First and foremost, Kifaru makes a fantastic product and their quality is second to none. I had to take a trip to their showroom today to get a bit of help in getting my pack adjusted. I didnt make an appointment but rather drove up and dropped in. Although they were busy, I was greeted immediately and within just a few short minutes, Alex came out to help me get my pack straight. He was fantastic to work with and he got everything fitting perfectly. Excellent customer service and an excellent product. You cant ask for more. Thanks guys.

Purchasing from Kifaru is the best decision I have made. Over the years I have purchased packs from Badlands, 2 Mystery Ranch packs, and Stone Glacier. First pack I have purchased from Kifaru is the 357 mag with a grab it 2 attachment . This pack is above and beyond any pack I have owned . Bought a Kifaru pack several yrs ago. Finally, a small plastic locking loop on my waist belt gave out. Not only did Kifaru go out of their way to replace my waist belt, but they also had to get really creative figuring out a way to make my older obsolete frame work with the new waist belt. In the end, my pack feels brand new and Team Kifaru went WAY beyond to take care of their customer! If you’re at all on the fence about buying Kifaru, just do it! Aaron Snyder’s crew makes the toughest gear and they back it up!

Great gear, bad customer service.I ordered a jacket and pants on Black Friday because they were having a sale. It took 89 days to receive the items. Good gear is worth the wait. My issue stemmed from asking for updates along the way and getting told repeatedly that my gear would ship next week. After two months of CS tell me my gear would ship next week I am frustrated. String customers along and out right lying to them is not good business. If you have delays, a simple we are waiting on the material, or sewing staff is overwhelmed would have fixed this with no hard feelings. It seems to me that CS has little to no communication with the production floor.

Great customer service when I went in to look at packs. I had no idea what I was looking for and Alex walked me through the process from start to finish. I got to try on tons of packs with different combos of frame/bag to find what felt right. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Looking forward to coming back to them for future purchases as well.

Im not sure why people say this company has excellent customer service. My experience has been just the opposite. Ive been very polite, trying to get a backpack for almost 2 weeks now. Kifaru just flat out doesnt return phone calls. I actually somehow reached someone last week, who said they would call me back on Monday. They didnt. At my company, failing to call a customer back is a fireable offense. They also dont answer their phone during business hours. Overall, Id actually have to say they have the worst customer service of any company Ive ever dealt with in my life, no exaggeration. Im not gonna beg you guys to spend $500 on a backpack

Very impressed! And excited about my purchase. Made a last minute change to my sleeping system. Called down to kifaru headquarters. They were more then willing to help me prior to my trip. I drove an hour to get there and pick up a 20 deg slick bag! This place is top notch and plan to purchase more kifaru product in the future.

Kifaru has cost me so much money by not forcing their products upon me sooner. I have wasted too much money on good” backpacks in the past. These beloved backpacks I now look upon with disdain as they sit abandoned to the back of the closet.I was deeply disappointment when I opened the box and it didnt start playing Born in the USA like a greeting card but I did feel lucky my face didnt melt off like opening the Arc of the Covenant because that sh*% is beautiful!I work on Rolex watches everyday and must say though a Kifaru may not be made to the same hundredth of a millimeter tolerance it is most certainly made to the same level of quality craftsmanship.I no longer sleep well at night and wake up in cold sweats from nightmares of being mugged in my sleep at deer camp for having the audacity of rolling into the woods with the backpack equivalent of a Rolls Royce. I now feel like Gollum guarding “My Precious” and its only August!I am assuming your team are either experts at what they do or my recent alien abduction was really a secret Kifaru fitting. This pack (26” tactical, Nomad 2) was as comfortable as a mother’s warm embrace right out of the box and once I put it on I was overcome with the gentle sound of angels singing. My wife for some reason felt the need to close all the blinds in our house and mumbled something about the neighbors as I proceeded to cook dinner while testing the new pack complete with gunbearer and every bit of kit I could shove in it.I just cannot believe I waited so long to own one and have now named her “Francine”.Thank you to everyone on the Kifaru Team for making an EXCEPTIONAL product right here in the USA! I hope you all are proud of what you do every day because I certainly am!PS. Not sure if I mentioned it but I would probably buy from Kifaru again and may even recommend them to others.

Kifaru is second to none with top notch equipment and service. Aron took time out on a Saturday to custom fit me for my pack and I couldnt be more stoked! Ive had a kifaru frame carrier pack for 6 years and it is awesome. By far the best hunting pack money can buy. I accompanied my daughters dad here to help take some pictures of their packs that he was looking at purchasing for some students of his at the Navys bomb squad school. They were so helpful, full of information and their pup even tolerated playing a very loooong game of fetch with our two little girls.

Kifaru Makes the most amazing products. I own two packs and a tipi. I have owned my tipi since 2004 and am still putting it to hard use today. No flaws, breaks,rips or problems with it. I absolutely love it. My two packs are the toughest packs Ive ever owned and are EXTREMELY comfortable and good for carrying a heavy weight on a long hike. Overall this company is super reliable, and good quality.

First rate group of guys! In an age when customer service is almost non-existent, these guys turn back the clock. Their focus is on customer satisfaction and producing an unbelievable product. Arons refreshingly straight shooting nature, and willingness to take time away from what cant be anything other than a crazy schedule to speak to a 1st time customer from half way across the country sold me on this brand. On my very first phone call to Kifaru, which by the way was on a Saturday, I was convinced that I wanted to give a business like this my money. Kifaru is closed on Saturdays, but a young gentleman (im sorry I dont remember your name!) answered the phone anyway and stayed on the phone for upwards of 20 minutes with me, NOT bashing and badmouthing the competition, but professionally elaborating on why HE believes in this product and what Kifaru brings to the table.
