Terrible! Placed an order and paid for express shipping because I needed the item quickly. Company sent me the wrong item. Reached out to the company’s customer service several times and was ignored. Unacceptable!

FunkyPair is my favorite stop on the way to work! I’m an avid hosiery collector so their large fishnet collection gets me every time. I also found the perfect costume for Halloween last year. I made my first ever order of 3 item from Funky Pair Shoes! The first 2 items, it took a couple days to get a confirmation and I was antsy so I contacted and asked if I would get a tracking number once the order was processed, they quickly responded and said they would be emailing it the next day. When I didnt get the email the day they told me, I contacted again and they were very quick to respond and apologize and sent out the confirmation! I love the quick response as well as the actual communication I get with them!! My third item was on back order, so I again contacted them to ask if I would get another tracking # when the order was processed and they were quick to respond and let me know that they had just found out the item was discontinued and asked if I would like to exchange for another item of equal value or what I wanted to about it. I asked if I could get a refund for the one item and without hesitation they agreed and said it was in the works!! I have so far loved the items I got from them, they are sturdy, they are holding up very well for what I need them for, and I will definitely be making future purchases through them!! And again, their customer service and communication is truly phenomenal!! First time ever purchasing exotic dance wear shoes and I am very grateful that Funky Pair made it a good first experience! That is how you get people to come back and I wish more places ran like you guys!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Dont do business with this company. I ordered a costume online from them. It doesnt fit and is made wrong. I got the return authorization and mailed it back well within the 30 days and it was refused and returned to me.Charge back in process.You have been warned.As i cannot reply to your reply, if you look at the date on the label it was mailed out well before it needed to be there. Blame USPS.... you lost a customer and your costume was made badly... Bad service and bad quality! So no, I do not accept your well it was 30 days nonsense.Do not do business with these people!

I was looking for fishnets for my outfits and trying to find my size at some other places was tedious. I liked certain ones but they never have my size and some run small so it was a hassle. I came here and they had a huge shopping section full of size and style it was amazing! The staff was really nice and let me browse by myself and the prices were better than other shops! They had high heels and thigh highs and different platforms and heels as well. They also did have some undies and lingerie and some rave ware which was pretty cool. Definitely will be back for EDC outfits in the future thank you!

PLEASE do not have the shipping be through fedex smartpost. my package was supposed to be here almost two weeks ago, and it’s just been sitting at the fedex location about an hour away from me for over a week and they won’t even let me go pick it up in person or anything. i spent like $60 on these shoes and i’m scared i won’t ever get them :(

Omg this place is fantastic, I recently bought a pair of damned 318 demonia and they came perfectly in condition (except a little scuffing in the front but not really visible) the package wasn’t damaged or anything. I love the shoes so much and the service is amazing. They ship extremely fast to. I ordered my shoes on Sunday and received them Saturday they same week. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I ordered online and got my shoes FAST!! I was so pleased because with Covid 19 Ive had some pretty bad shipping with other businesses. My order came in a few days. The shoes are great! And there are so many choices on the website!

They are some very beautiful shoes the heel and the foot part is comfortable its just that the top portion of the plastic scratches your feet so you have to smooth it down. But other than that they are gorgeous shoes and I am so glad that Ive got them!

Even though this isn’t your typical review, I believe that FunkyPair definitely deserves a shoutout…I placed an order, and less than 24 hours later I received notification that the item was out of stock. Even though that was disappointing, I had my money refunded within the day. I was super impressed with their speed and efficiency in their communication!

I ordered a pair of boots And they came pretty quickly and looked just like they were displayed in the ad. I am pleased with my purchase, they fit perfectly and they looked really cool.The only thing I wish they had a leather boot option as I would preferred leather. The ad did clarify that the boots were not made from real leather that’s why I only gave a four-star as I would have rather had leather

This place is a joke. I bought a $75 costume that looks the same as the $20 costume you get in Spirit Halloween. Quality is terrible, colors are different from the photos and worse yet I decided I would just return it and they said no what I bought was final sale. Nowhere on my receipt or the product did it say that. Terrible - beware!

If I could give zero stars I would it was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Beware!!!I ordered shoes through this site which didn’t fit even though with that brand I always order the same size this pair didn’t fit. If you are going to be a company that sells shoes you should make it easier to return. I asked for the return. I then emailed asking for a return label of what I do to return. No response. So I finally tape the box up because it only came with the box with paper around it. It already cost me $11 to return and would have cost another $6 to buy a box. So I taped up the box and sent it back. They then only refunded me $26 for a $43 total pair of shoes. So $26-$11 I’m at $15 back for a $43 pair of shoes. If I would have known they had horrible customer service I would have kept the damn shoes. I pretty much flushed $30 down the toilet. I’m a single mom and $30 is a lot of money and I needed those shoes for work.I don’t like buying shoes online as it is but I don’t recommend using this company because if you have any issues you are stuck with the shoes. I’m doing everything I can to recoup the money from this scam. Do not order! There are many other sites that have good return policies and great customer service that are worth the extra couple bucks. Learned my lesson!

Ordered shoes, havent even received them yet, I paid for 3 days ups ground not the post office and they took my almost 40$ extra for speedy shipping and they still sent my shoes U.S mail, so dont waste your time or money on paying the extra if they dont pay attention to your order. Edit** even looked through my email, they sent me a link for tracking under ups ground and when I click it it takes me straight to the postal service

Kind of pricey & the dressing room is hotter than hell, no ac in there just a fan so if you think about it.. People are sweating on what youre trying on.. Not ok. I always pass this local place @ least 2x a week, but finally stopped by. I was looking for another Oktoberfest costume. They had exactly what I was looking for - PLUS a fitting room for me to actually try the costume on! Their costume selections is extensive as well as their private selections, amazing shoes & accessories. Their customer service model is great!...from the friendly grandpa who served as a greeter and liaison making sure everyone who walked in was helped, to the young man who took down the numbers & size of the costumes for trying on, to the other young man who helped to pull costumes, to the mom who was very efficient with checkout & payment & finally to the dad who was readily available for questions, etc. They were all very friendly & made me glad I chose to shop there. Theyre even on-line. I highly recommend checking this place out! OH! THEYRE OPEN YEAR ROUND!

I really do not recommend this place for lingerie or rave wear. I walked in ready to drop at least two bills on high quality lingerie or a cute Rave outfit. This was not the place to do such a thing. I have large breasts and typically buy my bras from high-end shops. I came to Funky Pair because it is close to home and the website looks legit. I was very mistaken! The lingerie are very very cheaply made products; many of which you can get from Leg Avenue for cheaper. The lace products are so cheap they wont even let you try the tops on. The notso helpful counterlady said I cant let you try on that top because the lace will strech and might rip. Keep in mind, there are no returns: so say you gamble paying the $56.00 for the top that you are not allowed to try on. You get it home and it rips. Well, now you are out $56.00. What are the sizes of M/L? Counterlady, again was not super helpful; I am not sure the exact cup sizes, they might be too small for you. In the end, I felt like perhaps they didnt want me to buy anything. Do go here if you are an A cup and like spending 40 bucks on a product you can get online for 15 or even at Santee Alley for five and a drive. I was not shopping for shoes, however, so please note this is only about their clothing/lingerie selection. Although, I would be surprised if the level of customer service changed at all. Dont waste your time when there are much better places in the area.

Love love this place. Yes, they have lots and lots of sexy lingerie to choose from as well as exotic shoes, heels, boots, etc. Costumes as well! The pricing of the products is not so bad. I rated it a 2 because the way they look at you is very sneaky and they kind of give the impression that I am going to steal something. Prepare to be watched throughout your entire shopping experience here. They watch you like hawks. All 4 of them!!! Theres also an older Asian man, (who I think is the father if not the owner), of the other Asians lingering around that stands in the middle of the store just watching your every move. I know! How crazy, right? This is very uncomfortable. If youre going to babysit your customers and make sure they dont steal anything, please be discreet about it and not make my shopping experience so uncomfortable! Geesh! I gotz da mula to pay for what I want to buy. 😀

Worst customer service ive ever received in my life. I ordered a pair of expensive bordello heels online in size 9, they sent me a size 8. Sent them back asking for a size up and they sent me a size 10. I now have a pair of heels I paid over 160$ for that not only dont fit, but cant afford to spent another 30$ on shipping there and back. I spent 90$ on shipping back and forth to get the right shoe size, and still dont have the right size. They wont do anything about it.

Limited selection of the most popular sizes/styles. Sometimes they do not follow their operating hours so be sure to call first to make sure they are actually there because I have shown up twice now, and the doors were locked and they were gone. They are also very selective as to what you can/cant try on. I asked if I could try on a pair of lacy boyshorts over the yoga pants that I was wearing, as I just wanted to see if they covered my butt or not. the owner said No. Sooooo, you can try on a bikini but you cant try-on a pair of lacy boyshorts because theyre underwear and absolutely not as the owner put it. This irritated me and made no sense! How does Victoria Secret get away with it? They provide disposable paper undies. why wouldnt a bikini store do the same thing??
