We have been coming to Karol Opticians for around 15 years. The staff is always pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. The contact prescriptions are always spot-on. Roger Troi conducts extremely thorough and accurate examinations. I watched him teach my children how to put in their contact lenses, which requires patience and excellent teaching skills. If you have any issues with your glasses, they always make it right. Grade A customer service!!
