Can usually get in and out of this store fairly fast, but prices on produce is always high. Pop is usually on sale, but this is not a store that you would want to do all your shopping at. Just when you want a few items fairly fast.
This is grocery store in Illinois, very clean, great selection of fruit and meat. Since right now so hard to get things in the stores and shelf. Nice place and decent people work there too.
I like to buy from jewel osco and I have always been satisfied with the service but today they went about and beyond my expectations I ordered some chicken tenders and some how my order got missed taken but. theyre employees made possible to make order really fast thank for your outstanding service

Very nice course. Only problem is very little shade. On hot sunny days bring a lot of water.
Ive been buying my lunch meats at Marianos but have used Jewel several times, We always ask for the meats from the deli to be sandwich sliced, not thin. Only once in the last 3 months have they sliced it correctly. Thats why I shop Marianos first. Even if I have to pay more there, they get it right the first time, every time. It would be nice if they got it right once in a while. I was here three days ago, asked for everthing sandwich sliced. Cheese was right on the money, but everything else we ordered in meat came out thin or shaved. Very disappointed. Marianos costs more but Im willing to pay that to get it right, first time, every time.
I would not recommend the bakery at this Jewel location. I came to the bakery here every day for five days in a row to get a French Silk Pie, and all five days they didnt have any.
Good store, but havent found them to keep a stock of Mango Loco Monster Energy.
The grocery pickup is always always always a nightmare. GET IT TOGETHER. Always giving me incorrect items, always giving substitutions when I clearly put on the order form “NO SUBSTITUTIONS”, saying things are out of stock, then I go inside to check and they’re actually IN STOCK. How hard is it?!?! All you have to do is R E A D. My god. I’ve given multiple chances, I’m done. Maybe target can get it right, we’ll see.
Ive been a Jewel store shopper for years and they are always improving their Customer service needs. I had purchased a Pot Roast and I must say it was the best roast I have ever tasted ! I cant stop talking about it, really! My compliments to the Butcher ! 😁👍

AN IMPROVEMENT CAN BE MADE ON THE LIDS OF YOUR DELI CONTAINERS THE EDGES ARE INFIRM AND SCRUNCH ISSUEING AN INSECURE SEAL AFTER ONE USE. YOUR WHEATON STORE I UNDERSTAND BRINGS IN 1 MILLION DOLLARS A WEEK. ITS BRAGGED ABOUT IN SALES VOLUME, I HAVE NT SEEN A RESPONSE.

I go here every week to shop for my grandmother and everyone on staff has always been kind and helpful. Everything is labeled fairly well when it comes to finding the location of items youre looking for. Prices are also fairly decent.
They always have what I need. This time there were lots of interesting apples.
Excellent grocery store. Really a full service grocer. Large selections of weekly shopping foods as well as specialty items. Well cared for and orderly.

Dont go to this location often but was close by so I stopped in to get some oat milk that my daughter needs. Guy in dairy I talked to pointed me to one spot in an aisle and said that was the only place it would be. Thankfully I spoke to another lady who actually checked a refrigerated location where it should be but was out of stock. People who work in certain departments should at least know where product is located and not be in too much of a hurry when helping customers.

I had a hard time finding my items and it feels disfunctional . I also thought it being very pricey when compare to Walmart. But I do like your $5.00 special and your bake4e is the best . I give the bakery 4 star ⭐.
The people are without question simply the best at looking out for the people who shop there. The complete lack of inventory. Competitors have more inventory and variety for patrons. Ordering must be centralized as their awareness to local customers is nonexistent. No attempt is EVER made to improve how you order. As if you could care less what customers want or need.
I can not legally wear a mask. The lady at the self checkout was giving me alot of attitude about it when I have been driving further to come to this store because they have never given me a problem. I saw employees not wearing masks right or at all and Im the problem? She then continued to wipe down only what I touched like the people wearing masks are sterile. I will not come back. I will spend extra time and money driving further to spend money at another company.
Jewel is consistently a good grocery store. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean, bright and well stocked.

The property is very old and inside is not kept very well, it needs a remodeling but staff are great and friendly.

Jewel-Osco, I wish this store had some competition. When Dominics was around the corner Jewel had to up its game.I can usually find what I need and there is helpful staff, if you know who to ask. The management has left a bad impression for years.The store is clean but there are often long lines to check out.I am hopefully that some decent competition will open up and force Jewel to take a closer look at how this store is run.

Clean stocked
Pretty good experience here whenever I go. The employees are all wearing masks respecting the governors order and are often trying to keep the place clean. The store is busy on week nights (particularly Friday) and weekends (Sunday). Because of the high customer volume check out lines are a little long. I will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future.
Great mozzarella cheese
The store was well stocked, clean, one-way aisles but people were not paying attention. Since the store wasnt overly crowded and everyone was wearing face masks it didnt seem to be a problem.
It used to be a nice place to shop now they replaced Dickerson jelly with theres you cant buy a large bottle of balsamic vinegar they only sell small bottles like a convenience store rather than a grocer and a claim thats are not getting Bounty towels delivered yet I went to a different Jewel and took them right off the shelf

Folks at the deli and meat counter are great to me but everyone is friendly and helpful.
I did the grocery pick up and go for the first time today. I was not happy with it. I literally drive around the parking lot for almost 10 minutes looking for the pick up and go parking spaces. It wasnt until after I went into the store to ask where they were that I actually found them. I dont think they could put them in a more remote spot of the parking lot. Also the signs are so small that I could barely read the number to call once I pulled up. It was a joke. When my groceries were finally brought out the young man who brought them to me was very polite. That was the only good part. The other thing I was unhappy about was that they said the creamer I wanted was out of stock so I ended up going in the store anyway to look for a replacement. When I did I found out they had more of the creamer I ordered in the back. Im disappointed that the Jewel staff couldnt have figured that out. I wont be paying the fee to have someone shop for me. Its not worth it. I still miss Dominicks.

Doesnt enforce masks, social distancing, one way aisles. Staff is wearing masks UNDER their nose. There is no crowd control either. Its been a total disaster in this store since the pandemic started.
Very busy. Checkers were fast and efficient with all lanes open. The only downfall is the registers are to close to the front of the aisles causing a buggy jam in every direction.

Terrible. cannot change my store location from Naperville to Wheaton. Also store is very crowded with stocking pallets blocking the aisles. Assistant managers are rude and blame the shoppers for shopping at the same time to make checkout lines far too long. Prices have skyrocketed, probable because there is not much competition in the immediate area.
Typical Jewel Osco, they did have a few extra GF items but they dont organize it all into one clear section. Also the butcher section is tiny for supermarket standards.
Very nice store lots parking nice salad bar Prices are great + a nice selection of foods. Checkout was easy also . People at deli counter help out for an event I am having. That was a Time saver. Jewel always been a Great place to shop☺
