The clerk helped us for 45 minutes in the cold night trying to fix the lights on our u haul trailer. (.....turns out... our escape didnt have the tow package .... lovely ...so the wires were hooked up to a powerless port. ) He was so patient and sweet. I couldnt thank him enough. Just for him to take the time especially THAT much time really means a lot. Thankyou !
