This Starbucks used to do a great job and now they rip you off if when it comes to cold foam and whipped cream. If these are going to cost extra, at least give enough to be able to enjoy it 🙄

Great staff! Always friendly both at drive thru and in store. I usually get the funnel cake frappe. Only once it felt like too much strawberry was in it and not enough coffee but otherwise they always get it right.

Was easy in and out, service is wonderful as always, and will certainly be coming back

Love the staff at this location, I just hate the way the drive thru is set up.

Drinks are good people who work there some are not bubbly, and friendly. They walk back and forth and ignore you for the most part. No consistency in the drinks and they are way too slow. What I dont like is if I order in store why do I have to wait 20 minutes for a hot tea? It hot water and tea bag easy...I should get it right awAy before drive thru or mobile orders anything else is unacceptable.

Going to Starbucks for breakfast and seeing Rosie is a highlight. She is amazing! I just tried online ordering from my app for the first time this week and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and I got bonus stars. Starbucks rewards are way better than Dunkin.

I have been frequenting this Starbucks as of late because it has a drive through unlike my usually one. I commend them for keeping their lobbies closed for seating and their diligent mask wearing. Customers can still come inside to purchase but the amount of people inside at a time is limited and a system is in place to have people wait outside if need be.Otherwise this location lives up to the high expectations Ive come to had for Starbucks as a whole.

3x I get a coffee that isnt filled to the top. Nothing more annoying than a barrista who cant fill a $8 cup of coffee to the top. Also, they are understaffed at this location that you wait for someone to acknowledge you are at the counter and waiting

No indication that the drive through was busted employee that was outside was hiding behind bushes

They got my drink order correct and it was ready quickly despite the rush. I would just say the store has bad layout and it was difficult to find somewhere to stand to wait for my drink and to get to it when it was ready. The pick up is near a narrow hallway that leads to the bathroom and is made even more squished by the tables they put against the wall there.

Drive thru was very quick.

Small shop, but they do their best in the era of Covid. Clearly tPes lines, staff is friendly. Drive through is perpetually backed up but is moving.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! The service is always extremely friendly and prompt. I like this location specifically because they have a lot of seating, so its great to do work in and there are plenty of outlets (and natural light!!).Just a heads up: Ive noticed the drive-thru line seems to get really long here, so going in the shop might be a better bet.

Poorly-designed store makes it so that their voice at the back of the store announcing completed drinks competes with the music at the front (where all the tables are); to make things worse, they dont update you on the app once your order is completed. The employees are courteous and timely, but its not their fault the layout of the place prioritizes aesthetics over ergonomics.

It should not take my mobile order 26 minutes to be made, only to be asked to see the app on my phone for confirmation based on the baristas assumption it was sent to another location (it wasn’t) ESPECIALLY when a customer is in a rush.

Customer service at this Starbucks is jus amazing!!!! They made my order wrong one morning, I called then and let them know. I talked to Dylan he was apologetic offered free coffee nezt time i came in, was very friendly and nice!!!! I shop at this Starbucks all the time! And customer service is the BEST!!!!!

Hey, its Starbucks, great coffee, ok food, a bit pricey. This one was very clean with efficent and friendly staff!

I go to this Starbucks several times a week and had been satisfied with the latte I order - same kind every time - until recently. For the past couple weeks my latte is bitter and tastes like dishwater. I can get subpar coffee at Dunkin Donuts for half the price. This morning the server copped an attitude with me when I politely corrected an error he made with my order. Almost took his tip back. I wont be going back anytime soon.

Highly dissatisfied with service we received this morning. Placed a mobile order for a strawberry smoothie, amongst other items. Fiancé arrived at this location to retrieve our order, tastes his smoothie and was visibly not happy with the result. The barista proceeded to ask if it was okay, fiancé replied, no it tastes like milk and ice, not a smoothie. Barista replied, yeah we ran out of strawberry syrup 🤷🏼‍♂️ turned his back to work on something else. Not, right, we ran out of syrup but we can make you something different if you’d like! — the response that should’ve occurred would’ve occurred at literally any other Starbucks. So the fiancé not wanting to cause a scene left with the disgusting “smoothie” and wasting the $4 spent because the Barista did not attempt to resolve the issue. This location has really gone downhill and the staff act like they truly don’t care. I’d much rather go out of my way to Cromwell ave than to visit this store.
