Ive used unameit couple times now, ordering hats for myself and fellow drivers at the workplace. The quality is spot on as far as the embroidery goes, and with so many different product options you can hand pick just about any quality apparels you see fit for your needs. The price is exceptional, and beats going to the mall by a long shot! the turnaround usually is way faster than quoted, My last order shipped the next day after quote approval! Very pleased with the Unameit company. I had a little trouble ordering at first so I contacted customer service. They responded very quickly and helped me with the issue. It is recommended that you use a desktop to design your item, but I was able to upload our company logo very easily even while just using my phone. The embroidery work is very nice and the shirt looks great!

Not only that, but they made it look even better by adding detail around a shield and star that are incorporated in our logo.They also listened to my request to center the logo based on my recommendation of where it should be. It was such a great experience. I loved the lay out of the the website so it was very easy to navigate. The service was really great. Such good quality printing! I was very pleasantly aurprised by the way my logo looked when inreceoved my tshirt. Minis 1 star because the white t shirt is a bit thin and i would have liked to be able to print lower on the back of the shirt.

Completely over the top embroidery! I ordered a polo shirt for a gift with a small logo that had 6 maritime flags and letters that I positioned in the website. I didnt know if they would make sure it was straight and centered and looking right, but they sure did. I could not be more happy with my purchase. And I have no idea how they can put out such amazing work for $35! I am completely blown away by this company.

They were great to work with. I had submitted a quote request for 20+ hats in various colors, all with the same custom design embroidered. Their reply got sent to my Junk Mail and I didnt see it. When I followed up a week later - on a Sunday evening - they replied immediately and we had a back-and-forth email exchange that same night. What service! I just recently purchased a custom t-shirt from U Name It. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful the staff was. I only had to wait 15 minutes and the prices were reasonable. I have since worn the t-shirt several times and always get complements from both friends and strangers. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

My first order was two hats, black and white when I received them they were incorrect and were were black and black to white fade, they said order one more and Ill send two... Ok these two show up black and white like I wanted but now the font on the front is black...on a black front hat. So I say ok heres the deal, and they promise to send me new ones. Well I received one..yes one hat today that that finally correct so here I have one hat in the color I asked for and I only had to pay just north of 110$ for it. Will never do business with them again.

We just got out Employee T-shirts back and all my employees are so impressed. They explained us it will take about three days to get the company logo to get digitized before they can do the embroider. Which was perfectly fine I called around and everybody is at least 3-7 days out. By the time we got the T-shirts back everybody taught it is much more clear than on our business card. They did explain something about their machine is really fine thread so they can show all the details. I would anyone considering getting and embroider give it a shot to these guys. We were pretty satisfied with the service and pricing. Next I will try some of their custom sweatshirts.

These guys are seriously super knowledgable about all things custom apparell and they truly do it with excellence. Everything from the digital aspect (graphic design, digitization), to the embroidery, to the various types of printing (vinyl, screen printing, laser printing), the custom stickers, and more. The owners are super experienced, having dealt with many huge orders. If you ever want a great custom item this is my best suggestion. Shop local!

I dont normally like to write reviews good or bad, but felt compelled to write this one after my experience here. In a word, fantastic! I came in needing last minute gifts, and being last minute, knowing I would have to give belated gifts. I walked in not knowing what to expect, but one of the proprietors, Henry, Put away what he was doing and helped me design 3 different hoodies. To top it off, he had them made within 3 hours! No belated gifts afterall. He was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and the product looked great. I would not hesitate to recommend U Name It for your apparel printing needs. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable, prices reasonable, and they produce great products! I will be back again for sure :)

Ive shopped here a number of times over the years and am always satisfied with my experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like that I can get custom stuff done but they also have a nice selection of pre made items too. They are very knowledgable so when I get custom stuff made it always turns out just how I want it! Took 10 minutes till someone came out from behind their little curtain, was greeted by a kid who couldnt have been older than 23. Greeted us, I asked about the service and got what I would hardly call an explanation of their services. All the while the kid is texting on his phone while Im talking to him and eventually I gave up trying to pretend like I was interested in their business and left. This place looks like some slapped together rip off business.

I live in California, in the bay area, and I have a very positive experience dealing with U Name it company, first I tried doing a couple of beisbol hat embroidered with with the text Geary Market place, and and the hats were so nice in quality and workmanship that I ordered two more,and then I asked them via email about t-shirts,and I like to wear shirt that are very comfortable, so I asked them what they have, so since I was no to convince of what they were offering, I bought the t-shirts that I like, and send them to them for being embroidered, and the results were magnificent, the t-shirts that I love and the wonderful workmanship of U Name it, spectacular results, so happy that I writing this 5 star review. Been to many embroidery shops before and been told that my logo was too detailed and wont work for embroidery, Eser was so talented and patient, explained to us how he could make some changes on my logo and can use a finer thread to get my logo on a hat, result was impressive cant wait to wear the hats for our upcoming event, i could give 10 stars if it was possible.

First I would like to say I have bought several items from this store in the last few years. The 2 gentlemen who worked there at that time were always friendly and professional. On Sunday, May 29, 2016, I went in to order 3 t-shirts (2 for gifts and 1 for myself). The new staff they have working there was rude, over-priced and deceptive with their pricing, and unprofessional to say the least. There was a new guy there who was very rude and wanted to charge me $49.99 per t-shirt! He went on about how they were so expensive because I was going to cause him a lot of hard work and how his shirts are not made in China, they are made in the U.S. Instead of arguing with him I left. I ended up coming across a kiosk owned by the same company downstairs. I asked the man (another one I had never seen before) how much for the same t-shirt and he quoted me $39.99 ($10.00 cheaper). I ordered and pre-paid for one t-shirt because he was not very friendly, but not rude, and wanted to see the quality before ordering more since I had never worked with him. He said the wait would be an hour to an hour and half but I let him know I would come back on Tuesday, the 31st. He said that was fine but I would have to go back to the actual store to pick it up. I went in around noon to pick up the shirt and after waiting in the store for 10 minutes had to yell hello?! into the back for someone to actually come out to help me. The same guy from the kiosk came out and rudely said my shirt was not ready because I said I would be there Tuesday. When I said, It is Tuesday, and he just stared at me. I explained I drove all the way from Aurora to pick this up and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked for a refund and he could not figure out how to get it back on my credit card so he gave me cash out of his wallet. I told him I had bought several items from them before and I would never buy anything from them again or recommend them. He shrugged his shoulders again. I said but it looks like you dont care and he said, well what do you want me to do apologize, its not like that will make a difference. I am not sure how they price their items but it is obviously not consistent and they haggle their customers. They are also very disrespectful and unprofessional. I just wanted to put this out here so other customers can beware of their dishonest practices.

My husband just left the store, a bald big man was there. First he ignored my husband, who left and later returned. My husband asked if they could place licensed logos on tshirts which he stated they could. Then he asked if he could have a raiders logo placed on a pink shirt, for our daughters bday shower, to which he looked him up and down said no then turned around and proceeded to walk away. My husband was not done talking to him and he just walked away. My husband asked if there was a manager around to speak with about his rudeness and he stated he was the only one there. You place bronco logos on tshirts, other licensed logos yet not raiders because you dont like raider fans? And thats how you treat people trying to do business?
