My friends and I went last night and a Karen attacked my friend who was in a male with butterfly face paint and a pink tank top. We were just having fun at the local carnival but her and her husband blatantly targeted my flamboyant friend and started yelling. The man, who I assume was the owner, came and defended our friend and asked the Karen couple to leave. We are so appreciative for a religious town to show what real Christian love looks like. Everyone deserves good ice cream and treats.

Only went for ice cream. Staff is friendly and efficient. The chocolate brownie ice cream is excellent. Had a rainbow colored scoop for the grandchild..... she liked it, but I did not know what flavor they were trying for.... too me it was a cross between bubblegum and anise(not to my liking). A bit too pricey for me at around $7 a scoop.

We got the turtle fudge, pretzel sticks, coconut clusters, and peanut butter bark, and everything was delicious! Would definitely visit again. The staff was very nice and friendly as well.

Great management and staff. Really down to Earth and can handle difficult customers that make mountains out of mole hills. Will come back for the delicious ice cream too

I wanted something extra special for my mom as a gift from the family. I went to Kilwins in Wheaton and they helped me pick out just the right things that my mom would love for Valentines Day. I told them things she liked and they helped me find cherry flavored chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries and lemon creams. They put everything together with tissue paper and pretty heart shaped boxes. It was so nice I ordered another bag full of joy for St. Patricks Day from the family. They helped me pick out a slice of fudge and graham crackers with marshmallows in the middle dipped in chocolate. There were hints of green on the delicious chocolates and the packaging once again was lovely. The time taken to help me was appreciated. The prices are reasonable for fine chocolates. The fudge tastes homemade and since my family is known for their fudge that is a huge compliment.

Cute dessert and candy shop in the heart of Wheaton. The ice cream and fudge is absolutely delicious. The place is large with plenty of space and seating.

Super fantastic shop with many kinds of chocolates and biscuits and ice cream and other candy stuff. The chocolate peanut butter flavor is a little bit too sweet,but finally I chose the chocolate chip butter dough, that was very yummy !;)

Wow, just wow. The cookie dough in the cookie dough tasted exactly like cookie dough. Usually its close but this was on the spot.

When you walk in, you are hit with smells of delicious chocolate and ice cream. The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants. We purchased ice cream and walked around town. The only downside is that the ice cream is a tad pricey. For 2 cones and a cup, we paid $18.

They didnt have my favorite Chocolate Carmel Cashew. Had to settle for Prairies and Cream.

Got served by the owner of the store. She is incredibly nice. Ice cream was amazing. They keep their waffle cones under a heater and the ice cream has huge chocolate chips in it.

First time I have ever tried this place, and I will definitely be going back. The almond toffee chocolate bar is delicious and not overly sweet. The Granny Smith caramel apple is also awesome, as well as the ice cream. We ended up trying a lot of delicious treats.

The 2 girls working tonight were very disinterested and unfriendly. Ice cream options were very limited due to being out of numerous flavors. It was good but very overpriced. Much friendlier service & better ice cream at Graham’s.

Went there for the first time ever and I wont say the last time but they wont be on my top five. The customer service was truly amazing and there where smiles every where. The only fault was that the ice cream was so sweet that after two spoonfuls you are done your teeth hurt its just too sweet. I dont know if it was just that one tub or thats just normal. Other then that there services where amazing.

The northern Michigan Classic that is Kilwins is alive and well in downtown Wheaton. Their in-house made fudge(on a marble slab no less) is enough reason alone to visit. Combine that with their amazing chocolates and ice cream, and you have a desert lovers paradise. Its the best place in Wheaton to grab a sweet treat.

The store is nice, but the service was slow. It took 6ish minutes to make a milkshake. The sweets are nice, but overpriced. I would recommand going there for a special event, but go somewhere else for anything else.

Amazing ice cream for a super premium price. At $20 for 3 single scoop chocolate-coated cones Im guaranteed to come exactly once per year. Nuf said.

With so many chocolates to choose from it was not an easy selection, but I settled on some Wheaton Mud fudge and my wife loved the Toasted Coconut ice cream on a fresh waffle cone!

My first experience alone would have warranted a 4 star review. The shop is clean, the staff was friendly but appeared overwhelmed once there were more than 2 customers to help, and the ice cream satisfied, although they were definitely overpriced. But my second and last experience in the shop has dropped my rating. My mother and I decided to stop in again, with the likelyhood of purchasing something (im 39 weeks pregnant, i mean come-on, would I really not get ice cream, its been a staple in my diet for the last 9 months), butttttttttt we initially stopped in there for me to use the bathroom- did I mention I am 39 weeks pregnant? I kindly asked where the bathroom was and the young girls response was im sorry, its for patrons only. There is a park a couple blocks that way. Now dont get me wrong, I know all about rules and I am sure this one is backed with good reason. But did the $20 we spent in your store the previous week not qualify us as patrons? Not to mention, the store was completely empty, so im glad that during your down time, you turned away business. And yes I did remind the staff that we had just been there the week before and what we purchased. I also understand, the staff did not make the rules, but comeeeeee onnnnnnnnn, there is an exception to every rule, this world is not so black and white. I am very obviously about to go into labor at any moment, it would have put you out to let me use your restroom? Prior to most likely purchasing something again. So here we are, now you have lost my business, my mother business and every single person we mention this encounter to. Good thing there are at least 3 other ice cream shops within a 2 block radius! The best part is, she reccommended I go to the park, as if I am a dog? Kilwins should be happy to know we went to the pub across the street and used their restroom without any issue, looks like theyll be making money off us and our friends this summer, bc they understand the basics of customer service.
