Bagels taste like New York City bagels...highly recommend. Some of the staff dont put enough cream cheese on the bagel after asking a few times.

Do not even attempt to call in an order for pickup. Half the time, they wont even answer… & the other half they will say “Just come in.” No I want to PLACE AN ORDER. Terrible service, rude owner, and subpar food. Go elsewhere

Been here about 3-4 times.Two of the times Ive seen the owner BERATE customers. It was some of the most unprofessional things Ive seen a business owner do. The customers were just as confused when they were being yelled at. The customers did not instigate arguments either time. The owner decided to eavesdrop on conversations and chose to become aggressive each time.They only get my order right half the time. I go there for a change once in a while and I regret it every time and remember why I dont go here.Im not sure how this place is still open or why people continue to give this guy money. Go over to the deli a few doors over for better bagels and food.

The service is excellent n Danny is very friendly. It get pretty busy in the morning....but I get my order quickly...n .my Mom enjoyed the pumpernickel w scallion cream cheese..

Yikes... I went there today for a couple egg & Swiss sandwiches and coffee... it’s the second time I’ve been there (first time Dec 2018). This visit was awkward, to say the least... awkward enough that another customer and I exchanged disapproving glances at one another at the treatment the workers were receiving from the owner right in front of us. The owner was incessantly reprimanding the man making sandwiches telling him repeatedly to go in the back. The customer next to me then turned to me after the berating went on and on and said to me “I would walk if an employer treated me like that”. Then the owner, while making tasteless coffee, was overbearingly questioning another employee as my order was rung up. One of the employees said to us “i don’t let anyone make me feel unhappy”... the whole situation felt uncomfortable and without love and respect. The sandwich was subpar (the cheese didn’t look like Swiss cheese) and the coffee was terrible, I reckon cheap ingredients plus nasty treatment of employees is a recipe for mediocrity. I will not be returning here.

This cafe has immaculate service. My experience at this cafe has been very pleasant and the food, even better. The owner is patient and helpful, whats more important is that hes an honest man. I had a problem where I had lost something and the owner walked me through the process and was so helpful in getting the situation figured out within the cafe. Ive been going to this cafe for years and theres no wonder why they last so long in this location. 10/10 recommend this place! Especially because its cleanliness, which Im big on, its customer service and the warm heart but professionalism of the owner.

They also have a large selection of flavored cream cheeses, deli meats and various sliced lox to choose from. They also have packaged snacks and a variety of drinks, coffee and teas to accompany your personalized choices.

Speedy and attentive service. Generous portions at reasonable prices. Good variety of bagels and cream cheese, all fresh. Ive now tried the jalapeno cream cheese, the bacon egg and cheese bagel, and the lox and cream cherse, all excellent. Looking forward to coming back.

$6.00 for a bacon egg cheese the most expensive I have paid for this has been $ 3.50, but this, I will never go to this place again is too much!!!!!

Service is good but they charge $5.00 for a BEC that’s so thin and chinsey that it’s invisible when you turn it sideways.

THE place to get bagels in White Plains. Everything is fresh. They frequently have coupons so let them know you have one when placing your order. Space is just a little bit tight but they do have seating inside and if its full up just wait a few minutes for a seat. Most customers get their orders to go. They also have several different selections of coffee, both flavored and regular, with rotating options. This place does good business so expect a bit of a line during peak periods, typically mornings, but they have several servers so it moves pretty fast.

I have updated my review as this Bagel Cafe has been much improved. The employees greet you with a smile every day and they are open nice and early for the early commuters. Bagel quality is good and I have returned to visiting on a regular basis for my morning bagel and tea.Go check it out if you havent been in a while.

Just bought bagels at 10:30am. Hard. Called owner, who stated to get fresh come 8:30 in the morning. Offered credit, but I bought baked salmon and want to eat it now! Their bagels are not great anyway, so this is my last time buying there.

A great place to grab an egg sandwich or fresh bagels. The lines are long, but worth it. Selections are many. The employees move fast and I havent had any issues. Better priced then next door at the Diner. 4 Stars cause parking is crazy and they sometimes close at irregular hours.

Love the bagels and staff for the exception of this one gentleman which i believe is the owner. He has the worst attitude towards customers. Ordered 2 toasted everything bagels with cream cheese hands me them untoasted and when I told him that wasnt what I ordered he told me too bad that they were already prepared and looked completely bothered to make me a new one. I was so annoyed I didnt bother to argue with him. I wouldnt come back if he is there.

Great bagels and tasty sandwiches. I get the office bagels and spreads from here each week. Its a little crowded in the morning, but they all work together to make sure the orders are accurate and get out quickly...

Horrible customer service. Owner must of not want to do this anymore because he’s not treating customers right. Ordered my usual and he misunderstood me. I see him making my order and I tell him “excuse me sir, that’s not what I ordered” he goes in the kitchen takes out the lettuce and tomato out and hands me my sandwich. When I got to car there was still tomatoes in it! I’m allergic to tomatoes so I went back and asked him to please just give me my money back never mind he charged me $8 for a plain bagel with few slices of turkey and butter. He wouldn’t give me my money back. I suggest if you have allergies you stay away from this horrible customer service place. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Delicious bagels

I go here almost every day after school. I order the same thing everyday. Everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, tomato and extra onion. I come in today, theres a women with a tattoo working. She was wearing one glove. The hand without the glove that touched my bagel, touched a dirty rag, the garbage can and the phone. Then I asked for extra onion. She gave me no onions. This ruined my whole day and I doubt Ill be going back!

Probably my favorite place to get a coffee and bagel, the coffee is delicious and the bagels and pastries are always fresh plus you can always count on great service.

My favorite bagel place, period. Onion & rye are my favorites.Only main point of frustration is getting the bagel I want. I like onion bagels that are not well-done. Im very consistent in asking for a very light onion bagel. Often times, I find myself pointing incessantly at this one.The staff is very friendly and they do not have high turnover, just wish they would remember me.I know whenever I become a regular at a coffee shop, after a few drinks they get the pattern.

My son (3yrs old) and I came to this place for a quick bite to eat.. Tuna Salad, Nutella & go and a Starbucks Frappuccino... Total $9.50 paid with the credit card because I had no cash.. ... We ate inside the place and my son asked for water... So I went to buy it and pulled the credit card again... This time, I believe the owner told me that there was a minimum charge of $10.. So not having cash on me he did not let me purchase the water for my thirsty son... I wont recommend this place to anyone!!! Im literally disgusted by the owners behavior.

What a bagel? More like, what a rip off. I was in White Plains for work and stopped to get a coffee and bagel. The bagel was ok at best and the coffee was passable. They charge way too much and then I got a dirty look for not leaving a tip. I live in NYC, and there are great, freshly made bagel shops all over the city that charge less for much better product and service.

I take my daughter here every Sunday morning for bagels. She has a diary allergy and not all bagels are made without dairy, but these are. The staff is extremely friendly, we get in and out with delicious bagels. I have no idea what these reviews are about, but Ive never had a bad experience, or a bad bagel here.

Everytime i go in there they mess up orders. no organization and no ownership for their faults. i was sent home twice with the wrong orders and no sincere apology when i have children waiting to eat and they cannot. second time i offered to write out my order and they assured me the girl was on the order. she maliciously refuses to write it down to messes it up afterwards. The owner hung up on me 3 times as i called to get the order corrected refusing to acknowledge their error. I sent my son to get it corrected and they ignored him until i called again and went off on the owner. NOT worth spending $5 on a bacon egg and cheese they cannot get right.

I dont go there for the bagels, but they have very good iced coffee for an affordable price. There is comfortable seating. Unfortunately, the place closes early.

Quick and delicious. This is all I want my bagels place to be. And What a bagel is this kind of place. The worse experience ice had in a bagel shop!! The bagels have no taste, lox the edges are hard and extremely fishy. Which cost me $9.00 for a plain bagel, cream cheese, and lox!! The women that work there are rude, have absolutely no customer service skills, no knowledge of their products, and there was a huge communication issue. I would never recommend this place to anyone as well as I will never step foot in there in this life time again!!
