The establishment was kind enough and patient to help me through their line up of mattresses. With all the help and ease, I eventually came to the conclusion of the mattress I wanted. And at a good price too! Five star.

My wife and I went in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Roxanna. I personally had done some research on certain mattresses and shared with her what those were. She began to ask us what our sleeping patterns were and had us test out different types of mattresses while explaining each of it’s specifications. This was very helpful considering my wife and I have our own sleep patterns and back issues. Roxanna actively listened to our needs, mindful of our requests and delivered overall exceptional service from start to finish!

She was very professional over the phone and was determined to help me once I had arrived at the door. And was super patient in making sure I find the right bed to fit my need. He was extremely informed and overall just pleasant. Everything was also covered and protected and there wasn’t a crowd of people in the store so I felt safe with all that’s happening with covid. It was a really positive experience and the bed was delivered in the time frame that they said just in time for my birthday! Bought a mattress from this location.If you are into that stereotypical car negotiation experience, this place is for you.They give you free stuff like pillows that you dont need as already included in the deal then count it as your savings on the deal at an arbitrarily high amount you saved. Then they tell you you are already getting very valuable items for free, so they cant lower the price. The good old mattress sales pitch.Reading some of these excited 5-star reviews, they are not genuine. This store for years offered a review discount.Giving them 2 stars only for the quality of the mattress, but the sales practice spoiled the rest of the experience.DONT GO THERE, THEY TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO TRICK YOU

This Mattress Firm is a nice place to visit if youre looking for a high quality mattress. The salesperson was very nice and there was a great selection. Although I did not purchase a mattress on this particular day, I took the sales persons business card. This company is very reliable and I recommend that when you buy mattresses for yourself as an adult or ones for children, this is the place to go to. The selection is pretty incredible.

The staff at this company are so inattentive it’sunbelievable. Firstly I received a great deal on a full size mattress. I told gene that I was also interested in the full size platform frame that they sell, which he also gave me a deal on. After putting the deposit on my order, I call back the next day just to confirm. A sales rep reads back my order and tells me it’s a order for a queen mattress and frame. Gene and I never spoke about a queen anything and I was told that they’d fix it. Fast forward to 6/15 I come to pick up my items. I bring them home just to find out the frame wasn’t the frame I ordered. They stated they “couldn’t” refund me the money I spent on the frame and that my actual frame wouldn’t be here until Monday. Ultimately this store’s warehouse and salesmen needs to get it together...

Odell is fantastic! I had an issue with my pillows in January that he resolved immediately! What a knowledgeable man! I returned back to him with my mother (who is 90!) last night and he was more than helpful getting her a more comfortable mattress! He is very compassionate and friendly! I will definitely return to him again when needed!

My experience at this store was great. I walked in and was helped by Steven, who in my opinion is even better than the highly reviewed Mr. Odell. But I wasnt pressured at all. I was shown several different mattresses in my price range and was asked generally what I was looking for in a mattress. Eventually I found the one I liked (it happened to be the one Steven showed me first) and best of all, I got a really great price.

We cannot put into words how much we appreciated the honesty, patience and overall personality of Steven at this Mattress Firm location. We came in with a specific mattress in mind and it is no longer available but it was available online. We didnt want to buy a mattress online without feeling it in the store and he worked with us tirelessly to find a similiar mattress and at good and competitive value to online. I would always come back to Steven in the future and will never use online for mattress purchasing because it is people like Steven that show the difference between what face to face customer interaction and satisfaction looks like.
