I arrived to this wonderful location and was greeted by Megan, the Property Manager. Let me tell you, she is absolutely AMAZING! You can tell as soon as you walk through the door and is greeted by her wonderful smile, that she is truly passionate about her job. She was professional, very helpful and I had a pleasant experience. Also, this by far is the CLEANEST storage unit I have ever rented from. Keep up the good work Megan, I will continue to use and recommend to others.

I rented a unit here recently and couldnt be happier with the experience. Megan the property manager was so helpful guiding me through the process of contact free check-in, and filling me in on all the details. She even went and got an extra cart out of the storage unit thats for the office for me today when there werent any carts available and made moving day a lot less stressful.

Going through the experience of downsizing homes and transitioning to a different experience. Exploring options to store our things, we chose the Public Storage facility on Bridge Street in Wheaton because it is neat and clean but more importantly has excellent customer service on a personal level. The property manager Megan is truly passionate about her job! She’s super helpful and friendly, and extremely understanding. I’ve been going through financial difficulties like I’m sure so many of us have been with COVID, I expressed that to her and she’s been working relentlessly to help me find a solution. Her customer service is top tier, and I truly believe she cares about her customers!

I was having issues with my unit and needed to move to another one asap and the property manager Megan made my experience so seamless. After slight frustration with the issues I was having, Megan put my mind at ease, and did everything she could to find a solution. The communication level provided by Megan through the entire process was more than I can ask and I felt as though she truly was there to help me and guide me thru the process of moving my units!

Meghan, The property manager was amazing! I’ve been out of a job for 14 months due to a torn-rotator cuff I received while moving a patient at work. My company stopped paying me a soon as I reported the injury. Every month paying just basic things like storage, car payment, car insurance, and food are a major struggle. Meghan was wonderful and tried to work things out with me so I could afford to pay my months rent. It’s VERY much appreciated in these tough times and she absolutely deserves five stars for excellent customer service...hands down!

I have been with Public Storage in Wheaton since before the pandemic started. Theyve always had at least a 4-star rating with me.Today, They just went up to 5 stars because I think I had the most perfect customer service I have ever had in many years! Today, I noticed a voice that I was not familiar with. The woman that answered sounded like she was smiling while being super invested in making sure that I was taken care of, understanding my concerns and masterfully dealing with them.I believe Her name was Meghan, and I cannot express to you all how much of a pleasant shock I got from being helped by Ms. Meghan.Whoever hired Meghan, struck gold in just hiring HER because in these difficult times, people need to feel like they can trust the businesses they deal with more than ever, and Meghan gives off that Family kind of vibe! My experience with Public Storage in Wheaton was fantastic! Getting everything setup was extremely easy. The unit cost was within the budget. Justin and Megan were incredibly helpful especially when handling UPS shipment before my arrival. I recommend this storage facility.

So happy they have carts here today. Carts go fast. Arielle helped me get a cart when it was available. She made sure I was taken care of. She helped me clean up a spill. Very helpful staff. Adrianna also is always helpful when she is here. I would recommend more carts.

Adriana was very helpful, friendly, and competent in assisting us with our storage unit reservation. She answered all our questions and made helpful suggestions. The facility is very clean and well lighted. I like that you can bring your truck, car, or other vehicle into a secure indoor area to unload your property without worrying about rain or snow on your move-in or move-out day. It also has two elevators, and Adriana showed us the easiest way to get to our unit.

I came in to inquire about a 10 x 10 and Cody showed me a few units. Im still shopping around but Ill most likely be back. Place was clean. Has 2 elevators and a large bay area so its great for moving in and out. Ill definitely be back when it gets closer to moving time.

The facility and systems are great. Every time we interacted with the staff they were over the top! Super friendly and helpful. Only minor wish would be for more carts to transfer stuff to/from unit.

The property and the unit were very clean. Always well maintained inside and outside. The interior halls were also very well lit and at a comfortable temperature. The staff was always so helpful and very professional!

Clean property and a very friendly Manager

I can recommend this location. The team of Adriana, Janine, and the regional manager, Chris, are very professional and helpful. I stopped in on a Saturday in late April of 2018, and they were really busy. Despite that, they helped me very promptly, gave me all the information I needed, and were very fair in the rate they offered me for my rental. The location is very clean, offers indoor parking, and has plenty of carts available to move furniture into the units.

Adriana was delightful and helped with all my moving needs. Also helped me choose best option for the unit I wanted for the amount of things I owned.

This public storage was everything we needed it to be. I originally was going to give this place 4 stars, just because in the third or fourth month public storage jacked up the prices and I had no other option but to pay their new charge; I had no where to put the items that were in the storage unit. There is one employee here that is simply amazing, and shes the real reason why Im giving this place 5 stars. Adriana is a wonderful employee and takes pride in what she does. She is pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, seriously, the list goes on. I hope public storage in Wheaton realizes how well she represents their company.

The facility has indoor parking as you move items to storage and a cart and trash bin on site for convenience. Adriana was so professional and personable. I arrived at the beginning of her scheduled lunch break, but she took it in stride and not once gave the impression that it was an inconvenience. Awesome customer service. Denise was knowledgeable and pleasant. I was just going to buy some small boxes, but she listened to what I needed to pack and pointed out that the house pack would suit my needs perfectly- and she was right. It was exactly what I needed.
