Dont bother with this store. As unprofessional as they come. Tried to order a small amount of luxury vinyl. They claim they told us if they were putting in an order they would tack our order on. The way we remember it is, we were told they were putting in an order and would add ours onto it and it would be in there store in four business days. Bottom line, it doesnt matter who was right. In the end, we are the customer and they did nothing to try and get our business other than enthusiastically telling us to find it somewhere else! Well, I guess we will...

Excellent selection, excellent customer service and prices were great. I shopped around a lot and the prices were the best around for apples to apples comparisons. This is an owner operated business with the owner on premises and he spent a great deal of time with us. You could tell he took great pride in his business and his customer service.I have already recommended him and will again.

My husband and I stopped in after having no luck fnding bathroom floor tile at the big box stores. The search stopped here! I instantly fell in love with a grey woodgrain tile that was installed on the floor for display. The tile was far superior to any I had seen and it was a great price! Beautiful tile selection, lots on display, great advice, professional customer service and timely delivery. I will certainly purchase from Atlas again!

Went in near closing time yet all three personal stayed late helping us pick out, order and give us advice on remodeling our bathroom. Nice to get three opinions on style and suggestions on remodeling. Based on their recommendations we will be using schluter wall material instead of cement board

We were confused and frustrated with the big box stores. Family member suggested Atlas Tile for our bathroom. The salesmen listened to what we were trying to do and took care of the rest. What a great experience it was. We stayed in budget and was shown many options.

Excellent selection. Excellent service. Beautiful results. Atlas was contractor recommended for granite counter tops and subway wall tile. My kitchen looks fabulous. I highly recommend Atlas Tile.UPDATE: I am disappointed. I accidentally cracked the granite with a ceramic dog dish. I called ATLAS to see what could be done. Basically, whoever I spoke with, just said, well, uhm,,i dont know what you mean, uhm,,, I asked if he could recommend something I could repair it with since it was a small nick. He again was well, I dont know then I said I read on the web of certain compounds that could be used, so how could you say there is nothing? and then he said, oh yeah, well there is some epoxy like stuff... at which point i said, thanks, Ill ask elsewhere. To which he replies OK and then just hung up. So my experience is: they were great when I was purchasing, but not at all great with after service. Not at all helpful. Made it sound like I was bothering them. I dont think I will use them again, just because of this.

This is a awful place to buy Tiles...it seemed they talked me into buying stuff I didnt need, and then wouldnt take it back...when I brought back the items I never used, the owner( I think ) took the items, put it in his stock room, and told me I wouldnt be getting any money back...why would he take it out of my car if he wasnt going to compensate me? Both my contractor and my tile guy told me they both had problems with Atlas, poor attitude, the order always came out short...Worse place I ever did business with...Wow, this guy is calling me dishonest...Do yourself a favor before buying tile from this guy, ask your contractor/tile installer about Atlas...I wish I did....And by the way, the owner called me a horrible person before I started name calling back....Do you want this to happen to you, after you spent thousands, at this horrible establishment?
