We were in a pinch by only having one week to get a dress for homecoming. My daughter found a dress she liked but it was one size too big. The owners bent over backwards to get the dress ready in time. After the modifications the dress fit perfectly. Great customer service!

This was a great experience for me, im never able to find a dress in my size but the lady there was very helpful with alterations and getting my dress to fit and still be comfortable. she was very sweet and made very sweet conversation about her kid :)

They have a wide selection of styles and sizes. The friendly staff helped me find the type of dress I needed and offered to order a different color if necessary. The alterations were done quickly and looked great! Very happy!

Very friendly people, love the dresses. Most places only have one or two dress to choose from. This place had a bunch of dresses for my 10 year old daughter to choose from. This will be our store for now on!! Beautiful high quality dresses. The dress we bought had a few loose beads. I didnt notice but the lady did and she made sure she fixed it that day. Only had to wait 30mins to fix. They take care of the customer and make sure the dress is 100 percent perfect.

There were 3 different associates there and none of them payed much attention to our needs. I was trying to get some help finding different styles of dresses with some features that I was looking for and they basically just told me to look myself and try on whatever I wanted. I tried on two dresses, mentioning What I did and didn’t like about them and they were no help with finding others to accommodate. When putting away one of the dresses I had tried the associate said to my friend, “yeah, size small doesn’t do well for her.” Guess they only cater to girls who fit in size 0. Thank you for being a waste of my time AND for taking my self esteem down a level.

Super helpful and totally willing to work with a dress that was needed for my gf as a maid of honor on super short notice. Would definitely reccomend. Gave additional advice for post purchase for maintaining dress. Couldnt have been more happy with the customer service despite having only 2 people working with maybe 15 customers. Awesome job. I will keep this place in mind for future dress buying.

I dont know how yall are giving them 5 or 4 stars, I walked in today wasnt greeted or anything, no one came up to help, dont get me wrong there dresses are really pretty but there was only one person working and was obviously doing something way more important than doing her job.

This is a good place to go for a wedding. I was very uncomfortable at davids bridal. This place is a great deal as well, and the lady was so sweet! Highly recommended

I was needing a dress 6 years ago for my daughters wedding & found the perfect dress!!! Going back to find 2 more dress for 2 more, of my daughters weddings!!!

I needed a bridesmaid dress altered in a very short timeframe. Most places told me to allow about two months. These guys did it in less than two weeks. Jessica was very efficient and did a wonderful job. I had to order the dress in a size 6, and she was able to take the top of the dress in to just under a size 4. It looks like I ordered it that way. I definitely recommend their alteration services to anyone.

The alterations were well done. However, both times I went to drop off my dress and to pick it up (during business hours), I had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to come back from a break or to come open the store. Very rude and unprofessional

I was nervous my wedding dress would be nearly impossible to bustle due to the fabric and design but the alterations lady did wonders! Its perfect and I am so thankful. Affordable and highly recommended!

A little pricey, but definitely worth it. The dresses are very high quality. I went in this weekend looking for a prom dress and was in and out within an hour. Every color and style you can imagine, they have it. The owners are very helpful and willing to look up different sizes and colors in the style you like. The owners also recommend colors and styles that fit you! I walked out of there with a dress I absolutely love that was recommended to me that I would have never tried on if I were just shopping on my own. Being a size 14, its difficult finding nice prom dresses that fit, especially at places like Macys, JCP, Dillards, etc. The best part, unlimited try ons!! You can try on as many dresses as you would like without the owners being upset. Luckily, we were the only ones in the store, so we got a lot of attention and help. I would recommend going on a day they wont be busy so you can have a similar experience. They are also willing to tailor for you, hem, bustle, etc. Highly recommend!!

We were looking for a prom dress that stands out. Been through other shops but werent excited, until we came to Party Cloz. The store has so many different styles and types to choose from. Prices are compatible if not better than the other stores. They have alteration, you know, hem up the length, take in the sides, kind of things. Well been recommeding our friends about this place.

We went in looking for a cute homecoming dress. Lady that worked there was very rude and not helpful at all. They expect everyone to fit into a size XS. Very disappointed. You can tell theyre stingy with their money because they dont offer different sizes for their dresses. Dont waste your time here!!!

OMG! I bought shoes for my daughter for this store, after spending 170 dollars on a dress there. That I had no problem with and absolutely loved but the shoes, literally feel apart within an hour of her wearing them, the buckles broke off the soles came off, and they were not wearable. I would post a picture of the shoes and the disgusting state they are in after wearing them for an hour, but needless to say the page wont let me. I would also post a picture of the receipt too showing that I bought them this last friday, but again it will not let me. As a retired business owner I am appalled that this store does not stand by the product they sell. When I tried to return the shoes, I was told by the sales lady, That she probably danced too hard in them. No refund, no store credit, and no more business from me.

The woman working at this shop was incredibly rude to me after i told her that i would be looking for a dress that was about a size 5...if you arent a size 0 they really arent looking to help you
