Company sent the wrong size pants, over 2 months from the time they were ordered. They then expect the consumer to jump through hoops to be able to return items. My dad ordered a 38/29 and received these pants. The on product label said 38/37. When measured with a tape measure the number said 41. Called customer support to get a return label and they refused to send one. Now hes down $80 for a pair of pants that dont fit him, and hes unable to get his money back. Dont buy from here. Buy directly from the manufacturer. Terrible customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Took a little over a month to get the pants, but when they arrived it was exactly what I ordered. I had to email the company a few times to get a status update, but they would communicate once I contacted them.

Horrible communication. They immediately charge your card, and will follow that with nothing but silence. If you email asking for updates, days can pass without a response. They will claim a shipping date is near when you finally do hear something, and then that date will come and go with no response. When you request another update, you guessed it - no response. The only way to get a prompt response is to email saying you are so frustrated that you will leave a bad review. Those emails are responded to within minutes, and have a cancelled order attached.If you want to buy from a place run like a mom and pop shop where they dont care about the customer and will treat you horribly, then this is the business for you. If you want to shop with a company that doesnt understand the importance of a reasonable reply, Legion is your store. If want to shop from a competent business, look elsewhere. I would give less than one star if possible.

I was searching for an arc flash suit, and needed it next day for a job. I called and Spoke with Alex, who found me a suit that was less expensive than the one that I had been looking at, and he had it shipped direct from the manufacturer to me, and I had the suit the following morning. As if that wasnt enough to make me happy, he called me a week later to make sure that everything went well with the order and that the product worked for me. I am truly impressed with the exceptional customer service that Alex provided to me. This was my first interaction with this company, but I suspect that it will not be my last.

These guys were excellent. I sent an email about a particular safety shoe and received immediate feedback and got the order placed. Painless process and the shoes arrived earlier than expected and were perfect. The price was considerably less than competitors as well. I will be back!

The sewing of the thumb has changed since I ordered my first pair of safety gloves and is less comfortable and flexible than it used to be. Excellent products from a safety standpoint, though.
