Sales Rep Bianca, was extremely knowledgeable, extremely detail oriented and very quick and efficient in helping me upgrade and purchase 2 new phones and reconsider plan options. Bianca was polite and very pleasant to deal with too and gave excellent suggestions along the way. Terrific experience getting what I needed efficiently! Highly recommend asking for her assistance!

The place is very dark( they don’t turn in lights and WiFi inside very slowwwww). The place a very strong chemical odor and only one person working. Don’t waste your time, just go to the corporate store in Norwalk.

Ryan is the man, and really good at what he does. He helped my family and me with everything we needed (with above-and-beyond, highly personalized “service with a smile” to boot).For many folks, ourselves included, a trip to the ‘phone/cell store’ can potentially be anxiety-inducing in certain situations; if you’re able to have Ryan assist you, you’ll walk out the door in a happier state than when you arrived. Five stars.

Ok I love Destiny and Eric. I was so in the dark about my technology and they have brought me up to lightening speed and I’m good to go. Get down and get your speed on its so gratifying !!! I’m 68 and feel young again - I didn’t have to ask my kids they will be shocked!!

Never will I never go to this store again! It was 4 employees in the store at the time. 12-21-2020 6:15pm. Keep in mind there was no customers in the store at the time. I couldn’t get any help from neither one of the 4 employees. They also have REAL BAD ATTITUDES.

A person used a stolen identity at this location and purchased a phone on my account. Being in another state, I do not know what identification was used or what she verified as I had control of the account until this incident. I lost a full day of work plus dealing with this and I’m certain that this action created a string of activities that I will have to follow for a good time to come.

I came into the Westport store to review my bill and get a new phone. Eric was a great help with this. I was able to make necessary adjustments to the bill and get a new iPhone 11. He was very thorough and extremely nice. I would absolutely recommend this store.

I went to AT&T in Westport for a phone upgrade and came away very satisfied. Eric and Dali were great. Not only did they get me my upgrade they were able to look at my old plan, adjust to a new plan, and get me another phone upgrade without my bill going up. I have never been at a cell phone retailer where they were proactive in trying to help me. They did all of this with a smile and worked quickly. I would highly recommend them for any AT&T needs.

Paul delivered an incredible, positive customer experience to me on Friday evening at the Westport CT store when he helped me set up my new iPhone. I was dreading the chore of changing phones, but as a result of his courteous, professional and caring spirit, I left the store with my phone updated, and a smile on my face. I cant say enough about how pleasant the experience was. Well done Paul!!

Dalimar is the best employee there! I would only ask for her. Not only is she kind, funny, and friendly, she does not rest until she resolves whatever problem you have. She stayed after hours with customer service to ensure that at&t did everything to fix my service- and by the end she fixed it! Highly recommend working with her!

Had an iphone problem and Tori was informative with what we needed to do to check it before going for an upgrade. We went home and tried it, but could see the iphone X was done. Funny how iphones tend to die after 24 months. In any case, went back and Tori was very helpful to quickly upgrade. His informative, calm demeanor was appreciated with a desperate college student without a phone. Eric also very helpful with a quick service change.

Fantastic service! They really helped me out with picking out a new phone for my wife and I. We’re not very tech savvy so they really took their time helping us getting set up and ready to go. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future AT&T needs.

I was pretty much ignored for half an hour. I had been a loyal costumer for 15 years. I was so upset that I walked out, went to the Verizon store and switched. What a difference in service!

Just want to say that Paul A. was a star today ~ Im so grateful that he troubleshooted why my phone was not registering on the network, which traced back to the fact that an old SIM card was listed on my account (not the recent SIM card). Thanks for solving the problem, Paul!

One of the BEST!!!!This girl Dalimar has gone above and beyond for me today!! I was having the worst day and was trying to quickly activate my phone, from home, but was not able to. So i was hoping to have a quick experience at the AT&T store in Westport, CT. and get back to work. She wasnt even getting any sale from me. She stayed on the phone with customer service and got everything accomplished for me. I cant be more appreciative for her help. Definitely ask for her. The kindest, coolest ever!! Weve been here for awhile now--AT&T is having issues porting our phone. But our service rep Roger has gone well above and beyond and has been so incredibly helpful to us. Excellent service, and a huge thank you to Roger.

Roger Gousse was a most exceptionalAssistant manager. I walked in and needed transferring and had very little apple knowledge and he spent over an hour with me to help.Who in this age does that!!!!Can’t say enough words of praise!!!

The manager, Paul, was great. Had to come back twice, but trying coordinate 5 phones across family was confusing as they were all entangled. Patient, cared and helped solve not an easy problem.

I went into the store with questions regarding my bill, the store manager Gabe was very helpful in explaining all the charges, he also answered questions I had about my upgrade options. It was a nice experience for a change.

This store deserves zero stars. As a 20 year customer of AT&T, I went in to add my husband on my plan and Roger completely screwed us over. He tried to talk us in to a buy one, get one deal but couldnt get it executed so we ended up with one phone which we then had to send back. 3 months later we are still being billed for both new phones and have had to call customer service 6 times. Rogers boss is also completely useless and was not able to help us rectify this huge mistake either. Everytime we call the store, we are told theres nothing they can do even though it was their mistake. We will be switching to Verizon thanks to Roger and his incompetent manager.
