Very disappointed! We went there with a concern of my mother’s feet . She can’t fit in proper shoes due to Her Anatomical form . Doctor saw her and then staff came to measure for shoes! We chose from a catalog. It took 2 months for the shoes to arrive . I’m not even going in detail about the miscommunication.., so to find out that the shoes are not made for her feet and of course didnt fit! Then to blame it on us that we didnt order the right one !! What?! And why you are there, Staff???making sure you client is navigated through, and make sure they understand procedures! Shame on you people! Poor woman 77 y old, with no shoes….can’t do proper therapy because of you!

I was looking for a good specialist to diagnose and treat my kids. Many people referred me to Global Podiatry. The staff is friendly, courteous and their customer service is excellent! Dr. Donets is so good with the kids, they love to go to him. He shows and explains them everything, answers every question in a manner that everyone can understand. It is a pleasure to be treated by such a confident and knowledgeable professional.

My daughter was treated for a heel stress fracture and we were very pleased with the treatment options and care we received. Dr. Donets was very patient and took his time explaining options with us. On our follow up we were seen by Dr. Barsky whom I’d also recommend. She was very caring and attentive. My daughter’s foot is 100% healed so between the two of them, they did something right! Dr. Donets saved my mothers leg.My Mom is 87 years old and had an open wound for a few months.It did not heal at all, just became worst.So she came to see Dr. Donets.He took an excellent care of my mother.He cleaned her wound regularly, sent samples for biopsy, performed two surgeries in his office to make sure that it cancer free.He treated my mother very professional with care and respect, like his own grandmother.Thank you very much Dr. Donets for excellent job and great result!In addition, doctor has a very good staff.

I am a patient of Dr. Donets at the Palatine location. I appreciate that Dr. Donets keeps me in the loop on advancements in the field, especially regarding clinical trial data hes been reading regarding my condition (foot fungus), during my visit.He only recommends treatments that are relevant, and that he truly believes will benefit his patients. He is clearly not influenced by drug reps, nor does he sugar coat any observations.I trust Dr. Donets and will continue to visit his office on a quarterly basis to manage my foot fungus.

Dr. D is amazing! He is super compassionate and treats you like your family. He is honest and knowledgeable. And if something isnt right, he doesnt hesitate to fix it for you. I really appreciated that he didnt fill my head with what ifs, he waited until he had all the test results to discuss what was wrong, this is my favorite part about him. I liked that his main goal is to fix the problem, not just put a band aid on it. I will recommend Dr. D to everyone and anyone that asks. P.S. his staff is nice too! Ive been to many offices where the Dr. was great and the staff was rude and never went back.

The doctor did not seem to be willing to look for ways to address my issues. May be, because my medicare advantage plan doesnt pay for much? Anyway, there was little interest displayed by the doctor.

Dr. Donets was very welcoming & professional after a trip to the ER in August I had an ingrown nail in my big toe that got infected and stubbed. They gave me 8shots to no avail I could still feel them pulling my nail out it was very painful and did not recover well my first mistake was going to an ER rather then a podiatrist. Fast forward to January after pushing it off constantly I made an appointment with Dr.Donets who was recommend by family he took my ingrown nail out with ease and no pain at all and the results were instant I could feel no pressure or pain at all in my big toe I was given almost a new toe he’s very knowledgeable and I will be returning for my permanent procedure to take away my problems. I highly recommend Global Podiatry and Dr. Donets. Not only was I able to make an appointment within 48 hours of calling, but when I arrived I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Dr. Donets has wonderful interpersonal skills, putting me at ease and even making me laugh during a stressful toenail removal surgery. The procedure was quick and recovery was swift. My only complaint was not being able to connect with the staff to address a follow up question that I had a few days post-surgery (I was told to call back on Monday because the doctor was not in the office that Friday...). I would refer friends and family to Dr. Donets- he is a great doctor!
