Hines Lumber is a bunch of clowns. They have no idea what they are doing and can not be professional.

Always good customer service from the guys at Hines. They usually have what I need, in stock. And if they don’t, they can get it within 2-3 days. Depending on the day of the week you order, I believe trucks come in Thursday and Monday, so I never have to wait long for baseboard, molding, crown, whatever. A lot of custom designs available that they offer.

Sales rep knew I over ordered but he neglected to tell me how long I had to return the extra. I am out $1,000 in material I cant use. Thank you very much.

Person at help desk must have been new. Ntnhelpful at all.

Prices beat the tar out of the big box home stores, and they bent over backwards for me.
