I think the food is good. I have been here a few times. They close very early at 2 pm making it almost impossible to go to unless youre free in the morning. Also their food is very expensive. 2 items will easily be over 10 dollars and a medium iced mocha is almost 5 dollars and all ice. Its pretty much 5 dollars for ice. I dont really come here unless Im willing to splurge and have extra time.

Why is this place so glacially slow? We showed up at 12 noon on a Sunday. 4 people in line. 12:15, still 4 people in line while the staff ignores us and makes sandwiches...still waiting to order a cup of coffee. I wish this was a a 1 time occurrence but it’s a continuous problem for this location. I finally left at about 12:20 after they continued to ignore the line and only fill online orders. 2-3 other people had also left in the mean time. It’s not that the staff isn’t working hard, but they either don’t have an efficient enough process or they need more staff. This location is extremely disappointing with the speed of service they have. Please please please fix this. It shouldn’t be faster to drive to the Glen Ellyn location and back but it is. I’m not joking.

Would not feel comfortable returning here again anytime soon due to lack of COVID precaution enforcement. Staff had ill-fitting masks that were not covering their nose and mouth at all times, therefore essentially ineffective. 3 staff members also allowed a unmasked man and his two unmasked older children to enter, order and eat inside the establishment and said nothing to enforce the mask policy or that the dining area is closed. They have signs posted on the front door, but what good does that do if the staff does not feel comfortable enforcing the business and state-wide policy? Management needs to be aware that the employees and patrons are at risk if these policies aren’t enforced.

Einstein Bagels on County Farm Rd in Wheaton is a great, conveniently located coffee, pop, bagels, and other sandwiches store. Their staff always goes above and beyond to ensure that your coffee and bagels/sandwiches are just the way that you want them. Their app and rewards card are also really user-friendly, to order ahead or pay at the Cash register. You can also accumulate points to redeem for free coffees. I highly recommend this Einstein Bagels ☕ 👍👍. They also take good precautions for the Covid-19.

I love the bagels, probably my favorite around. The service is fine and the restaurant is always clean. My only issue with this location is they are often out of many of the bagels I want. I do come during rushes, but it seems like for a place that specializes it bagels they should be able to keep them in stock. It can be a disappointment when the one bagel you want is out. However, I always find something I like.

Ive been to this location several times. It can be busy during the morning rush, which is to be expected. The food quality was consistent with other Einstein locations which is to say they are some of the best bagels in the Chicagoland area. Outdoor seating is great, especially for breakfast because its not too hot in the morning. The only thing is they can sometimes run low on certain bagels but again that might be expected anywhere you go.

I love Einsteins and come often, but about 50% of the time I go on Sundays they are out of the sesame bagels. I got there today @1:00 with 2 hrs to go till they close so they should still have a popular product, right? Wrong. So many times they are out of sesame. I asked the girl, if you know sesame constantly runs out and you have excess of other kinds, why not make more of the sesame and less of the others? I know they can have a busy morning and it is likely difficult to predict how many of one type you need, but theyre constantly out of sesame by early afternoon on Sundays. It is probably one of their most popular. That happens so often that they should be able plan ahead for it. I know it, and I am not even a manager there. Two people walked in, looked at the selection available, and walked out while I was there. Business must be so good that it is acceptable to disappoint customers like this. When I suggested to make more in advance, the girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders at me and said nothing. Also, I have come at later times. They close @ 3:00 and by 2:30 not much is left and the staff is already pouring out the coffee cleaning the equipment, rolling up the mats, and vacuuming the floors, and making you feel like you are not wanted and interfering with their closing activities. They should just close @ 2:30. Of course then they would be doing those things at 2:00. Too bad, I really like their food. I dont blame the staff, this is a management issue.

Breakfast sandwiches are really good. Bagels are delicious. Coffee is tasty. Usually very busy. Service can be a little slow so dont go here if you are in a hurry on your way to work. It is a shame there are not more of these around.

$14 for 3 bagels and a hot choc. Wow. Dont usually stop here but did today on a whim. I admit, I didnt look at the prices on the menu board, we just ordered what we wanted. Food was good but not extraordinary. I was expecting some truly premium food for that price but the bagels werent even as big as dunkin donuts bagels. Dont understand how this place is in business. To each his own I guess.

I had a 2 egg cheddar & bacon on an asiago bagel. Mmmm boy was it good!! Their locs & bagels are also quite good. Reasonably priced!

Einstein Brothers is a good place to get a quick bagel in the Chicago Suburbs. This particular location always toasts my bagel to perfection and includes just the right amount of cream cheese (or shmeer, as they call it). The cold brew coffee is tasty and not bitter at all.

First time trying bagels from here. I wish I had known it takes 20-30 min for a simple egg sandwich to be prepared. The bagel was nothing special as ive had way better ones.

Very overpriced compared to other bagel places. $4+ for a bagel w/ cream cheese? Even if it is a speciality bagel (jalapeno cheddar), its not worth the money.Was delicious though, which is why I gave 3 stars and not less.

Food is good, dining room is clean, and coffee is good. Their specialty coffee drinks arent nearly as good as other places like Starbucks or DD, but their breakfast sandwiches are great. There is always an oddly long wait time, though.

My order was correct but my friends was not. Oh well. Nobody likes him anyways. Hes the worst. French toast bagels are the best.

Bagels not nearly as good as they use to be. The bagels are dry, too big, and missing the traditional elasticity. Bring back the tradition!! Bring back the goodness. Stop with the shortcuts!

Ordered by phone 1 1/2 before pick-up for my food to be ready by noon. I came in, they only had one register open, which slowed down the process. Then once I got to the register, they told me they didn’t have the specific bagel for my sandwich; which meant my food wasn’t ready. I had to wait an extra five-ten minutes for this and on top of that, I was filling up my coffee cup with Dark Roast and ran out with 2/3 left to go in my cup. I was on a tight timeline and wasn’t going to wait for them to make another batch. Very disappointing because they didn’t call me to offer another choice, like they should’ve since I asked for it to be ready by noon, and they didn’t offer a cookie or anything. Horrible first experience.

People seem to be unhappy working here and I get the blunt end of the stick. They have gotten to the point of not having food that ive requested my past 3 trips and Im coming every time as early as 8am and not later than 10am. Good luck keeping customers.

Service is always wonderful. My two favorites are asiago bagel with plain cream cheese, and french toast bagel with honey cream cheese.
