My fiancé and I just purchased a hot tub from Parker Spas and we couldnt be more impressed. The delivery went flawless and they had electrician recommendations for us to use. The owner, Scott was very knowledgeable about all spa related items and was available for when the hot tub was installed and talked us through the next steps with any questions that we had. Ive had a good experience in every interaction Ive had with the Parker family. Was originally on their list for a refurbished spa and another dealer beat them to it, but theyve been super helpful with education and maintenance questions Ive had. Will continue to get my supplies from them.

Scott was so helpful and personal. We knew nothing about hot tubs but we’re very interested in having one. Scott didn’t up-sale us into a unit we didn’t need. We finally ended up with a three person unit and love the size. He was very helpful at the delivery and advised the final installation. He gave us a little class of additives and care. He left inviting us to come by or call him anytime if we have questions. We were very pleased with the entire experience!!

I stopped by the other day to check out the deals on used hot tubs and met Scott. Scott is a fantastic guy! I know nothing about hot tubs, but Scott took the time to tell me about hot tubs and answer all my questions.

I recommend this quality spa.. Delivery, set up and instructions were all excellent. Id never owned a hot tub before so had lots of questions. They were available to answer everything and even made several trips to my home to give more detailed instructions.

Scott is a great guy who always has the answer to any of my spa questions. He has gone out of his way to help myself and others I know find the right part or chemical they need. They build top notch tubs and I highly recommend them!

Great place i needed a part for my tub which i was repairing myself and did not buy tub from Scott but he meet me at his shop same day and found me the part i needed. He is a small business and is out delivering and repairing tubs make an appointment so he knows you are coming. I would recommend this pace to all my friends

We enjoy sitting in our spa every night now because he recommended a line of chemicals that do not dry out our skin and keeps the water amazing! We purchased a hot tub from Scott at Parker Spas about 10 yrs ago & was very pleased with the tub, service & followup. When we sold our home, the tub was sold with it. We bought another tub about a month ago, & after looking at many other places, we again decided to see Scott & purchased another one from Parker Spas. We purchased a cover April of 2015. We had a home inspection coming and our old cover had been torn up by our dogs so we purchased the cover so everything including hot tub would look nice. Anyway we dont use the hot tub during warm weather so we never tested the cover. We didnt really think it was necessary we put it on the hot tub and forgot about it. In December we started the hot tub and noticed that the water was evaporating very fast. We basically had to refill the hot tub every week because it lost lots of water. When we inspected the cover better we noticed it was too big and we could actually feel the water evaporating from the corners. They basically made it about 1.5 too big all the way around. To make sure what the problem was we also inspected other areas and there were no leaks so it is definitely the cover. We are not content because we gave them exact measurements and they still made it too big. I know it had been a few months since we noticed the issue but it was not in use at the time of purchase so there was no way for us to know. I should have tested it it right away thats my fault but we still paid for it, we are still customers. When I called and told them about the issue (cant remember who I talked to owner probably) he was kind of rude and unwilling to help. I was hoping i could get another one made and hoping to get a good deal on it because of their incompetence. But no he basically with an attitude said I dont know what you want me to do about it. I was really nice when I called so there was no need to be rude. Now I have to purchase another cover and for now cant use my hot tub. Not a happy customer for sure.So my advice to people is to order from somewhere else. Or if you risk ordering from this place, keep in mind that if there is an issue that they will not be helpful.

This place is never open! Always has a sign in the window that says be back in 15 min the guy never comes back. This store is totally bogus, Ive been there 4 times always closed waited for 45 min never returned. I could only imagine the customer service.
