Great selection of domestic and imported alcoholic products. I always come here to get imported beer. Parking can be limited depending on the day and time because of Fresh Farms. The prices are average and seem to reflect other stores Ive been to.

They have all liquors and they are open till nine everyday 6pm on weekends

Selection is great, but online ordering is hit or miss. A few times Ive had my credit card billed immediately then no shipment for 2 weeks, only for me to inquire and realize theyre out of stock for certain items. Why is customer service not proactively reaching out as soon as possible when orders cant be filled?

They have a great selection here, but I question how fresh some of the beers are. Found some beers that havent been made in a year that tasted a bit off. For liquor though, their selection cant be beaten.

Worst place ever, nowadays! In the past they attract customers with different promotions and programs. Now they become wealthy and dont care about customers! Their liquors overpriced to compare with anyone else!!! They canceled their reward program in TWO month!! I almost collected points for maximum reward. After I waited for the manager for half an hour he finally came and in Rude and umpolite manner just said its MY PROBLEM!! Thats it! No any small try to solve the issue! I will never return back here!

Ive supplied here for events up at the Westin, and its one of the few liquor stores that can compete with Binnys in terms of volume and variety. Tons of rare eastern European spirits can be found here (Latvias Riga Black Balsam liqueur is just one of them), and their selection of craft and import brew is something thatll have you browsing for a good number of minutes before you select.

Very bad and disrespectful customer service. We were accused of not paying for our purchase when we in fact did. We left the store with bag with goods and receipt. The cashier ran after us and very disrespectfully shout out to us that we did not pay in front of a lot of people. We came in store and showed our receipt and were told that we are good. No apologies, no explanation. We are never shopping there.

Do not use for shipping gifts. Paid more than double the cost of the bottle of Malort in shipping costs and yet it arrived smashed to bits. Was told there was nothing she could do since I didnt pay even more for insurance. Its a liquor store, I would expect they could package up liquor to arrive safely. Nope.

Awesome collection of scotch & cognac, but horrible service. Called to ask for a bottle of cognac and the person who answered the phone said that they cannot help me through phone and she hanged up n is not the first time they hang up on me. Beautiful liquor store but horrible service.

A guy approached and asked us for our ids right away while looking for a liquor to buy. We asked him why he would do that and not ask our ids when we’re about to buy it in the register. I know we look young, but he doesn’t have to approach us rudely. Will never ever come back to this store. Sadly, I was excited to buy in this store because they have a wide selection of alcohol that we couldn’t find in other stores.

Has a good selections of beers and other boozes plus wines ( for the ladies, 9 to 🍷). Warehouse experience feel too it. Plenty of imports around the world. Just stock up your favorites !!! And enjoy with cheers.

The people who work there are hilarious and also very complimentary and my god the selection is huge. They are aptly named it is literally a barn full of liquor. We some some unique stuff to try when my cousin and I were in town for a family reunion and it made our trip fun! Thanks guys!

I placed an order and received a call that it was in. The male cashier said, oh, well, turned and began a conversation with a friend. I would not leave until my order was located because it was a gift. Guess what? My order was right next to the employee. They treat women without regard. No apology was offered. I will NEVER shop there again!!!

Don’t order online from this company. Their delivery partners (SpeeDee delivery) are ridiculous. Never delivered my package and then Liquor Barn tells me I have to pay $12 to get item reshipped. So you guys can’t waive the fee due to who you have delivering your product is incompetent?Delivery was to a Downtown Chicago business to make it easier for Delivery Driver.

I think everyone should shop here, seriously. Extremely nice staff and they set the bar for helping their customers.

Only redeeming quality here is the wide selection. besides that, high prices and unfriendly. most of the staff were too busy talking in middle of the aisles, cashier was sitting down texting at the register and as soon as the transaction was completely, went immediately back to texting. numerous employees even made eye contact with me then looked away without saying anything. the only one that greeted me was the person there (from Jim Bean) that was handing out samples! Ill gladly trek out of my way to a Binnys rather than ever come back to this place, thats down the street.

Awful customer service. I am a regular customer, good deals on Tequila. Bought plastic shot glasses for $3.99. They were all dripping. Tried to return w/o a receipt … no luck. Well I will buy Tequila at Binny’s from now on.

I placed an order on Dec 20, 2019 as a Christmas gift for my sister in Colorado. Sent her the tracking info and she made arrangements to be home on the 23rd to sign for the package. Fed Ex contacted her later that day saying that the package was damaged and was being returned to the shipper per their instructions. After waiting over a week to get a status I finally called customer service and was told that the new package would ship today, Jan 3, 2020. During these past 11 days I did not receive a single email or phone call from the Liquor Barn with a status for my order. This is a very poor way to run a business and as soon as FedEx informed them of the damage a new package should have been immediately shipped out. Now the new package is supposed to arrive on Monday, Jan 6, and there wont be anyone home during the day to sign for it. VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION and I will never order from them again!

Pretty overpriced. The store manager or owner seemed suspicious when I asked how many bottles of Hakushu 12 he had.. Turns out he was hiding his stock and assessing demand in order to increase the price. I noticed immediately afterwards that most of his rare items were overpriced. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.
