Had a small strawberry blonde waffle bowl. It was such a delightful treat. The ice cream wasnt too sweet and all the ingredients went very well with each other. Also bought a cake last week for my brothers birthday, we all agreed it was the best ice cream cake that weve ever ate. Friendly staff, delicious ice cream with lots of different options on the menu.

I ordered a strawberry blonde I would like to recommend that the cold plate stays on. The icecream melts and doesnt taste the same. Its now hot stone.

The people here dont listen to what icecream you want specifically. If you make changes they cringe. Lol We need more cold stones near by or better employees

2 stars only because the ice cream was delicious, but more so melted before the first bite.The customer service is below average. The employees do not greet the customer. No professionalism at all. The employees did act like that they did not want to make our order or even be there...no motivation...Normally I do tip, but until this store actually trains employees to be professional and greeting, they wont get a cent more.

Best icecream place ever. Walk right up to the counter and have an ice cream you would like to try. Just tell the the cold stone worker and you may try a small spoonful to help you with your decision. They have a wide variety of flavors as well as a wide assortment of toppings you can choose from.If you cant decide on which ones you wanna eat there they also have 3 different take home containers to choose from. Its a bit pricey but its worth the coin. It can be about $9.99 for the large but u can also mix take home with cake batter on one side and cotton candy on the other. Or one on bottom and the other one top.The Cake batter shake is my favorite, with yellow cake added to it and one Oreo thrown in there for flavor. Its amazing!

No to the cornbread cheesecake. Defiantly no to the red velvet cheesecake. B U T . . . the regular cheesecake with non-syruppy fresh whole blueberries is AWESOME.Every time we come here it is always clean. There has never been stale smells. The table & chairs have never been and were not sticky. The restrooms are well maintained (see pics).The franchise owners are normally on-site. We especially like the nice music. They do not play loud heavy metal, head banging, headache inducing music. The volume of the music that is playing is set a hair below actual perceptible.Lastly but most assuredly not the least, the ICE CREAM is the best!

While I like their ice cream I find it disgusting they don’t wear gloves and don’t consistently wash their hands. Tonight we got out of line because we saw an employee handle money that had been in a customer’s mouth and then change out ice cream bins inside the cooler where ice cream is scooped into customers cups and cones. Also, no other employees were seen washing their hands or wearing gloves. This might not seem like a big deal to some but having worked in the food industry, being taught about how germs spread, and being in the midst of COVID, it seems gloves and hand washing shouldn’t be a question.

The ice cream was good but Im not sure its worth all the hype and money. I got the cheesecake with strawberry puree. I could have bought better at my local grocery store and had a ton more. He got banana bread batter with graham cracker. I hated it. He liked it. The ice cream was super thick and creamy but not worth the money.

The people who work here are great! Young staff but always on it and willing to help. Order is always right, always quick, even when packed the employees smile, nothing is ever a problem for them. Thanks cold stone your great! Give the employees a raise!!!

Rich, delicious, high quality ice cream made fresh on site daily in a good variety of flavors. Free tastes before you buy. As a summer treat, or a decadent dessert after other food nearby, its worth the money!

We took our daughter this evening for her birthday. We walked in not alot of people in the store since its kind of cold. However the tables were dirty and the class was smudged with finger prints. We seen the girls in the back chatting, talking amongst eachother and talking on their cell phones. It took me saying excuse me twice before anyone came out to wait on us. Perhaps they had to get off their cell phones before waiting on the customers. Poor customer service. Then once we were ready to leave I had to again call to the back for service to get a lid. The icecream was good but the store itself was disappointing as well as the horrible customer service! They need employees that actually want to work and take pride in the work they do. So if youre looking for a place to take your family and expect half way decent service and clean atmosphere do not take them here!

This place straight up wow. It is ya know ice cream but also you get to see the ancient and secret cold stone. Some say the indigenous people used this stone to make ice cream on. I am not sure if this stone can have another purpose other than being eternally used for the crafting of a divine cup of #icecream. The come in different flavors and you can even have them place your ice cream in a bowl crafted from a shaped hard breakfast pastry dipped in sweetened bean sauce. Wowie

Was there yesterday labor day. The line was long but it was worth the wait. My first time. It was delicious! German Chocolate Cake waffle cone!

Definitely a fun place to go to for ice cream! They offer many flavors and lots of options for toppings. Get creative!

If you want ice cream or a shake for dessert than this is definitely the place to come. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They have quick service and a lot of choices to pick from.

Had to beg my father to go here to try the fabulous ice cream. Four of us walked in minutes ago. The counter person spent 9 minutes avoiding eye contact while making two drinks. ONE small comment of Ill be right with you and we wouldve stayed. The girl in the back, with no shoes on and unpacking boxes, was too busy also. We went next door to Wendys.

Made to order ice cream. Yum. I always have a special request and they give me exactly what I want. Its the only place I can get it that way. So when thats what I want, thats where I go.

Terrible Service. Did not get waited on. Left while three employees moved containers from one side to the other. Never acknowledged that we were there. We spoke up as we were leaving and they acted surprised that we said anything about their terrible customer service.

This store is great unlike the other one in Robinson, employees are friendly THEY have KNOWLEDGE of there product & are good with the customers, like everyone are people theyve grown up with.

We had a very enjoyable time visiting ColdStone at the Highlands. We had my 94 year old mother with us who didnt want any icecream until she saw what we were eating, icecream in a waffle bowls. As we were sitting comfortably on the patio enjoyong our icecream she kept bugging my daughter to go get her one. Mom told her and I DONT want a half of one, I want a WHOLE one!!! She thought it was well worth the insulin shot!
