This place just keeps getting worse and worse. No inventory. Always out of meat products, rarely have 2% milk. Hardly ever any bakery items. Priced a lb. of ground beef - 80/20 at $5.99..are you kidding? No Hot deli.. ugh..could go on and on

Everything is nice. A lot of stuff to choose and buy. Price is ok. The only fun thing is the way they named each area in the store is not logical enough: I have to spend my time to find Area E because that Area is not near Area D but at the top of the store.

Cool place to shop. I love the greeting coming in and going out of the store. Very friendly. The employees on the floor and at the register are very friendly also. Always asking if you need assistance with anything or if you need help finding something. Great atmosphere.

I am giving this specific review for a store I liked a lot. Yearly I spend approximately 30k in this store. What I love about it is location, selection, closeness to other stores ( in a mall)and pricing. Everyone likes to save a buck. My daughter buys all her server clothes there. They have a great selection, fair pricing and literally something foreveryone. What I am not loving about them is Walmart is totally phasing out checkers ALTOGETHER. I stood in a line with almost 200 $ in purchases when the lady ahead of me said shed been waiting 20 minutes and then nicely told her, Can you maybe open a line, we are tired, No, Im not going to do that for you they saidLPAt that same line there was a woman in a wheelchair who was disabled she waited 25 minutes and the disabled person needing help.I understand that Walmart is aware of this and basically the ball is in their court.

Nice cashiers and very helpful people and polite but I took 2 stars off because I do not like the cashier woman works at the beauty section. She is very rude and kept yelling which made me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise everything is alright

Terrible. I bought a few things the other day, paid cash, loaded receipt to my phone. Went to return a couple things the next day and was told they wont accept receipts on a phone. After 45 mins of waiting the manager comes, looks at my receipt on my phone and says yup thats fine. Worker was so rude to me when I was in the right

I have no idea why I even went here. No customer service. Let me understand this, pay for reusable bags but they wont bag your groceries when you bring them back!I try to save their jobs by only going in a regular check out but why. They dont want to bag a thing.

Horrible check out experience. Only checkout cachiers open were the self check. Sat. afternoon crowd, super packed. The checkout lines totally unorganized,customers very tense. Customers waiting in line blocking aisle causing even further confusion.Other wary of their spot in line due to others inadvertently cutting in line in front of them.Walmart associates in charge of self checkout area stood by and didnt interven. To scared and intimidated by the bad vibe of the crowd.Most unprofessional conduct.Uneasy and unpleasant feeling for all( customers & Walmart associates). This whole situation could have easily gotten out of control and ugly ( possibly violent). I will not patronize this Walmart ever again. Walmart Corporate office should review the video tape and consider disciplinary action against store managers Unfortunate situation that day which could of easily been avoided.

I absolutely loved this walmart. It was very organized and shopable. I have not been to a Walmart like this in 5 years. My walmart in Bellflower 2 in Lakewood and the 1 in long Beach town center needs there schematics updated like this walmart. And maybe some customer service training like this Walmart as well. I live 40 minutes from this wal.art but will drive to this one just so it can be shopable and have great customer service.

Great staff, always keeping the shelves stocked, and all seem to be really cheerfull about checking In the back for you.Only 4 stars; because when you press the red button for high value items, the support is non-existent. Management needs to support the red button. People dont want to fail, but bad procedures do.

The layout of this store is hella confusing and not standard protocol I dont feel like for Walmart, also shelves are clutter and chaotic as if to say we stock once and its in the middle of the night and thats that. Because certain categories of items are just jammed into their areas to obstruction.

Better than most places lines wise and the staff was nice. What more can you ask for?!

My job allows me to visit wAlmarts all over the nation. Ive seen the good,the bad, the ugly but my visit to the Walmart in focus, was spectacular. Just a typical busy Saturday night and I purchased a new cell phone cuz mine was stolen. The young Casanova professional working in the electronic department surprised me with encouragement that he would be with me very soon, even being 5th in line, he demonstrated competency and completion all the way. I cant do phones and he was as humble and patient with me the whole time it took to buy,activate,refill and call an Uber to get back to my motel. He has a unique name (arthd, or something like that.). If Walmart is listening, this young man is one you will see deliver perfect customer service.james k

Bad service i call some one to open a toy door they never come. I when to the front desk ask same one and still they never show up.. i wait for like in hour and no body came to help me.. and i just walk out.. bad service. They have bad attitude.. i hope next time they will be better. If there is a next time..

This place is like a circus at night time. Especially before closing which is late, 11 p.m. You could almost bring popcorn and some drinks and be thoroughly entertained and you havent even gotten in the store yet.

I came to do a return and my walmart employee was very helpful, she helped me figure out how to do things on the Walmart app, I was struggling using it beforeKind, curtious and friendly.

I was moved by the kind guidance when I asked the staff about the arrangement of things and easy-to-find arrangement.

There is always so many wonderful items.i just bought pioneer woman cookware after using my friends pots and pans. Just a hint, always use non scratch utensils on these, treat them good and they will last a long while for you.

Big section of the store was taped off and unable to be accessed by customers so it kind of made my shopping experience slightly below satisfying..it was like in a sense comparable to a freeway on-ramp road closure that forces you to take some way out of the way detour just to get to your destination lol ..had to walk way around through the clothing to continue on through the store because it blocked off a main part of the walkway ..-__-

I like this store because theres always good deals plus clearance. The only thing is sometimes I cant find the clearance section. But besides that they have had everything I needed when I go there. I go when its not too many people do to the coronavirus cuz my age. So Im very cautious but otherwise I enjoy shopping there.

Location is a mess and employees are very rude and uncaring to the customers..no reason to only have 1 cashier in the evening and have customers stand 5 deep in line. Also lots of open shoplifting and employees looking the other way or not checking at the door.

Way better than the one in GG. Good idea to get off the “open 24 hours” but - place still attracts - a different crowd after 10pm or so. If you go, go early.

Ive been here maybe 2-4 times. I do like visiting: you do have to wait in line before entering. I generally find most of the items Im looking for. This week (09/01/2020) most everything was fully stocked. My only issue is, most employees avoid greeting/acknowledging the customer, even in passing. Cashiers are the only ones who are very nice and kind. I wish the company knew how valuable ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES truly are.
