Terrible experience . The ladies were talking behind our back . They were staring like we would steal something . Super rude. We just wanted to try the clothes on . We have been here before and the other employees were always very respectful. The ones I experienced today were extremely rude . They should hire people with better customer service .

Overall the place is okay, the clothes are really really cute, but my problem is that no matter what you look like you just feel uneasy in there. you feel like your getting stared down by customers and the workers there. pretty unprofessional, they show that they barely care about you or your shopping experience. fitting rooms are super uncomfortable to be in, since they don’t shut all the way, but other than that brandy is a really good store. honestly just try not to worry about what other ppl think, and just shop!!

Both times I went here the staff were so rude and standing around the entire time. The cashier was very sweet but all of the other staff was standing in front of the store talking the entire time. I prefer shopping online from here.

Great place for smaller sized girls, one size fits all, really cute clothes and some accessories too

Even though there is always a line to get into the store it all moves fairly quick. The store is small and hard to get around but the girls do their best to accommodate everyone. All things considered it has been a pleasant shopping experience.

Never agian they were Extremely rude,they dont have prices on there clothes they also dont have regular sizes on there clothes in general you should not go here

Heads up shoppers. Even though the dressing room is closed due to Covid, you can NOT get a refund if something doesnt work out. Store credit or exchange only. BAD business policy. Make sure your teens are aware.

Staff is incredibly self absorbed and rude never ask once if you need help. You can sense their judgemental eyes staring you down while they sit around and always get in your way. Overall hate this place. Also the one size fits all is disgusting
