Worst service ever. Wouldn’t give us our dress we put a deposit down for. They stole around 1,000 dollars from us and calm “they aren’t obligated to give you the dress”. Manager is her rude and has no respect. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

This location was super clean, had a broad selection, and the employees were very professional and helpful!In particular, Natasha went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a dress, my size, and adjusting the dress so it would fit in a short amount of time. In addition, she helped me pick out shoes and jewelry and was just extremely kind to my mother and me. I cant recommend enough and will definitely be coming back for the next formal event.

I went to get a prom dress and had a lovely time! The store has so many options! The dresses were sorted by color in all different styles and sizes.The people there were really lovely too. They were very helpful and sweet. My mom and I had great conversations with them as they helped me try on dresses. It was a really wonderful experience overall, I absolutely recommend it!

The dresses here are pretty. However the service is horrible and the manager is rude. they have no Apple Pay, no manual credit card payment, can not hold dresses for long and have not adapted well to the guidelines of the pandemic. they make it impossible for people without parents to shop or pay.

This place is awesome their customer service was unbelievable, Natasha was incredible and helped us find the perfect dress even allowed us to have our dress fit on Saturday which they normally don’t do but due to us living in RI they allowed it and we appreciated it tremendously

Yesterday, I stopped into the Poughkeepsie boutique looking for a dress last minute for a wedding I was attending. Barbara was a life saver!! She quickly figured out my taste and what kind of dress I was looking for. She gave me her undivided attention and was so patient and kind! I must’ve tried on 12 dresses and each time she was there to get the zipper and give me her professional opinion. She made what I thought was going to be a stressful process.. simple and successful. Chic Boutique has been my go to every time I have a formal event. Great customer service.. The dresses are beautiful, and they have every accessory you could possibly need or want to match the perfect dress. Thank you Barbara for all of your time and patience!

Purchased a special occassion dress for my mom, which was really nice, however required some alterations. Well, Thats when the problems began. We had to make numerous trips to the shop in an attempt to get dress altered to our liking, but no luck!( Keep in mind we reside no where near the shop)We had already paid for alterations up front so there was little we could do. The salesperson kept assuring myself and my mom that there was a bulge in the back of dress due to her hips! Well, Didnt we pay for your seamstress to address any such issues?After four trips to the store with no resolution we decided to just take the dress and consult my creditor about how I was not being pleased with the service. Once I put in a dispute the staff at the store responded with a outright lie! They made it seem as I though I repeatedly returned to the store requesting different alterations and they obliged me, though it was the same alteration! They made it seem as though they helped as much as possible when they never did the right thing and offered a credit, or portion of money back for alterations. Beware once you give your money, theres no turning back so be sure! Also, be careful with alterations as seamstress does not seem to be the best! Good luck!

Nastaha is AMAZING!!! From day one she has been super helpful. She went above and beyond to help us get my daughters sweet 16 dress on time and ready. She helped my daughters friends get their dresses too. I am beyond satisfied with Natasha. She has great customer service and is always willing to help. Thank you guys so much!!!

Certain items in this shop are a little overpriced for what they are, however, there are many more unique things in this shop that are reasonably priced as opposed to the prior. This place is definitely worth checking out, especially for proms, special parties, and for accessories at reasonable prices! It came up in a google search for bridal boutiques, I see it more as a perfect place to find unique prom or maybe formal party gowns at very a reasonable price!

I went to go get a dress and yes it was beautiful but on the register it states they had a policy they won’t sell to another customer if they have the same school. The cashier never asked me what school and I ended up going to my prom wearing the same dress as another girl who got it at the same location.

My daughters dress and shoes is amazing. Great price and was worth every cent. I can’t wait till she wears it to her prom.

Spent 2 hours yesterday shopping with my niece and sister for prom. The staff is so organized, knowledge, Helpful and Extremely Patient!!! Also had a great selection to choice from .Thank you for a great experience highly recommend !!

Put a dress on layaway. And paid 159 I asked if I could cancel and get the money back (I was okay with that) but I also had other stuff in there like shoes I asked if I could put the 159 towards the shoes at least. She started screaming to me and telling me that was not how it worked. I would have been okay with a simple answer but Barbra literally just screamed to me through the whole process. A couple weeks ago I canceled a veil. She also screamed to me through the cancelation. Horrible customer service.

This store is not for all sizes. If you are a size 0 -2 this is for you. If you are a size 5 and up definitely not for you

Even though the store may look small, I was able to find everything I needed for my Quinceanera. Very helpful and efficient.

One of my clients went shopping here today for a special occasion. The manager of the store came up to her and said to her to get out, and not to come back unless she was buying something.For the record, she was looking for a dress to buy. The manager of the store knows nothing about her, and made a discriminatory judgement about her. Im appalled at this service, and none of my clients will be returning to this store again.
