Very clean and organized. Staff was very sweet, and helpful. They appear to really enjoy their jobs.

Dont bother calling the store for any reason! They have a very very rude employee named Laurie that will answer your phone call and will give you a nastier attitude than a teenager with teenage angst and have the audacity to hang up on you while youre mid sentence. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere!

I can always find what Im looking for, and more! The store is clean, generally well organized and the prices are decent.

I went to the store today and bought 2 clear bins, a toaster and curtains.The rep who was helping me was very nice indeed however at the register the lady forgot to hang me my 2 bags and she only gave me one. I noticed that my bins are missing when I came back home in Naperville 25 min drive I called the store they said yes we have it here and we are going to hold it for it, the store manager was very rude over the phone when I asked for other options than driving back to the store for $10 items, a refund. He threw it on my that it was my mistake that I left it behind, however sure I didnt. I worked in this company before and I know that mistakes can happen, but he could have shipped it to my house instead of being so rude and unprofessional.Very bad customer service.

This is my Favorite Home Goods. I go here for everything. If I cant find it here then i check Amazon. I dont check Amazon often for this stuff. The candle selection and soap selection are the best around. I go here at least 2-4 times a month..

Ive been to this store several times. The good part is you can really find some good bargains on cool stuff, but its kinda luck of the draw.My biggest complaint is how unorganized everything is. It looks like stuff was kind of put on shelves with no thought to making stuff easier to find. Yes, merchandise is divided into categories, but it doesnt help much. If youre looking for something specific, good luck.Again, the bargains you can find is where HomeGoods shines. Ive seen some cool chairs for my office at great prices.The other positive is they have childrens toys. The selection isnt huge but it is enough to keep my son happy while I browse.Its not the best store I have been to, but its definitely not the worst. Give it a shot and see if you can find some treasures.

I totally forgot how AWESOME and affordable homeGoods is. We stopped in here to buy a house warming gift, and left with exactly that, and a new throw, and a new book for my son; all for under 40$. The store was nice and clean and had lots of great options for everything home decor wise. I definitely could and would have spent more time in there if my 2 year old son had some more patience. 🤗 The worker who checked us out was as sweet as pie and I had a very lovely conversation with her this morning. She was fast and efficient and made sure to acknowledge my son, and gave him a sticker which he loved. I definitely plan on going back to this location when Im in the area again!

My favorite place for nice and cheap home goods

They get 2-3 shipments a week. There is always new quality merchandise on the shelves. The store is always neat and clean.

So a strong middle of the road contender. A step up from Hobby Lobby for home decor, and less expensive than Pier1 or furniture stores. But on the downside, they have what they have, no ordering. So if the rug is the wrong size or they have one drape when you need two you are out of luck. I like them for my tablescapes and seasonal decor.

You can get a lot of good stuff on lower prices.

Love this place! Never disappoints. My wife and I will go in looking for something specific and leave with something completely not on our list. Its always our go to for home furnishings with reasonable prices and modern/contemporary looks.

They have stuff for the kids- men- women- your boss that you want to be especially nice to so you can land that sweet promotion, because college debt isnt going to pay itself. The store is clean and organized. Even with a lot of people rummaging through the isles. This store is amazing for Home Goods it is like a Ross or TJMaxx, but just for your home.Im talking office stuff. Lamps. Bath. Bedding. Toys. Gourmet, etc. At this time they are already set for halloween 🎃. The only downside is the checkout line moves slow- and it is saturday- only 3 registers were open and a bunch of people where waiting. It isnt too bad though, about 5 minute wait or less. So if you are already running late to a party- then expect to be later.Would i shop here again? ABSOLUTELY. The deals are amazing and everything is beautiful. Just moving into a new place? Make this place one of your first stops to shop.

First visit. Liked the variety of merchandise, but had called ahead to see if they carried a specific item and was told yes. But when I arrived at the store was told they did not have this item. Was disappointed.
