Automobile accidents are always unsettling and even with good health from no injury the process of repairs can be grueling. We are fortunate to use Progessive Insurance and Rolands Auto Body was an authorized body shop. So we were able to skip to the head of the line and bypass the whole adjuster and haggling gig. And most important is that Rolands office is headed by an employee Gina who offered a concierge service by consistently going above and beyond the norm. Bottom line is that if you want to make the whole experience a great one, use Rolands. PS-The repair was expertly made and my car is quiet after having a door replaced.

My parked SUV had sustained fairly extensive front bumper, front side panel, wheel well trim and driver door damage. Gina nicely and very proficiently helped me with each and every step of the way with my insurance carrier. The repairs were performed exactly when it was supposed to be and totally perfect in everyway. Went to Rolands after a minor single vehicle fender bender with my 2010 Toyota Corolla S and they couldnt have been more fantastic. I went to them because they are a Progressive Insurance Network Shop in the New York City area. This shop absolutely exceeded any standard expectations you would set pertaining to your automobile repairs. My car was ready a day earlier than the ecd date that was previously provided. They also completely washed/used armor all on my car after the repairs which quite literally left my 8T7 blue streak metallic paint shining. Gina and James were incredibly kind and absolutely fantastic. There is no auto body shop I would recommend more than this one.

My new Range Rover that I purchased in November was rear ended in February. I was devastated at the outcome. I called Roland’s auto body immediately. Gina, the lady at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. I drove over so the owner Jimmy could take a look. He was very assuring that he can fix my car without a problem! Well less than a week later my car was finished and it looked as good as new! It was perfect. My whole family and I trust and are truly happy with Rolands auto body for any car repairs. The work to my rear quarter panel was done quickly and perfectly and they were competitively priced. Really one of the best body shops I have ever done business with! They did work on my Hellcat after a previous shopped kept screwing my car up. Ended up having some problems, and James was super quick to make it right. Not only that, but he gave me some straight up advice about a car issue that turned out to be 100% right and saved me a lot of headaches and money. This is THE shop to go to in the Westchester area!

I showed up an hour before closing but James offered to come out to take a look at the problem I was having with my headlight. He reassured me that it was not an electrical problem and that the light can be easily replaced. Then he made some quick phone calls and gave me a reasonable and fair quote for the part replacement and labor and told me to come back the next day. The following day I called ahead of time and spoke with a lovely woman named Lisa who kindly told me that she will call me at a certain time to let me know if the part was in. As promised, she called me promptly at that time and asked if I was close by and if I was able to come in to get the car taken care of. I showed up and he quickly tended to my car as I waited in the office. To my surprise the office is was very clean with comfortable seating and cable television, which definitely made waiting a pleasant experience. The car was ready in half an hour and I was extremely satisfied with the job and whole experience. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to friends and family.

Rolands was great with their work, communication and helpfulness. They very very patient with me, explaining step by step what will be happening because it was my first accident. Rolands Auto Body Shop offered us just a wonderful experience from beginning to end as they restored my eight-year-old Ford Freestyle to its original beauty after a side-swipe left it with scratches, dents, a broken mirror and door handles. No matter that my car was old; They took as much care as if it were a brand new vehicle. Just picked up my 2019 Kia Sorento from Rolands and I am super happy with the fantastic job they did! I got rear ended so my back door, bumper and muffler were messed up. I shipped my mini cross country when I was moved for work, and unfortunately the paint on the side door got damaged. I took it to Rolands Auto Body since its one of State Farm recommended shops. They did an awesome job and on top of that, they also fixed some scratches on the back bumper I had from parking in the street. That was free of charge. Thanks, the car looks perfect!

Jimmy, the owner (Im not sure if there is or ever was a Roland) was fantastic. He coordinated with my insurance company, and the initial estimate turned out to be low, with some frame damage that wasnt noticed until the body panels were taken apart. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure my truck was repaired and ready to go when he originally estimated, before the extra damage was found, meaning four grand of repairs in four days. His daughter works the phones and is absolutely professional, and great at returning phone calls and keeping you up to date. The work was all done well and my car looks like new. I made sure to grab a bunch of cards to give to friends around Westchester who need repairs. I really cant recommend Rolands enough.

I cannot praise Rolands highly enough. Unfortunately, in the last 2 years, Ive had 2 serious accidents with my cars resulting in major damage. Fortunately, I was recommended to Rolands. They, including Lisa (the receptionist), did everything possible to make a stressful experience more bearable. They worked in complete coordination with my insurance company, when a form was needed (and the insurance company hadnt provided it) they got it and called me when they said they would call. All necessary documents were filled out properly, the repair work was done in a timely manner and my cars looked like they just came out of the showroom when the repairs were completed. Kudos to Rolands !!

Everything went so smoothly. in summary:1) they let me drop off on the weekend because i was travelling. No worries, theres a key drop.2) i left them an estimate from Geico (on fixing my drivers mirror) and my request to look at fixing one other item (pain on the front bumper)3) when i called on Wed to check status - the job was already complete! And they fixed the bumper for the same amount of money as the Geico estimate, which did NOT include that repair.4) workmanship was perfect. car was clean. No radio stations changed, or seats in different position.5) lady at front desk (Lisa) is extremely pleasant and friendlyThese guys are professionals. I hope i never have to use an auto body shop again, but if i do, itll be them.

If I could give Rolands more than 5 stars I would. After the nightmare of having my concours winning mustang smashed up by a texting teenager I was recommended Rolands by a family member. If the sheer number of cars there was any indication, I immediately knew people trusted this place. The wait for the car was quick once it was taken and the team working on my car even went above and beyond and corrected shoddily repaired previous damage to my car. When I finally went to pick it up I smiled like a little kid because the car looked the same as the day I picked it up from the showroom. This is our second experience with Rolands and I truly cant recommend them enough, they even stand behind any work they do for the life of the car. Roland Cassia and his team are best in Westchester and you wont be disappointed with the way your car looks once they get their hands on it.

This place is the worst. I used them because they are close and work with state farm but STAY AWAY - RUN from this place. I had some minor front end damage to my car. It took 3 weeks for them to order a few parts and they didnt assemble the car right. Left the shop - jumped on the highway and the hood was not tighted and fitted correctly (no its not the latch - the actual bolts to the frame were not tighten). The hood was bouncing up and down on the highway. I took it to another body shop with laughted at them. The new paint job on the hood was sub part and the panels they replaced (hood and fender) didnt line up correctly. I am an auto mechanic by trade and a car lover - this place is a bunch of monkeys. I will never take anything to them. Super poor quality job. You have been warned.
