Very dishonest. I was quoted $720 for a set of tires that another local shop quoted me $515 for. I decided to go with D&C because they were closer and I had a flat and it was easier.I had spoken to the person on the phone multiple times and confirmed what the total would be. I said in these exact words, so the total will be $720?. He answered yes. Later he called me and said that a tire sensor was bad and would cost $90 additional. I responded, ok, so if we replace this my total will be $810 right?. He responded yes. In fact, I confirmed pricing on 3 different occasions.When the car was ready for pickup I received a bill for over $1,000. When I asked why it was higher the response was that he added labor. I asked him why when I confirmed pricing 3 times didnt he mention that additional charge. His exact response was I was busy when we talked, there is nothing we can do. I asked him to speak to the owner Julio and he called me back later and said that Julio confirmed that nothing can be done.Congrats, you made a few extra bucks by being totally dishonest and deceiving a customer. I hope it was worth it...
