We went into this American Mattress on a limb with no intention of buying a mattress. Bruce, the salesman, was very helpful and showed us our options that fell within our price range and answered all our questions. From our research, the price rivaled competitors and we received a free box spring and delivery. We later discovered the mattress was much too soft for myself, however we were beyond the return policy. After describing the issue to Bruce he worked with us and exchanged the mattress for only the price of delivery. Our experience was pressure free with excellent customer service.

Service and selection was great! Worked with Bruce at this location and found him very helpful during both of my visits. I visited about 4 other bed stores in the area and found this store was great on service and the best on pricing.

My wife had spoken to the sales rep and they assured us that we could return a mattress if we were unhappy. This is why we decided to take the plunge and spend the extra money to get a tempurpedic mattress. However, this mattress has not worked out for us and now we are stuck to this store for thousands of dollars. DO NOT SHOP at a mattress store. Online retailers offer free returns such as Costco and you dont have to gamble with your money for something that may not work.

Disappointed with this branch and its uniformed staff. Ended up going to a different American mattress.
