Give Bailey a Raise!!We went in and had to get some papers notarized. Bailey was awesome! The store was super busy and she had us start our work and waited on other people. She helped us print from an email, make copies, notarize and get our documents shipped out for overnight. With a smile on her face the entire time.Seriously, give Bailey a raise. She worked non-stop and had to deal with some grumpy customers who were angry we were getting something notarized. She was calm, cool and collected and a rock star the entire time.

Best service of an UPS (or shipping) location I’ve ever used. If you need anything UPS, the assistant manager is your go to guy!

Assistant manager would not notarize a signature on a title unless both parties (buyer and seller) were present. There are spaces for two different notary stamps and he would not notarize my signature. He would not call the store owner or his manager. I drove 40 minutes to get this done. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

All of the employees here are great! They were so helpful and patient with us trying to send larger 12 boxes back to Amazon, even talking with the Amazon employee on the phone to help resolve the issue. Thanks again to the employees today, we appreciate your help so much!!

Staff is great and always helpful. You are greeted with a smile when you walk in the door. This is a great place to do business, as a home inspector in Wheeling West Virginia I enjoy the store very much. Would highly recommend the use of their services!

Nice people but highway robbery when it comes to price. $5.00 to print one page and $3.00 to fax one page. Ridiculous. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Bailey Norman is wonderful. All the staff at this location helped me with a crazy situation on my package from a shipper that turned into a nightmare. If it wasnt for them I dont think I wouldve ever known the truth or received my package. Let me tell you, these folks define customer service. I would recommend them and doing business with them. Honest, trust worthy and on there game. Glad I got a chance to business with them and would again in a heartbeat! Thanks again guys you rock!

Sent a computer to my son a month ago. No resolution yet. God created the World in 7 days. Cant say much UPS but the owner of this store is fantastic. Once she got involved she resolved all the problems. I will do business with her again thanks a million.

Worse UPS store ever. They wanted to charge me a $1.00 to tape my box in one place, the other option was to buy tape. Dont know her name but the girl working there was absolutely the rudest. I would rather drive 30 minutes to the Staples/UPS in Washington, PA then deal with her stinky attitude ever again. I moved from a big city and would expect that in a big town store, but not here in Wheeling where I never encounter this.

They dont deliver my package every time an item is to big to put in mailbox and went to pick it up at ups location they said driver had sent it to another location ups for some reason they had no clue why.

I have never spent more than 10 minutes here. All of the workers are also super friendly!

Purposely misleading setup. This store is a franchise and claims they arent associated with corporate UPS. Was charged an extra fee when shipping directly to the store for a pickup. Manager was flippant and rude to me on the phone when I requested a refund.
