Mark, the owner, is incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was in the middle of a tricky espresso machine repair that required some hard to source metric parts. I made two visits within a few hours trying to figure out how to get this machine back online. Mark took significant time out of his day to troubleshoot with me and run around the shop tracking down potential fixes. In the end, his efforts led to a practical resolution and got those delectable java nectars flowing again. Im very grateful for his expertise and generosity in helping me. His shop is a true gem, and he genuinely cares about the customer!

Ive had occasion to do business with these folks over the years and they have always bent over backwards to find a solution to a problem whether auto, gun parts, etc. The myriad of British parts and sizes presents quite a problem when trying to fix something from Europe. The pricing is on par given part prices, shipping and potential waiting times if they dont have the part in stock. Ive give them a shot.
