If staff is wearing a mask they should at least wear it properly! Covering your mouth but having your nose exposed negates the purpose of wearing a mask! It also makes the person wearing it look stupid.

I was fortunate enough to have met sam, not sure if he is the owner or the manager. He was very very pleasant and kind, his customer service was A1 in my eyes. These days it hard to find good workers, so you can’t bash the store based on one bad employee... thanks Sam

I have been a regular customer since this location opened their doors and always had a pleasant customer service expected until today. The cashier at approximately 11am this morning was extremely rude and not helpful. She actually seemed very bothered to be even waiting on customers. I always use my account for the 1.50 off 2 packs of Marlboro cigarettes. Today it only took 1.00 off and I pointed out the sign that shows 1.50. I asked for a manager and she stated that there was no one there. I work in retail and her behavior was totally unacceptable. Since Cumberland Farm is offering the same deal I am considering going back to them. I visit this store at least twice a week for gas and cigarettes. Very disappointed.

Don’t go here, they over charged me I’m trying to adress the situation because I noticed once i got in my car now they not answering the phone .

This place needs some management all the garbage cans overflowing and the help Think they’re doing you a favor when they take care of you funny so much competition in the Berlin Turnpike you think they’ll have better customer service
