meeting today, very time sensitive, and Walmart, Discount, Big O etc all gave me 2+ hour wait times, but then I called this good year. Also backed up, but the receptionist behind the counter left personally to go back and mount our tire on the rim we had free of charge, just to get us on our way to make the meeting on time. 10/10 will definitely be back. This kind of customer service bears loyalty. So I will be back. Thank you good year for going above and beyond.

I had two issues with my vehicle. One was an overheating problem and a starting issue. Was told what could be the problem and cost me $800, neither problem was fixed and now I will have to go somewhere else to see if someone has knowledge enough to locate the problems and not just guess work. The only reason I gave a 2 star was because they were all nice enough, just not very good at what they do. Wont be returning.

Went in for an interview and was greeted with such professionalism and kindness . Staff members are very knowledgeable about the products they sale and I seen how they interacted with the customers with genuine care and commitment to getting the best results for their customers.

I absolutely love this place and I dont trust my vehicles anywhere else. They are so nice and go above and beyond. As a woman going to a autoshop can mean a lot of people trying to pull things over on you and charge you for things you dont need but they dont treat you like that here. Very bad service. told them i had a slow start with my battery and would like to have simple test then next thing they did was kill it and asked if i would like to have quote for new battery. when i got my car back it couldnt start at all. I had to go to another place to get new battery. not going back to this place again.

Excellent customer service, we arrived 10 minutes later than they requested and we were still greeted with a smile even though it was near closing time. Prior to this I shopped around and they blew out the competition and even shipped the tires to their location with no extra charge. Also, requested an alignment and they didnt hesitate to price match the competition.

Wow, what great customer service! Went in today to get the balls on my receiver switched over (yes, I know how that sounds) and they switched over 4 receivers and said; have a nice night - no charge. They remembered I was a repeat customer and they took care of me. Love this place!!
