Appt time was at 1pm, and I got loaded at 5pm.The crane guy said NO BUDDY WILL TAKE CARE ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT...IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT ITS BETTER TO MEI hope the management will see this review and change something or the company will die.In the picture is the crane man sitting on the trailer and straightening the load with his foot.

If youre unloading, bring a lunch. Sense of urgency is not their thing.

Theyll start around 10am with unloading trucks,dont start your day for nothing,once they start its going fast...

Brought in a load of slinkys today. I think they were going through a shift change and I waited an hour or so. Staff was friendly and polite. The fork truck man apologized for the wait as I was leaving. I told him I wasnt in a hurry so no problem. Overall good experience. Its truck driving. Sometimes you gotta wait. Im not gonna whine about an hour. Been through a whole lot worse.

Family based business, the company really cares about their customers and employees. Great company with high quality material.
