They give poor advice. I went in looking for a temporary color. They pointed me to Clairol Professional Semi-permanent color. After a few weeks, my hair faded to a PINK!! It permanently stained my hair. After 35 shampoos, a professional color removing product, washing my hair with baking soda and dish soap, hot oil treatments, my hair is still pink. Went back in and was referred to Color Off. Google reviews on that product - horrible. It is bleach. My hair is already ruined, cant imagine what that would have done.To top it off, sales clerk was itching to get to the next customer.

Went 4 some toner, and was happy that they were able to help me with anything I needed over the phone! plus they have a no contact curbside pick up which is amazing considering since I have 2 little ones! will def come back

I have a barbershop in Wheaton and I stock up on odds and ends every 3 or so weeks. After the pandemic hit I started running low on Wubbies Paper Towels (12x24 towels for a clients neck for protection).So listen.... of course the shelfโs were ransacked. I was politely going to ask if when they get more if I could get a call. Story time, so Iโm going through the seasonal depression thing (like 56% of the human population) and decided I needed to dye my hair. My best friends came as emotional support. So we get my new year, new look & we get to the checkout. My best friend was going to pay and I was like โyah, no.โ I wanted to show a little appreciation since sheโs been super helpful this weekend. So I told the nice girl Kylie that I would write a bad review if she didnโt charge everything together. I know what youโre thinking: how rude. But you guys, my best friend has been so great. And sheโs stubborn (like me) and I knew she wouldnโt go down without a fight. So I had to improvise. Kylie felt the pressure (sorry) but in the end she didnโt want the store or her to get a bad review. So Iโm keeping my word. Kylie, you are great! So sorry I had to put that pressure on you. I wanted to something nice, ya know. Maybe, I was a tad aggressive. But you go far for the ones you love. Iโm super excited for this new hair transformation! #WereBFFs #GiveHerARaise
Sallys is probably the only store in the world, where the employees are always welcoming, polite, helpful and just nice no matter what location you go too.Great variety of products at great prices.I love shopping at Sallys ๐๐๐

I was able to find a good selection of the products I was looking for in this store compared to Walmart or Walgreens. It is a specialty store and dont carry a vast amount of general beauty items like Walmart or Walgreens.
