Overpriced, and when we visited there was no selection. Im guessing this is due to COVID, but literally having 5 options to choose from was a huge letdown for us. Im only giving 3 stars because I recognize that this is a tough time for small businesses, and the guy working there was pretty friendly. He didnt have the chance to be helpful because again, there were only a few items to choose from.

Great shop with a nice atmosphere and selection of cigars. They often have events with discounts. Stop on by.

They have a decent selection of premium cigars in their walk-in humidor, excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable staff, and a friendly relaxed environment in the lounge. Theyve even given some great recommendations based on what they remembered of my preferred flavor profile, and led me to some new favorites.

Excellent service. I went in on my lunch break to get a present for my dad. They were able to give me suggestions based on what hed bought in the past. They put together a group of 3 cigars for me and had me in and out in under 10 minutes. They were very nice and even though I know next to nothing about cigars, they made me feel welcome and got me just what I needed. Its a beautiful store too, with a relaxed feel. If I smoked cigars, I would hang out there. ;)

First time visiting a cigar lounge, Mike was very accommodating and explained how it works, graciously let me smoke one of my own ( I ended up buying a good stick to take home), there is free water, coffee, and soda available as well. You can byob too. Friendly guys enjoying some camaraderie, big leather chairs, tv screens, and an enormous humidor with a great selection. I was in town visiting my mother at a nearby assisted living facility and had a free afternoon; Wolfhound provided a welcome respite. Mike also carries the best inexpensive scissors cutters I have ever seen, so if you lose as many cutters as I do, you can stock up!Really enjoyed visiting here, hands down best cigar store/lounge I have ever been to, and Mikes hospitality will surely keep him in business!

This is my go to cigar lounge. They have a really nice selection of cigars and knowledgable, friendly staff. Also the people that hang out in the lounge area are fun and friendly too. Comfy seats, big TVs and good airflow. Make sure to go to one of their events for even better deals.

Great staff, friendly comfortable environment to enjoy a stick

We were in the area for work (from WI) and stopped here for a cigar. I must say it is one of the nicest cigar lounges I’ve been to. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you and are not pushy like some places.The huge humidor has a very large selection of the best brands. The atmosphere is perfect. I will definitely want to come here again. Plus they had a Freedom event going on that we got lucky to be part of. Highly recommend this lounge!

I only recently discovered this place with a friend over the summer. Ive been here a handful of times and every time Ive been very impressed.As someone who knows nothing about cigars, the employees are VERY knowledgable and helpful They take the time to explain the differences between cigars and give recommendations based on how much I want to spend.The store is like a casual club where people can hang out, play a game of cards or just sit quietly and read the paper while smoking a cigar. The walls are lined with shelves and shelves of all types of cigars. They also have a walk-in humidor with even more cigars. The selection is almost overwhelming. But the employees are great about pointing me in the right direction.Customers are allowed to bring their own drinks and even your own cigars (though there is a cutting fee if you dont buy the cigar there, which makes sense).This really is a little hole-in-the-wall gem for cigar lovers. Its located in a small strip mall. The parking lot isnt the best, but thats not the stores fault.Overall, this is a great place for cigar lovers. Whether you want to just hang out or need to restock your own humidor, this should be your go-to cigar shop.Highly recommend!!!

Great place to have a cigar and relax...

I went to this place a couple times in the past and had a really good experience. The last time I went I had a bad experience with one of the people working there. I had taken a couple of friends to the event, I didnt even get a thank you for bringing them and he was giving them free cigars. I didnt get one and I was very upset about this. I didnt like the way I was treated, it was like a smack in the face. I wound up meeting one of the owners, I explained the situation. I let her read the negative review that I was going to give and she was very upset with the way I felt and she rectified the situation. She sat down she tried to make sure everything was okay, that was great customer service. For that they get 4 stars for me.

Stopped by on a Tuesday and purchased and smoked a cigar onsite.Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.Dont have a cutter or lighter, no worries they have them on hand to use.Will stop by again.

I love this place. Is clean, modern, elegant, and inviting. The staff is great, they make you feel right at home. Cigar selection is pretty good.

A little late with this review, but they charged me way to much for “tax” which I had to contact the Illinois department of revenue as well as local government to confirm that they did indeed charged me for taxes that have already been paid when the cigars were purchased wholesale. If they wanted to make more profit, they should just raise the price of the retail price of the cigar and NOT pass it off as “taxes”.Hopefully new management does a better job.

Nice spot because its close to my office but really needs to be more sexy. Better lighting and some wooden blinds would be a great improvement.

Would not recommend to any i walked in in hopes that they would have my favorite brand of cigars they have the brand but not the individual one in a pack. That beaing said the sales man dident offer somthing els or sugest a thing he simply walked away giving me the feeling im not welcome i guess i should have taken the dirty looks seriusly when i walked in. My gut told me they were not intrested in helping me in the first place. For this experience i give 0 stars should always make people feel welcome with a smile not a dirty look

They have some deceptive pricing, I bought a $6.00 Cigar that he charged $1.53 sales tax. I have been going there for years. I wont go back! There are plenty of other honest places that want my business!
