Went to get covid test for travel and was told 1-2 days. It’s now been over 2 days, I’ve missed my flight and had to pay $$$ to rebook and still can’t get ahold of anyone to get my results.

If you need a COVID Test to travel, I would not use CVS. They are unable to get the results to you in a timely manner. They are also unable to tell you when your results will be available. Essentialy, all they are worried about is collecting the $139 to take the test, and if you receive the results in time or if you don’t receive the results in time there is nothing they can do to help you, nor do they care to. I am not sure why they agree to provide testing for travel when they have no control over the timing of the results and the test has to be administered 72 hours prior to departure. Would recommend any pharmacy but CVS if you need this test to travel.

This location has the rudest most Incompetent unprofessional and uncaring staff behind the pharmacy counter. They will mess up on the simplest medications and then catch an attitude with You when you finally get fed up and decide to switch to a different pharmacy

Poor service

I buyed a Google Play gift card and it didnt work. I asked the cashier if i can atleast change it she said No. So i lost $10.

They are slow,dont have all my prescriptions ready. Never have one of my meds, so I have to drive all over to fill it. One of my sons bipolar meds was supposed to be filled 5 days ago. Still havent got his meds. I didnt choose this pharmacy, my old pharmacy sold our prescriptions to them. Ive tried to change pharmacies and they dont send all of our prescriptions.

Always quick and convenient. A little pricey, but thats what convince will cost you.

The most useless, least organized store with terrible customer service

This CVS is horrible!!! The assoicates are always busy. It takes at least five minutes to get waited on. No welcome or anything. The associates are rude. Maybe, a select few arent. I called an script in and when I showed up to pick up my script.. Well, the associate told me that it wasnt called in. How does this happen?? I am transferring my scripts to Dekle pharmacy. I will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone and wont be coming back again. I hope that in the future you will do better for the customers.

Absolutely love Mr. Keith & Miss Anita! Always friendly & courteous every time I walk thru their door. Their pharmacy staff are fantastic too! Ms. Jessica & Mr Kenneth are slayin it back there & take time answering every question I have concerning my meds even when theyre super busy with both in-store & drive-thru customers/patients. There is one staff member whom, for respect of the other wonderful staff, will remain nameless. So, this is MY review/ opinion of my local CVS. Def 5 stars:-))

Got accused of trying to steal for no reason at all. Then when i asked to speak to a manager the person that did the accusing said oh I am the manager. When I asked why she thought it was okay to accuse ppl of stealing she said if Im not guilty then why was I worried about it. Was extremely unprofessional. Then went on to say she was going to call the cops and get me for harassment I did nothing wrong except expect an apology. She did call the police, I waited for them to show up. They did nothing, because I did nothing illegal. Next stop after this review is corporate. So be careful going in this store you could get accused of stealing and then get the cops called on you for standing up for yourself.

Bad customer service I will never come back to this location

I go there a lot. It is a very clean place.
