Generally a very clean and happy store! Staff is super helpful but aren’t pushy at all which I appreciate.

I went here 10 minutes before closing to grab a few quick things. The doors were partially locked already, but I got in. I grabbed a cart and was approached by a man telling me I had 2 minutes as they were closing. I told him no problem I just needed a few things. He then followed me around the entire store and if pressuring me to leave. As I checked out I heard him say Ill unlock the door for him. I got to my car and it was 8:55. They literally closed early. Ive never had such a rude experience in my life.

They didnt gave Ive thing I was looking for that I thought they would but I dont think they carry them. Guess Ill try Staples or Office Depot. Otherwise, I love this store and find myself buying stuff I didnt plan on buying.

I visited the store in Wheaton today with my 3 small children under the age of 6. We are an African American family and repeat customers to this location. As with most small children, they are excited to see all of the toys, so as I came to the register, I placed all of the toys in the no pile and gave them to the associate, Tim, to be restocked. Tims response in a very disgusted tone was, You did this the last time. This response was not at all customer centric and rather than lay the items to the side in a random place within the store, I thought it would be more convenient to provide the restocking items to the cashier.I have seen many parents do the same and have changed my mind at the register as well. I should not be shamed for bringing my children into the store. I am more than sure that if I were a man or a white woman I would not be handled with such disgust by this older white male. Shame on Tim for such poor customer service. Have some compassion for a mother with 3 toddlers.

It’s currently 9:03am at Wheaton location and the doors have not been opened yet by the store employees. This is very unprofessional on their part and there are two people waiting outside and I am waiting in my vehicle.

Good place to get essential deal on stuff

Dumbass cashier put soap bottles under soda cans and a two liter bottle. Driving around and got home to find soap all over the back of the car. Just because its a bottle doesnt mean put it with bottles.He was very rude, didnt say anything other than questioning the meaning of my alert tone on my phone.

Terrible, Sunday says opens at 9 and is not true, I waited 15min and still closed. Call before even going.
