After bringing my 2020 Honda Odyssey to this service center in August of 2021, I believed they would put in all Honda Factory Parts and ensure all was well. I only needed body work from an accident. Because I have a lien holder I assumed they would take care to conduct business correctly. Needless to say, it is now October and they still have my car!!! They have received proof of payment from the insurance company but still want me to PAY THEM A FEE??????? Literally, Anthony’s exact words were “if you pay a small fee you can pick up your car?” But the repairs were covered by insurance???? Fraud at its best. Time to call help me HOWARD.
I went for basic maintenance for my Civic. I had an appointment. They were very, very busy. They were still able to get my vehicle in quickly and service was finished at the stated time. My service rep was extremely nice, professional, and explained services to be performed. I will definitely continue to use them for maintenance. I highly recommend using the website to book an appointment ahead of time.
So far so good. Dropped vehicle off for service items, staff was courteous and service area was well organized and clean.
I purchased a car on 7/10/2021 and the whole experience was outstanding. Christopher Paranzino and Teddy were very knowledgeable, helpful and the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them to my friends and will certainly be back in the future!
Today was a much better day. We were there for 2 hours. The last few times before was crazy.
We leased a car from White Plains Honda and I regularly brought my Honda Accord in for service to maintain a good relationship with the dealership. Most of the services were free however the service agents were always pushing me to have additional repairs that were often unnecessary and expensive. Honda makes a great car and as a result it really needed any servicing except for periodic oil changes.
Never on time and charge more that they said before. When you call and make a complaint, they answer you like its was your fsult that you need your car the date that they said the it have to be ready.
Came here today without appointment battery problem, the manager Anthony is beyond amazing. Don’t have words to express how great this person is. He took care of me, even arranged a Lyft to take me back home. Wow 🤩 I’m impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This location is clean, had lots of space and the staff is friendly and professional. The only negative (which is why I had to only give it a 3 star) is that it takes an extremely long time for them to do their work. If it is a big repair I completely understand it taking long but if a person comes in with an appointment for a simple oil change it should not take 3-4 hours. They need to set up a better system for getting simple jobs done quicker.
Attentive and great alternative shop to service your vehicle in you are in the NYC area. Short wait times and great friendly staff. Also has big waiting area with accommodations for customers.
AVOID! Totally unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Went there to fix an electrical fault, and they broke a light. Refused to fix it, saying it was broken at the time. This was a flat out lie. Claimed they have a check-in with it marked as broken - I asked to see it but they say they dont have it. I used to service my car there - over $700 last time - never do beusiness with them again.
I had my car towed here because of some battery problems. As a first-time customer, I found the service centers pricing rather predatory. I had to negotiate the total cost down by almost 50%, and it was still more expensive than other local options. Do your research. That said, the work was eventually completed as requested.
I came here after making a timed reservation for 9:15 am for an engine oil and filter change. The main entrance is blocked off and had to go through the back. Then there was a long line of cars where we had to wait in our cars until a valet came to check our car in. I got to the line around 9:20 (accidentally went to the dealership and not the service center oops) and I got helped by a valet around 9:45. Checked in and talked to an agent at 9:58. Was told an engine oil and filter change can take between 30 mins to 2 hours. How. The whole procedure took 2.5 hours. Incredible speed for just an engine oil change. I managed to get my car at 12.Key notes:- MOST employees don’t or incorrectly wear their masks. It’s either under their nose or not on at all! One of them sprayed perfume before putting on a mask. As if perfumes saves lives.-The valets are so.. untrained. The one helping me stopped because he wanted to pick up his food and put it in the building. He stopped mid sentence to pick up his food. What? He also recommended I get my axels worked on based off of only looking at my parked car. Didn’t drive or steer the wheel to come to that conclusion.- There are no manners and I honestly think there’s no point or reason in making a reservation here. I had to wait an ungodly time just for an oil change.-Management seems very lacking. Or very lenient? AVOID if you like living cause you’re putting yourself at risk of getting COVID here. “Safety first” my butt.- Expect some sleezy recommendations for overpriced values. Air filter for $70? No thanks I can do that myself. They “recommended” random things to me twice before I was able to get my car. I didn’t ask for them to look at other aspects and I understand that it could have been checked for my well-being but me saying no the first time should have been a sign that I only want my engine oil changed.
Not too happy with the work. They replace the bumper with the wrong one. Had to wait for the second bumper. Went to pick up car some one in the lot crash the bumper and did not tell me. Know they also had the car for a month. Now I have to bring back the car when the new bumper comes in to repair for the third time. Who knows how long I will wait for this time. Need to go back when I receive a call.
I had 2 appointments. 2nd appointment I waited 4 hours for Inspection than my Battery died before leaving. I paid $470.00 for 1st appointment - Engine Diagnostic and they failed to notice my battery was not good. Than Manager Robert wanted to charge me 200.00 for a new battery but after searching for my old battery receipt, It got replaced. The Manager brought over a bum battery at first and the mechanic realized it and brought a new one!! I felt he was trying to pull a fast one especially that I had to remind him for my receipt for the new battery. Christopher the Mechanic was very helpful and efficient. Everyone else wasnt.. I will never go there again.
I wasn’t terribly impressed with this location the first time I came here, but I wanted to give them another chance since I received a service package with my car. When I first arrived this time, there seemed to be nobody outside checking the vehicles in, as there was the first time I visited this location. Once I did get my car checked in with the porter, I waited about 10 minutes to talk to a service agent and was interrupted by a customer who was complaining that his keys had been lost. I don’t blame the customer for interrupting, and I’m not complaining that my agent took the time to help him, but it’s clear that communication in this case was bad. I had made an appointment online but the agent checked me in half an hour later than my appointment, and I waited an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, which I felt was a bit on the lengthy side if not unreasonable. I’ll be servicing my car elsewhere in the future, even if it means forgoing the remaining free services.
The service members are very friendly. I had an 8am appointment and didnt leave until 10am for just an oil chance. Seemed long but I knew there was a line out to the road. But would go back!Update. 9/1/18. I had an 8:45am service appointment but didn’t had to wait in the line of cars just to get in for 30 minuets. Once I was ‘checked-in’ it took another 3 hours to get my car done. I had an appointment but they take first come first serve. I will NOT be back. Look at the line of people to just check in. This is terrible customer service. The volume is too great for this service center. They do not have enough staff to facilitate the number of customers. I am downgrading my original 4 stars to 2 stars after this awful experience. The staff is friendly which is why I didn’t give it a 1 star.
Making an appointment doesn’t do anything. Waited for over 2 hours for an oil change(I had an appointment). Oil change takes 15 minutes. Would not recommend this service station.
Unfortunately if you have a disability and buy a Honda Odyssey with a Braun Conversion for Handicap access you will be out of luck with this dealership. Our 2020 Honda Odyssey has malfunctioning trunk door which is under warranty but they would not touch it, claiming liability issues and a lot of manual labor???!!! They could not be bothered. Very upsetting.
I arrived for my 11:15 appt. at 11:05. Waiting area was clean and COVID ready. My service agent, who was polite and professional, said the wait would be 2 hrs. for an oil change and NYS inspection. After waiting for 2 hrs., I realized my car had not been moved where it was parked in the morning. Many other patrons expressed the same complaint. This establishment has absolutely no respect for anyone’s time and always overbooks. When I worked in the area, I always dropped the car off for the day. That is no longer the case and I had to wait for my car. I subsequently asked for my car key and left without the service being done. Twenty-five minutes later, I receive a text that my car has been assigned a technician. No one realized I left!? I will never give this establishment my business again.

It should never take 4 hours to get an oil change done (especially when you have an appointment!). The service advisors are always nice, but the time it takes for the simplest, most routine maintenance is absurd. I received a maintenance package with my lease but its not even worth it when you have to waste your entire day waiting for an oil change.
I dont think the mechanical service has enough experience. They ask and you spend and you spend and you do not come to the solution if you have not invested more than 2,000 dollars. After filling out the satisfaction survey, where I am unsatisfied, I was called by an administration employee who spoke to me in a bad tone and justifying the bad service. I hope that the dealings with clients are improved and improved. and that they also improve the mechanical workshop. Honda is a good brand and company.do not stain the name of this great company. and take care and respect customers.

I reserved my appointment there 9:45am. I reached there by time waited on line they check in me at around 9:55 to 10:00am. This is my first time visit this service center. One simple word can explain most of the service advisor there. “Worst”. I waited there 11:25 and Marc said to me give me little more time Technician will check your vehicle and will tell you know. What is this man ??? Then Why I made an appointment? Do you think I reserved my whole day only change to brakes and disc. Few things I noticed there :- Very unprofessional, attend their personal ph calls and talking while customer are waiting on line.- Attitude like if you want to stay then stay forever or get out.- Doesn’t even care customer time and needs(I specifically would like to change my disc but he pushed me to do resurface my brake disc.- When I reached there I clearly mentioned I have other appointment at 3PM. When 11:30 he doesn’t even check my vehicle yet I asked him to release my vehicle he question back to me - what is your appointment and where?Only quite and clean customer lounge doesn’t give you best service center. Honda should look at there type of service center and make some necessary changes I hope. I went different honda service center but this one feels like 👎.Please investigate this service center as a customer and take necessary steps. Thanks !

Would be a 5 star if the technician would have reset/recalibrated my TPMS after the tire rotation. Also, their online booking system is misleading which made me have to reschedule for the next day. The shop closes at 5 but theres the option to schedule an appointment well past 5pm.In all honesty, this place was great despite all this. Trying to get serviced during the pandemic was a headache. This was the only Honda site that didnt have appointments booked for weeks or months to come. It was a long wait at the shop but I was able to get serviced when I needed it.
I received a coupon from them for a discount. The service writer tried the bait and switch to a higher price. I had to argue with him and ask for my car back before he honored the coupon price. What should have been an ok experience was aggravating. Beware.

Arrived promptly at 1 PM for my appt for standard 7,500 mile service, told them I would wait. Three hours later it gets “assigned to a technician”. What the heck is the appt for? Clearly for their convenience, not mine. Also they don’t answer their phone or respond to messages left on the messaging center on their web site. They seem pretty disorganized and treat their customers like they are doing you a favor. Are all dealers like this?
Their time management is absolutely terrible. The work gets done, but come on..Im going on hour number 3 for an oil change and rotation and they didnt start processing the car until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Im looking for a new service center for the next round.
My opinion, thees people cannot be trusted..some of the automotive motive advisor are very professional while others i assume are not trust worthy,i tested them and found dishonesty in that place. i will never take my car for service there again.. lots of people are talking about that place they need to be checked out by the authorities. i also suspect favoritism around there.. SHM. what a world..
Awesome staff and friendly! Especially Angela. They fixed my issue with my car that BRONX HONDA couldn’t even give me an answer for. Thank you guys for fixing my issue and taking the time to see what’s going on. Definitely will be doing my services here for now on.

I had already been here again, and I received a good service and so I came back today, but I was totally disappointed! I arrived at 2:50 with my schedule for 3 (oil change) I was aware by MR. Marc Gittens that it could take up to 2 hours. I preferred to wait. I went to the waiting room, and stayed till today 4:10. Then I went back to the room where the recepcionitas are! From my chair I saw my car in the parking lot! I asked Mr Marc (the service advisor who started the paperwork when I arrived ) if my car would be ready at 5, he replied that it would be at 5:30! My car was not moved from that place until 5:25, . At that point I thought my car i would be ready only by 6. At 5: 30I received Marcs text saying That car was ready. That means my car was ready since 4:15.. I was sitting in front of him . Mr. MARC GITTENS for some reason wanted to give me a hard time! Not professionalism! it was a very bad experience !

White Plains Honda is remarkable. Being from the Bronx, I have other places that are much closer to me that I can go to, however to be honest the drive up to White Plains Honda is beyond worth it, because of their terrific customer service, and the quality of work that they do. They are unrivaled, high recommend!
They get you IN & OUT! You can actually wait for your vehicle in a very hospitable waiting area. wait time is reasonable, not too long of a wait. vehicle runs like new after each service. Service techs sure do know their stuff!
The staff was fine. Service and communication was horrible. Expect to wait a very long time, even with an appointment. Every time I went, I’ve had unpleasant experiences. I drove my car an hour up north to go to Middletown Honda Service, just so I didn’t have to go to White Plain Honda service. Save yourself the headache!

I visited the part department at White Plain Honda last week because my Honda battery was going bad and it still under warrantyEverything started when I arrived to the counter and started to explain my problem to the young guy at the counter, right way the first answer was that I have to make a appointment and bring the car with the battery witch I did not understand because I bought the battery over the counter and I install it my self, then he toll me that because I did not bought it there I had to go were I bought it witch was Yonkers Honda, went the warranty stated. THIS WARRANTY WILL BE HONORED AT ANY HONDA DEALERSHIP, OVER 1,000 LOCATIONS NATIONWIDE. It did not mater what I tall him or what I show him on the receipt he keep saying that I have to bring the battery back to Yonkers Honda or bring my car for service.He did not make not effort at all to see if he could help me with my problem, the point is that I had to go back home with my bad battery and not to use my car for a few days until I call Friendly Honda close to my house and I got a appointment with them, I explained my situation over the phone, and they just said to bring the battery over to check it witch I did and sure enough the battery was bad, they replace it with a better one than what I had before THANK YOU FRIENDLY HONDA FOR YOU HELP
I would not recommend anyone taking there car in for service at this place. Had an 8 am appointment for a couple of repairs for Honda to check out. When I got there at 7:20, there was already a line out to the street of cars waiting to be checked in by the valet. 7:30 comes and Anthony takes people in the office. He kept complaining that his staff is late. Finally got my paperwork taken care of by Crystal, who was very nice and professional.Left my car there and was told I would be called to let me know the status of my car. 12:30pm, get a call from a sale rep from White Plains Honda asking if I want to trade in my car, I said no. The person immediately hung up on me-strike 1.2pm, I call Crystal to find out what’s going on with my car. The person said Crystal wasn’t there and I left a message. Crystal calls back and tells me that they haven’t even looked at my car and it’s probably won’t be looked at today because they are backed up-strike 2. She said she will try to have it looked at by closing time if she can.5pm, comes Crystal calls and tells me that my car was finally looked at and tells me what it needs, she also said she would call my insurance in the morning to make sure they authorize the repairs. I told her I need my car by 12 the next day.Next day, I’m waiting for a call from Crystal, 9:00am, I called and asked to speak to her. The lady said she wasn’t at her desk and she’ll take a message. 9:45am, called them back and no one answers the phone.10:00am, I call my insurance and was told no one from White Plains Honda called them with the estimates-strike 3. At this point I had enough. Called them again three times before someone picks up the phone and tells me Crystal will call me back, I said it doesn’t matter anymore, I’m picking up my car, it’s taking way too long for this process.Go to get my car back, Crystal is sitting at her desk (thought she wasn’t in?) she told me she’ll call my insurance now, I said forget it, I’m taking my car somewhere else. They charged me 160 dollars to look at my car for nothing. Finally get my keys and it takes about 15 minutes for them to bring my car around.This was an entire waste of time and money. It’s a shame that almost everyone gives this place a low rating yet the management does nothing to improve their customer service. I will never go back there again.
Place is extremely small and unfortunately short-staffed. The staff works very hard but they need more help. There is a nice sized waiting room with TV, food and Apple computers for your very long wait. I took my business elsewhere.
If you want to dedicate 6+ hours for an oil change, then you’re going to the right place! had an appointment for 12PM, and 3 and a half hours later, i’m still waiting. this place is very unprofessional, the staff has very poor customer service skills and in dire need of training on how to properly speak to humans. once i received my car back from the oil change, it had dirty water spilled all over it due to construction on the building next door. i told the staff about my concerns to which she states “we don’t do car washes.” eventually after back and forth conversation, i got my car washed but this altogether has been a 6 hour process. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, unless you have 6+ hours for routine maintenance on a car that can be done in 20 minutes at any meineke.

This was my second service appointment and like the first all went well.I had my doubts after reading all the bad reviews.Both times my service rep was Mary Valdez and she is outstanding.Having owned a service business for 35 years I can tell you her attitude is not from a training manual. I hope Honda has bigger plans for Mary.I also observed the other service rep Anthony go out of his way for customers.I will go one more step forward. The majority of the employees are Spanish and all were very attentive to their jobs. They do speak to one another in Spanish which is OK by me.I am bilingual and understand some things said in English do not carry the same meaning in Spanish. I have no problem with it.Honda Service gets a 5 star rating.

I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and professional. I went back on 08/22/16 and was assisted by the manager Alberto. He was the same representative who had sold me my vehicle two years ago. He remembered me right away and asked me how the car was treating me. He sat with me and guided me on further decisions regarding my car and my relationship with Honda. Lets just say I have prohibited him from leaving Honda because He is the best representative I have had the pleasure of working with. He is attentive, caring, and makes sure his customers are beyond satisfied before they leave. He provides extraordinary customer service and I will surely go back to him for my next purchase.
This place is terrible.Appointment at 11:00 for my first maintenance.Should be really quick right?They said to wait an hour and half.Stared at my car collecting dust, until I asked if I could just leave.They said sorry and they’ll get to it right away...Fine.3 hours later, it’s now been sitting in the garage with no one in it.Still waiting...Couple of people who came a little after me, just received their car.I’m not sure I understand the process here.This place is chaotic and extremely disorganized. If you plan to dedicate your day, by all means.
White Plains Honda Service has the best automobile customer service I have ever experienced. In my last service visit they scheduled my appointment immediately the next day, was fast registering my car when I arrived, drove me to work immediately with their complimentary valet car service, completed the work early and was very reasonably priced.I am a long time customer. My previous car had the drive train battery replaced for a 2003 hybrid. This was a major repair. White Plains Hondas handling of the complete replacement project was excellent. I purchased a new Honda in 2013 so that I could continue to have my car serviced at White Plains Honda.
I had the WORSE service experience. Brought my sons 2018 Odyssey for an oil change and tire rotation and a software update. The oil and tire rotation were done in one hour. After being there for over 4 yes 4 hours the update was not complete. I complained .Was handled very poorly by MrBrown the service manager.If you need a software update check how much time yiu will need Very bad experience very poorly handled
This is my third time buying a car with White Plains Honda, and they never let me down. I have always dealt with the salesman, Albert, with every deal. Straight to the point, and very knowledgeable about the business. I highly recommend Albert with any of my friends and love ones. GO see Albert!

Came here twice and received awesome service. They also have a launch in the back for costumers to just sit and wait for repairs to be done. I loved it here and will continue to visit for car repairs.
The only reason they get one star is because my review would not be posted without selecting a star. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE of all the Honda service & parts departments I have ever visited. My car is due for its oil change and I figured I go to WHITE PLAINS HONDA SERVICE since I purchased my HRV from White Plains Honda on Central Avenue and had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from there. BOY WAS I WRONG to go to the service department in White Plains. My car was in their care for 7.5 hours without being touched or looked at. I dropped it off at 7:20am and never received a phone call on the status of my vehicle. I had to call the Assistant Service Manager, Anthony, for him to finally tell me, after 2 prior attempts to reach him via phone, that they had not started any service on my car, keep in mind it was after 2pm that I had this conversation with him. I get to the office to pick up my car and of course now they want to work on my car, its after 3p. I told them it should not take close to 8 hours to do an oil change on a brand new vehicle and I would be taking it back to New Rochelle, where I have never had such a problem and would never come back to their facility again. The female representative that sat behind Anthony, did not apologize and never even attempted to explain the delay. Keep in mind there were other customers in there complaining about waiting to long after being there for hours and another customer that had just left and came back b/c their tire maintenance light was on. Needless to say WHITE PLAINS HONDA SERVICES GETS A BIG FAT ZERO as a RATING and they will never receive any business from me and any of my friends if I can help it.
I was disappointed with the service provided by Mr.Valentine. I scheduled an appointment for 8:15am to check on the noise in my car. I brought the car to the office at 6:30am for a drop off service and gave the keys to Mr.Valentine. After leaving the office, I called numerous times to no avail to get an update on my car. Eventually, my husband called and when he spoke with Mr.Valentine he didn’t even remember the car being dropped off. As a result, I had to leave work early to go in person to the office. My car was not fixed until after 5pm. I was the first one to drop off my car at 6:30am and the last person to leave the office. This service was very deplorable and I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit this shop.
Great service, and they usually have slots available for appointments. If your car is expected to take long, you can always walk (or take a cab) to The Westchester Mall and do some shopping / grab a bite to eat. If you have children with you, you can take them to the neighboring playground while you wait.My only piece of advice, schedule your appointment early in the day. Just in case a lot of people who didnt schedule appointments decide to show up, you are already taken care of before.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department now has not been satisfactory, I spent 2 days over 5 hours trying to simply do the routine oil change to the vehicle.I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a tag from the valet, it was only one valet taking his sweet time to move the line. My vehicle was the last one of the row. I had to wait another 25 minutes inside for a service adviser to give me the okay, for a routine oil change. really??? Their service department needs to improved.
I purchased my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe from White Plains Honda and I had an amazing experience dealing with Raqueem Middleton my sales professional, Kelly his manager, Kurt the finance manager, and Sasha the General Manager. Everyone was extremely helpful and they did the most they possibly could to get my payments down to exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend anyone to use this dealership and to deal with these employees. Everyone was so professional, and while working in customer service myself, I know how important it is and they may be the BEST customer service reps I have dealt with. I just want to say how pleased I was with the service from White Plains Honda. I worked with the two greatest customer service representative, Joe C. & Keith J. They were there to guide me through the whole process. They were honest and upfront with everything. Thats what I loved the most. They made my whole process easy and enjoyable. I came all the way from Connecticut because the prices were right for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! I love my CR-V!! :)
This place is terrible. they are not professionals They are not professionals, they are very slow and they are not organized 4 hours to only change oil, how ridiculous they are very slow and they are not organized.
They wanted more money to checkout light warning, for a new honda, not even a Year old. The car tell you to take it to the dealer, and service said it cost 195.95 to check the problem. Warrent is not good to get, you still have to paid to checkout and fix the problem.
I had an 11:30 appointment for a oil change. No one was outside to get a ticket for my car. So, I went inside and didn’t speak to anyone for 45 minutes because the two workers inside were doing whatever. Once I finally got my paperwork for my oil change I told them I would wait on location. 2 and a half hours later I asked how much longer would it take. I was told they’ll start in a hour. What, you guys haven’t even started?!?!? I told them to give me my keys and I left. Mind you that I had a 2 year old with me. So frustrated with their lack of speed and overall customer service. Never, ever coming here again.
I don’t write reviews and truly believe reviews are only 1, mostly negative, side of the story. However I have been dealing with a lot of ‘stories’ with this place. I have never been in and out of this place in under an hour and a half even for basic oil changes. I just want to share my recent experience and hope change comes.The hours say open until 6 but if you go toward the end of the day, only pickup is open until 6. Servicing closes at 5 so they stop taking cars at 4:30.Ok, that’s understandable. Sorry for the inconvenience we’ll make an appointment for first thing in the morning. Surely that will mean my oil change takes less than an hour and a half. Arrived when they opened at 8 (for appointment). Estimated time 3 hours... For an OIL CHANGE!The person said, “The appointment is for here but not for the garage. There are other cars. It will be at least 3 hours.”Appointments are nothing more than this place saying we have 0 respect for your time but will make you believe we do.Stop making appointments if you just throw us in with anybody that drives up.Stop saying you’re open until 6 if you’re closing at 4:30.Stop disrespecting your customers and start valuing their time.
I recently visited Honda White Plains and was surprised with the welcoming environment and the terrific staff. I left buying the new Honda 2014 CR-V LX and I could not be any happier. The dealers named that I purchased my vehicle from was Alex Vargas and he was amazing. He showed me all the features in the car I purchased. All the features Alex showed me were the exact reasons why the car suited me.
I made an appointment at 8am, and waited like forever. They tried to sell me an intermediate maintenance which I was told was necessary. However, my friend told me that its not necessary to do it at dealership, since its super expensive there. They even tried to ask me to change all other stuff for another 400 bucks, which I could easily get at any mechanic shop for a much lower price. So disappointed!!

Went to this dealer to buy out my mothers car from her lease. Seems simple enough but at White Plains Honda if they cant find a way to take your money then whats in it for them attitude takes place. I was told I needed to leave $500 deposit in order for the process to begin. The deal was finalized the same day in which the deposit was given but 8 days later I am still waiting for refund. Also they charged me for a balance on my lease that I didnt have. If you can purchase your Honda from another dealer I would recommend it.
My wife and I came in to purchase a vehicle and from the moment we stepped in everyone was very welcoming. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything went smoothly and my wife is very pleased with her new CR-V. I can honestly say I will be back in the future!!
Prices are ridiculous! Customer Service terrible. Was shocked. Normally go to Greenwich where believe it or not prices are better and service is better.Will never come back. Just an intermediate service and they charge 100 more. Had a major issue with Mary and was made to wait an hour and a half before she tried to resolve. No flexibility and no thought for customer at all.
Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t honor them! Made a 130pm appointment but they seemed to have several people ahead of me. I asked them how long and they said I had people ahead of me. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s first come first serve ?It’s an oil change not a hospital visit. Who wants to spend 3 hours waiting for an oil change?
My service advisor was awful he was always in his personal phone talking about his personal life....he was supposed to called me and he never did,I had to go back and ask for my car...Daiberth Brujan was horrible...
Hard to describe the experience. Been there for over the last 4 years with terrible experiences (extreme long wait - 4 hours for oil change -, poor communication, rude customer service). I had no choice to come back this year for regular maintenance. I can say that thereve been some improvement in the waiting time . But still there is room to improve. well see if they keep up.

To get a hold of someone is almost near to impossible. Dont bother scheduling an appointment since 9 times out of 10 you will not be able to have them service you at the time of their appointment. They also charge outrageously for service and try to get you to spend money on service that you dont really need. If you can find another place to get your car serviced, I would advise to go else where.
This is Part I of my review. I made my appointment for an oil change a week ago and was confirmed for 10:30. Three hours have passed, and my car is still parked where their valet left it, untouched. Im told it will be ready in an hour and a half. Hopefully (since they close at 4). Im confused by the total lack of authenticity to the reserved spot I allegedly had (at 10:30). 3-5 hours for a standard procedure is egregiously unacceptable.Part II: an hour or two later, 4-5 hours in total for routine service that I had an early appointment for is ridiculous. I will bring my business anywhere else going forward.
Not very friendly. Quick to turn you away when you come in too close to their closing time. I went in there to inspect some noises on my car. Arrived a little after 3pm. The guy says its too late to have all those issues checked, were closing in an hour and a half. It was only a little after 3pm...they closed at 6pm.
