From the first time we walked into the store till the hot tub was installed they were very thorough and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process. We bought a Hot Spring hot tub from Waller Pool & Spa. About 4 years after purchasing the hot tub, it developed a crack in the edge of the shell. Waller Pool & Spa completely took care of the problem in a very professional manner. They are very competent and friendly and have gone out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Their service is terriffic!

We are recent owners of a ten year+ in-ground as well as a vintage hot tub. Lauren and the staff at Waller have always been attentive and helpful in helping us learn the ropes of pool/spa maintenance and provide the materials, chemical treatment, and supplies we need.

We love to deal with Wallers! When we walk into the store, we are greated with friendly faces! They are very knowledgeable about their pools and all their products!! They are not pushy at all. They do not try to sell you anything you don’t need! I will recommend them to anyone!!!

Waller Pool and Spa serviced my hot tub (I have no complaint there)Living at Tappan Lake and Waller being in Wheeling I asked if they could ship 3 filters and a fresh water ion on the 11/12. Paid with a credit card.Took 8 days and 2 phone calls to have them finally shipped to me UPS on the 20th. The 25th I call (no items have been delivered) to get a tracking number and find out through UPS the package is lost in PA (not Wallers fault, the time line is, and no offer to replace lost items)Now I have to do a claim through UPS and try to get my $151.96 back from UPS (I will loose $30 for the freight Wallers charged)I ALWAYS try to support small business as I have one (I also bend over backwards for my customers) and ship my products all over the US. If this happens in my business (which things happen) the product I ship is MINE until my customer receives it! I work with UPS to get this resolved and quickly ship a replacement. That is what is called CUSTOMER SERVICE.So this is 11/26 and I just filled out all the paperwork to try to recoup my money from this nightmare and sadly went on Amazon (I bought my hot tub at Wallers and have purchased every chemical and filter from them) and ordered the EXACT filters I purchased from Wallers and a Fresh Water Ion with free shipping and they will be here TOMORROW! 11/27

We have bought 2 pools and 2 hot tubs over the years there. Always great service, never have failed to address any concerns we had.

This pool supply place is not worth calling or going to. They have no slides or parts, they do not do service, maintenence or repair, they do not have anything for below ground pools, when u go in u can walk around for hours in the small business and no one will help u, they will not give u suggestions on other pool places or ppl cuz they either dont kno any or they dont want to help customers. U can however go in and buy floatys or a pool net or chemicals and everything else u can do urself on a computer so they really r absolutely NO HELP!! Ill just take my business to another state to a bigger place that can help!! Thanks. Oh and in response to the owner tryin to play this review as a fake this is not a fake review, and Jack Frost is a pen name, if u kno what that is! Thanks for terrible help!! Didnt have the things I needed and the others were too expensive

Called to ask if they carried 1 1/2 flexible pvc pipe, a common item that you would think a pool supply store would carry. The problem wasnt that they didnt stock it, it was that the woman that I was talking to got angry when I ask if she knew of any places that carry it. She said loudly I have no Idea... If you want new customers you should have friendly customer service...

I have been dealing with Wallers for 20 years. They helped me with a transition from Baquacil to chlorine this year . Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The salesperson told us what was wrong with our pool and actually told us the additional items that we were going to purchase were not needed, saving us $80! Will not go anywhere else for my pool supplies now!

Very disappointed. Went back for a second time with the intention of ordering a hot tub today. Walked around for about 20 minutes and the sales rep did not even acknowledge we were there. We were finally told by another person to go back upstairs and wait as the sales rep was helping a customer. I was hoping to be a customer too. But not now.
