The Ski and Sport crew do a great job of taking care of their customers. I got a whole new kit (board, boots, bindings) from them a few months back and am in love. The store has a great selection of clothing and gear to fit everybodys individual style. The crew also provides excellent tuning services as well! I have had Gio work on my gear for years and have seen him work miracles! Ski and Sport rocks!

Gio was super helpful in getting me set up with cross country skis. Hes very knowledgeable and extremely customer service focused. He stayed open late (waited for me when I called) to get me set up before the big snow storm. How many stores would let you walk in after closing hours and spend time with you?? Five stars for Ski and Sport of Westport, and kudos to Gio!

Bought a helmet for my son, with the assurance that could exchange or refund, no questions asked if the helmet did not fit. I brought the helmet back within the period required( despite a crazy set if snowstorms and driving conditions), and Gio refused to refund or exchange for a different size. The helmet was sold with no box, and due to low inventory, he simply handed me a helmet from the sales floor. Bad on me for not examining it prior or believing his claims of “you paid full price, no problem.” My child did not wear the helmet, so there was no way to have the dents/scratches he alleges during simply trying on the helmet at home. The tags were off, that’s true, the scratches/dents were probably present at original sale and I did not notice. I brought the helmet back in another box, because one had not been provided at time of sale. So happy to see that Gio, and Ski and Sport of Westport is so diligent about responding to online reviews when that energy could be used in actually providing a modicum of customer service. Go elsewhere, blatant bait and switch.

Gio was friendly and helpful even though I showed up just as he was closing for the day! Thank you for helping me find the last XC ski boot in all of New England!

Knowledgeable staff, Fairfield county locals since the 70s by far the best ski tuning and rentals in town. They listen and meet your needs. They carry AT gear and can get anything you need within the week if it isnt in stock. Worth poking your head in of youve never been. Oh summertime has workout, beach, hike, tennis, and cycling. The only BMX crew I trust.

Very bad customer service. I was told one thing on the phone and a different thing when I showed up at the store 20 minutes later. Staff members were not being helpful and one came off as rude. Cycleology is the place to go down the street.

Great local family owned business. I dropped off my board to be waxed and ready for the next day. Super easy. great prices. Be sure to stop buy and check them out. If they dont have it, they can order it in for you as well.

The woman who works there is unpleasant and dismissive. The man has an anger management problem and tried to hustle us. He was rude, aggressive and dishonest. I will never shop there again.

Hands down best boot fitting in town. Knowledgeable staff and passionate about seeing people happy on the slopes. If they dont have what you are looking for they will go out of their way to obtain it at the best price, or find something that will better suit your needs. Family owned and it shows, lots of love in this shop. Not a run of the mill ski shop.

Worst experience ever. Maybe just bad staff the day I went but no idea how to fit a boot. Just increased sized when daughter said it was tight. Result was size that was 2 sized above her foot size. Boots are supposed to be tight. Very unpleasant women working in store. I will never set foot in that store again.

Bad experience. Bought gloves for a two week ski trip. Would not refund battery powered gloves which did not keep hands warm. Tried to use them again next day, but they were still wet inside. Only offered a store credit - of no value since I live in NJ.

Not only in the winter do they have great stuff but In The summer such cute easy to wear clothing ! Great brands
