What is going on with these homeless people wandering around Target all the time??? Don’t feel comfortable parking at that side of the building where the bench is, that man constantly sitting there and giving a blank stare or smoking, just creepy. Also piles of garbage everywhere around the store nobody ever picks it up, huge box is sitting on the driveway from the delivery side for like a month already. Will be going to Warrenville location instead. The store also not a Super Target still, for town like Wheaton I think it should be made Super Target long time ago.

Friendliness and cutesy of employees.

Organization of this store was terrible. Shelves were messy and quite empty. The only positive in this store was a very kind checker that was personable beyond the norm. Better step it up Target or you have a Kmart destiny in your future.

Target is one of those places that offers nearly every product I can think of, and I like to think I have a creative imagination. There is a surprising amount of items here. The staff is always amiable and friendly. The only issue I have ever run into are the long lines, but due to the quick and helpful cashiers, I am never in line for more than two minutes at most.

Yo-yo I received the most horrendous and unprofessional service by Cheryl short lady with a loud obnoxious voice I was just asking where was the automotive aisle was at and to see if they had this specific item in the back but instead she was yelling over the walkie and causing a scene!!! I will not be going to this target store from now on it’s like this insane lady is causing discomfort to other employees and customers!!!!!!

Could have better products

If I could give less than one star I would. Every time I come to this location there is some problem, and the staff doesnt care. Even the curbside pickup took forever and the employee couldnt be bothered to wear the face mask covering her nose. This morning I went to grab beef broth and unlike most other stores the senior hours dont end till 9am, which I have to be home with my child at that time as theres no longer anyone to watch him and hes in school.TLDR: I hope this Target gets shut down and replaced with a store thats useful and helpful.

Prices were reasonable on gum, hand soap, returned items were accepted. Always employees available on the floor as well as taking precautions with employee near enterance (to ensure masks are worn/wipe carts)

Clean and very pleasant employees. The cashier was very friendly. I was looking for an specific item and the employee was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. It was nice to walk in and see an employee cleaning the carts and baskets.

A complete failure at following COVID protocols. Crowded lines and aisles, workers with gaiters for masks, improper protection for workers. Was very apparent that management has grown tired of continuing to enforce social distancing in lines. I will not return to this location until end of Pandemic. Embarrassing for a national chain.

Took 2 minutes getting through automated messages then once I could finally choose the department I wanted which was the tech. It rang and rang and rang until it decided to hang up for me without reaching anyone. Decided to go In store and I will give them this. They did ask if we were finding everything ok. BUT when asking the department manager if they stop taking calls after a certain time I got “well during this time of year it’s really hard to get to the phone” so I said oh ok I was just curious I tried calling and no one answered he claims they were busy when 3 of them were standing around and when I walked away annoyed at excuses he yells back “try calling Lombard they NEVER answer their phone”. Really?! You’re the manager and your defense is try calling another store? They won’t answer? As other reviews have stated for the store in general. Staff. Doesn’t. Care.

I went to pick up some items from the frozen section, and a sponge. I had around 10 frozen items, I went to pick up at the store because the app said it was ready for pick up, all my items but my the soap, I drive 45 minutes in rush hour traffic, to get a sponge! And everything else was cancelled, I wish they would have let me know that at first! What a waste of time.

Awful costumer service. I ordered something from a different Target that I was supposed to drive up and get, but I had to get it from this Target instead. So I sat in this parking lot waiting for my order for 10 min. Finally I called and they told me I needed to come in! I asked to speak to the manager and she told me they do not have enough people working there to do so. 2 minutes earlier I saw somebody come out to bring another car their order! What is even more frustrating, is that I had to bring my 4 year old son in with me.

Its a target. Thats saying almost everything.We spend a lot here. We return a lot of stuff too. The customer service is always a good experience, quite friendly. There is usually, though not always, a sufficient number of cashiers and staff available. The stock is usually good. Their produce and meat, along with some other groceries, seem to run low on stock more often than their other departments, which is occasionally slightly annoying.The parking lot here is fine, but getting out of it can be troublesome during peak hours.Overall, Im glad we live nearby.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I’ve never written a bad review in my life about a business, but I am so appalled by their service (lack there of) that I feel obligated to share this to warn others. Additionally I contacted corporate to share the experience I had, in hopes something will improve there. I love Target so much, but my experience was so terrible that I almost decided to boycott, but luckily corporate customer services restored my faith in the company. I will only be shopping with Warrenvillle and Naperville from here on.

Great prices! I love this Target. The employees are always very friendly and willing to help you find anything you need. Also, Cartwheel is a great tool to get a lot of valuable coupons, and I love saving 5% by using my Target debit card.

Easy access for me. Its close to home so.I can easily grab what I need. The toys and electronics are great for fast gifts. I wish they had a better food selection as ultra foods next door is gross. I come here for pretty much almost all of my essential shopping. The clothing is nothing special, its basically things you get as needed but nothing to be desired. I like the home essentials section as its a good variety and I dont have to go far for well designed items

The location is convenient, but it rarely has everything in stock. I used the Cartwheel app, picked out a bunch of deals, only to find 90% of my chosen items were either out of stock or unavailable at that location. Shopping for toys and electronics, vs groceries, is a better experience.

One of the cleanest, and most well put together targets i have ever been to. Actually makes me want to drive the extra hour to avoid my local target. Every employee greeted my family and myself with smiles.

Seems like lately this Target location is out off many of common weekly purchases and the expiration dates are really close to expiring while still on shelf. My family spends $400 at Target weekly, but if we have to start making a separate trip to another store like Jewel or Marianos to get what Target did not have in stock I might as well just shop at the other grocery store.

This is the best Target location! Every time we go here, the staff is nice and informative. And theres always good deals. We went to go pick up a free baby registry bag at the guest services and the employee there was so nice! She helped us get started with the registery, showed us around the baby department, and even offered both my husband and I complementary Starbucks drinks! I highly recommend this store for eveyonev, especially expecting women.

Every employee greeted us. Asked for help 3 times and each one found what we were seeking. One of them has an identical twin who did our check out so quickly it seemed like we were walking out in 10 seconds. How do they do that?

I highly recommend the Target on County Farm Road in Wheaton, IL, where I pickup up my purchase. (The Target in Lombard never has enough staff on hand, and its usually a painful experience.) When I arrived at the Wheaton store, a customer service rep waited on me right away. She was so friendly and helpful that it made the experience very pleasant. And she retrieved the fairly large item quickly and helped load it in the cart, asking before I left if I needed anything else. Also, it was so easy to order online and pick up in store, not to mention what a quality item it was at a great price.

If I could give this Target 0 stars, I would. Management is incompetent when it comes to Target policies. The management suppresses the staff, striking fear for their jobs if they go against what management dictates. Even if the online policy is brought up as proof that customer is correct. Management blames asset management for their change policies but will not allow the customer to speak with asset management. This Target also marks up certain items for sale because of the community it supports. Dont bother shopping here for a deal, one way or another they will rip you off.

Order online and pick-up at store is much better than competitors. In a word more professional.

From what i saw the location is clean and friendly . They do have a couple options for a healthy quick lunch. One thing that turned me off going into a regular line to pay is a employee at the register coughing in her hand non stop . You should be coughing in your arm to prevent spreading of germs. No difference from washing your hands after the bathroom.

Your Wheaton, IL Target has been the primary Target that Ive almost always done all of my shopping at. All of your staff & management have always been superbly friendly, professional, and knowledgable (about products and product location.) I also love using your Target app to find things that Im looking for, shop and compare prices and products within your store, and paying at the cashier or self-checkout.

Clean and organized. Good place for essentials. However, as a former Target employee, I know that employees are intentionally supposed to make guests feel welcomed but I was never approached by any employees.

I have been shopping at the Wheaton Target for over 20 years. My daughter and I were just stopped as we were leaving the store from a manager and security guard asking to see our receipt as if we had stolen something. So disappointed - will never shop there again.

Very very poorly stocked. If you are a size 7 in shoes, do not bother ever coming here because you won’t find your size except in the seriously ugly shoes.

Recently something has been up with this Target. Its like the store is only being half-stocked. Some shelves are mostly empty, most noticeably in the grocery section. Im not sure if its people preparing for the winter apocalypse thats driving the stock down, but it has been bizarrely lacking the past few visits.

Rude cashier in self checkout. Shelves were empty and not well stocked. I ORDERED THROUGH TARGET PICKUP A 2nd time and they scanned my item as being picked up and I never picked it up. What a Joke!!!!
