Shital is one stop shop for Indian grocery items. Very good collection of Pooja items & variety of brands. There are more stuff than you can search, so asking staff members is a good idea.

Well stocked and expanding soonMy family has been shopping here for the past eight years and usually find all the Indian grocery we need.Aisles are narrow but they are planning to expand soon so it should make navigating easier.

Had a pretty bad experience with this store, I got Jalebi.. and i even asked the shop keeper if it was fresh, his reply was that it was made just today. After reaching home I found out that it was old and rancid, probably more than a few days old .. had to throw all of it... its a shame at what lengths can these shopkeepers go to sell there stuff... really pathetic. Would advise not to shop here.

Most of the items are overpriced, most of the items prices are mismatch with counter paid prices. Example Priyam Dosa Batter!

Great place to get Indian groceries. Prices of products are extremely reasonable and in fact consistently less than other Indian stores. Owner is very polite while talking to him over phone for an order. I also appreciate the kind of services they are providing during this pandemic time.

Not recommended for food items

The prices are usually higher than the competitors. They also raised the prices even more after reopening the store after the lockdown but the prices arent changed on the shelves. You will only notice it when you get to the cashier. And when I told them about it this is what they said and I quote If you want to buy it okay otherwise do whatever you want. It sounded like they dont care anymore. I will only go there if this place is my very last option :(

Sometimes I go when I have no other option to go as it is close to my house. I have been here since 2001 and until today always have very bad experience with them. I was there some days before but I had no idea that order was taken online 2 weeks before. I was standing outside and the the owner came to deliver to order to other customer. I was standing there and before I could ask they went inside as if some infected person is coming . They could have stand and said to order online and explaining my god my last trip to this store after shopping for 20 yrs. they need to learn customer service from traders joe or desi bazaar in Glendale Heights.i am going to call them and let them know about their rude and bad customer service 😡😡😡😡

They have variety of items in their small shop. You will get fresh vegetables on Thursdays. One of the best Indian grocery shop around the place.

This is a small store though you will get whatever you need other than meet (I think). They have flowers, Pooja items, groceries, snacks and you name it they will have it.. I like the store to shop for quick visits.

The service the employees/owners give here is garbage. They don’t treat the customers properly. I think the owner and wife work their and handle the store. If their was an option to give zero stars I wouldn’t hesitate to give it to them because first of all they have expired products and to hide that they put the price label on the expired date so the customers cant see the expired date. I wouldn’t recommend people to go their and they also have highly expensive products that are also expired.

The best Indian grocery mart around this area. Although the place is tiny it has almost any Indian item that you ask for. They get fresh vegetables on Thursdays and fresh Indian snack items at evening during the weekends. The snack items typically get over by 7PM.

Great selection! Besides weekly fresh produce I could spend ages in here looking over all of the snacks and cooking utensils and items for pūja. They have things that other Indian grocery places dont and it seems like they regularly expand their wares. Its also a nice place to go for fresh mango leaves or bilva around special holidays.

Rude and arrogant people !90% packed items expired or about to expire in 2 to 3 months.Too much congested place, only .01% reason to visit store is, might get fresh Indian vegetables on Thursday!

Lot of variety of spices and condiments. The fresh foods and vegetables are not always the freshest. But a decent shop that is close to home.

Cute tight shop with most of Indian grocery and utensils. You can find good variety of Paneer here. Try out the Jilabi, Samosa here they are good too.

I have been going to this place for almost 6 years. Best for vegetables. I did not try other stuff a lot. But visit thursday evening for fresh vegetables. Variety of vegetables are good. Will get telugu varieties different types of leaves, chikkudu, kantola..

We get good Indian groceries here ..shop is small but it have many food items here ..they sell Indian vegetables ..we get Indian coconuts also ..PAN leaves are fresh ...they have good variety of Indian snacks also ..cooker accessories are available ..getting parking is not easy ..

Stock wise its good to go, but the lady the the counter is a tad rude. Samosas are good.

Unprofessional attitute and no concern for customers. They blamed some system issue and simply refused the credit which they owe me for a returned product and gave all sort of excuses. Surprisingly I didnt hear a single ‘sorry for the inconvience’ sentence from them as it was completely a fault of their system. Very bad experience and Not Recommended if you care about customer experince.

Dont judge a book by its cover.The place may look small, but I wonder how the owners have managed to fill the shelves with so much variety and number of products. I was discussing with owner and he mentioned that he had 4500+ products. True !!! Could find any thing Indian. Its not just groceries, you can get excellent Samosa, Jalebi, Dhabeli, Vada Pao, Dhokla, Thepla, chapatis, Mirchi pakoda, home cooked vegetables, home made sahi, chopped vegetables, etc.The shop has all Pooja items too. When I said all, I mean it.Their vegetable supplier is excellent. I found the quality of vegetables much better than other Indian stores and prices competitive.Finally, being a family run store, the owners are nice, caring and friendly. Harshad Bhai knows most of his customers and remembers previous discussions and family stuff. On my every visit he will ask about my daughter and dog. I love the personal touch which is missing in most places.This is my goto store, even though there are 7 other Indian stores around.

The store is too small to fit. Stuff is super packed and 2 people cannot pass by without touching. Vegetables were stale and rotten except on Thursday.If you dont have option, opt for it else go for another.

The store caters to all Pooja days and always stocks up on seasonal Pooja stuff - Pongal, Diwali, Gokulashtami, Holi, etc. And more importantly, the produce is almost always fresh.Thursdays are ahead popular and crowded and rightly so - this is the day the store gets fresh Indian vegetables - dont miss stocking up on Thursdays.

Good place for shopping traditional pooja items

This place has high prices and the customer service is terrible. I was told to buy atleast $70 worth of products to swipe my credit card. Some of the products are expired and some of them have tape sealed to open packages. I would highly not reccomend shopping at this place.

If there is less than 1 I would have given that, I had a very bad experience and will not recommend anyone who have younger kids as the owner is rude to kids and does not know how to speak with them...moreover he is arrogant and does not know how to speak with customers too...he sell everything super expensive and also expiry date products..I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from his shop.
