The quality of the products and customization (embroidery, heat press, engraving) is consistently excellent.Over the years, we’ve come to Tim with many challenging requests and he always finds a solution for us. Our latest request was for wooden gift boxes. We told Tim about the purpose, size, and style of what we were looking for and we picked 2 boxes from the catalogue. When the samples came in, they were nice, but Tim had ordered a third box that he thought might better suit our needs and it was perfect – much better than what we had picked out!Tim has a talent for listening and understanding what we are looking for and then finding the perfect shirt/gift/jacket/etc. We highly recommend Nice Threads!
