Been using this place many years. Really changed last 6 months. Wanted a simple print job of 12 acheavement certificate done from in store inventory. Can you print line for name date,course taken and line for student and instructor signature. Reply no, maybe an hour then no cant do. Send in a pdf will let you know. The store was empty, wonder why. Second time.

We use this stores printing service. There is a customer service representative in printing Robert he is the best! i wE HAVE BEEN LONG TIME CUSTOMERS and his attention to difficult projects and help have been most beneficial. Thank you

The associate Robert was eager and attentive, but was not pushy. I came in there with budget and a specific look of seat. We spoke for a little while and showed me to the chair that I described i told him that I had back pain from sitting for a long period of time. He asked me more questions about my type of work and then he redirected me to a chair made for me. I told him I could not afford this chair he then showed me that it is in display. I noticed one of the chair arms was wobbly and he went to the back picked and grabbed an Allen key and fixed it! I took the chair right then. I live near this store, so I use their services often, and theyve always done a great job. The staff is always friendly, there is rarely a wait. Recently I sent in a print job and had a misunderstanding with the order and the print department, but the manager Robert was very gracious and prompt about sorting everything out. I would definitely recommend this store.

Million sq ft store and it doesnt have black ink for most simple hp printer

I have ordered printing services a few times from this office max in the past, and they have screwed up every one, including my order today.The first 2 orders they just plain lost. It wasnt in their system even though I had a receipt and a pickup notice saying the prints were ready. They tried to fix it in store but since I did not bring a digital copy of the documents, they could not reprint them. They also said it would be a few hours to reprint, but I was already on my way to a convention. So much for on demand.I hoped they had time to train people, so I decided to give them another chance.Todays order was printed on the wrong paper (which they said was because someone put the paper in the wrong bin in the store) and they cut all the posters into pieces because it looked like the design was supposed to be cut. I didnt have a note to cut it, and they did not ask, they just did it. Again, they offered to fix it with an hour or 2 to reprint it, which again I did not have time for.Last time and this time cost my business a few grand in total even though the prints were only a few hundred.Dont get your printing stuff done here.

Pat at the store is totally racist. I went in the store today was in line had a cart full of items. The woman in front of me had carts full also but when it’s my turn to get rung up as I approached the counter she says rudely “are you using coupons or something?” I said no” why? Also why didn’t you ask the other customers just me? She responded they don’t take coupons! I didn’t told her to get her manager and explain to him everything that went wrong with my experience and his response was OK they clearly do not want African-Americans bit I am never shopping here again. Also for the record they do except manufacturing coupons I just asked out of curiosity

Self copy scan were good but if you dont know how to operate the specific machine then you are ....

Great selection, friendly staff, and never any crowds. I always have a good experience here - I especially like that I can always find an employee to point me in the right direction without trying to get me to buy more.

By far one of the worst stores to deliver to they take their sweet time and do not care about you thank God office depot is slow going out of business
