I really like the PPG product and have been using it whenever possible. We brought in a color swab and asked them to match the color just like we had before. When we got home the paint wasn’t even close to a match. Unfortubately they were closed for the next couple days and we had to paint so we bought some from Lowe’s. When we went to return the paint and ask for store credit at the least they told us this was not possible. They said we could have the color fixed, but that does us no good now. Now I have $80 worth of useless paint. They lost a good customer and maybe more.
